Tourist information network for tourism development in the area of VMA Microregion VENKOV

The goal of the Diploma theses was to suggest The Information Touristic Network (TIN) for tourism development in Microregion VENKOV based on the analysis of the area. The base of the dissertation consits of five information centers and five information places in total of 10 Microregion VENKOV municipalities. The whole network will be coordinated by certified information centre placed in Mlada Vozice through the internet information system. By realisation of TIN will be established the convenient conditions for sustainable touristic development of the area.
The developement of partnerships in these days

This diploma thesis is used as a pilot study, which requires sensitive and private information. Data necessary for research have been hardly accessible. The own qualitative research has been done in form of half-standardized interviews, secondary analysis and case studies. There have been delimitated areas and specified main guideline questions, which were, if necessary, closely specified in the course of interview. The maximum length of an interview was 45 min. Respondents answered questions in anonymous way. 14 case studies have been developed based on obtained data.
The couple and parenthood institutions from the point of view of the young generation

The topic of my thesis is The partnership and parenthood status from the young generation point of view.In the theoretical part I outlined the values and lifestyle of the young generation, the partnership status, unmarried husband - unmarried wife cohabitation the marriage status, parenthood, divorces and social roles of mother and father. The goal of the second, application part was to monitor the values and views of young people in relation to partnership and parenthood. I chose a written anonymous questionaire for the studying respondents in the age of 15-25 years for my survey. The overall number of my respondents was 100. I was examining 2 assumptions. The first hypothesis was: The married partnership is still preferred to the common law partnership. I wanted to confirm that the young generation still returns to the traditional values in despite of the fall of some marriage images. The second assumption was that the young population believes in equality between man and woman in relation to the upbringing the children. These two hypothesis were confirmed. This thesis can serve as a brief summary of the values of today's young population.
Czechs are more tolerant toward registred partnerships than Poles, Hungarians and Slovaks

In October survey 2005 there were included some questions about public attitude to homosexual people. Same question were used in Poland, Slovakia and Hungaria with CEORG group setting.Respondents also talked about their opinion on weddings or registered partnership of homosexuals.
Communication Strategy Draft for ACP Traductera, s.r.o. for Human Resources Gaining in the Frame of Higher Schools

The work is to design appropriate procedures for establishing partner relations with the ACP Traductera Company, Ltd. with selected universities and to raise awareness among the number of students. The selected universities are Faculty of management VŠE in Prague, Teacher's college JČU in Ceske Budejovice, Polytechnic University in Jihlava and Západomoravská University in Trebic. In this work overlap sciences such as strategic marketing, marketing communication, management and human resources management. Marketing communication tools are used for research in selected universities. To catch out views of students on issues of cooperation and awareness of the company questionares were used. In the form of an interview negotiation with University representative was held. In the end there is an evaluation of all selected universities on the issue of cooperation and evaluation of their students in terms of language proficiency. There is a recommendation for the establishment of partnerships with universities that are best suited to the requirements and there is stated in what form this cooperation should take place.
AIESEC building partnership with companies

Goal of this thesis is to analyze feedback given by AIESEC partners on my work which I did as "Vice-president External Realation" in AIESEC Praha. In that time I was striving for improvement of communication and building partnership with our customers. Second goal is to add my evaluation of the steps, which I took and propose the solution for the future. My thesis is divided into 3 parts - rules of taking care of partners, information about AIESEC and building the relationship with our partners. First two parts are more theoretical and they are describing my theoretical knowledge and information about AIESEC, which helped me to took this steps. Last part is analyzing each action which I did and how I fulfilled my goals.

At the case study which is targeting in the "Project Partnership for the Vysocina Region", is explication the concrete partnership between Non-Profit sector and the Business. The partnership and another relations among organizations are sociological analysed.
Role of non-profit organizations in local and regional development

In my diploma thesis I focus on non-profit sector which is becoming more and more important partner of the public service in realization of developing activities in a local and regional level not only in the Czech Republic, but even in other countries of EU. The work analyses a curent structure of non-profit sector in the Czech Republic and represents typology and financial reseources of non-profit organizations. It especially focuses on financial arrangements that non-profit sector obtains through the public service and also private subjects. One of the resources of non-profit organizations, which I am concerned with is fundraising that plays an importnant role as a free financial ressource for security of some public services and realizaiton developing arrangements in level of municipality, cities and regions. I present on a concrete example the proces of fundrising application in non-profit, non-governmental organization People in Need. I analyse the effectivity of this method and propose possible solutions of donator access improvement.
Advantages and disadvantages of the enterpreneurship in the individual legal forms of the companies

The goal of this work is to provide an overview of the main advantages and disadvantages of the enterpreneurship in the individual legal forms of the companies. The attention is paid to Partnership, Limited Partnership, Limited Liability Company and Joint-Stock Company. The main intention is reached by the comparison of the fundamental characteristics of the companies which are mentioned above. Each chapter describes certain comparable factor which reveals the most important differences of each form of the company. I have tried to suggest possible pros and cons which are connected with them. The whole overview of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages is presented in the attachements.
