FAMILY HOUSE IN ŠTÍTINA

This bachelor thesis is project of two-storey cellar family house in Štítína. The house is bricked and it’s designed for four-member family. In the basement is common room, food storage, dryer room, toilet, technical room and bike room. On the first floor is vestibule, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet and guest room. Garage for one car is connected to the object. Garage it’s not operationally connected with living part. On the second floor we find two children rooms, bedroom, bathroom, toilet and workroom. One children room has balcony access. Second floor is roofed by gabled roof. Above the garage is flat roof. Project is processed with computer program AutoCAD.
Costing with using time standards of construction works

This bachelor thesis is focused on costing with using time standards of construction works. In the theoretical part are described notions relating to costing, thermal bridges and standard time. Case study of this thesis is focused on costs comparison of two variants balcony design which are protected against thermal bridges. Comparison is performed by costing which is performed using costing computer program. The result of costing was affected by product prices which was found by research and by time standards which was created using a time measurement.
Detached house with beer-shop  in Velké Opatovice

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the processing of project documentation for construction of free-storey, semi-basement, detached house with a beer-shop in Velke Opatovice. The building is designed in a slightly sloping terrain. The beer-shop is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance separate from the residential part. The residential part is made of the boiler room and cellars in the basement, garage, bike storage and drying room on the ground floor, a larger residential unit on the second floor and the attic flat on the third floor in the premises of the saddle roof.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop design documents for a building construction. This project deals with a new building of family house in Česká Jablonná. The new building is intended for four family members for year round occupancy. This building is without a basement and has two ground floors. The building is made of ceramics brig blocks HELUZ and the roof is gabled. The building is situated on gently sloping terrain.

The construction-technological study of revitalization of external cladding focuses on overall thermal insulation of residential house through contact insulating system. Thermal insulation will be carried out on the bottom of the building, the facade, roof and ceilings in the basement. During revitalization will reset also the loggia, gutter and access to walkways.

The thesis solves a project documentation of detached house with office suplies shop in Vyškov. The object is designed as a three-floor with partial basement and garage. Family house is uneven rectangular in shape, staffed by sloping terrain. In basement is situated technical room and cellars. The first floor is used for operating purposes. Here is located office suplies shop with facilities for employees, two garage with workroom and communal room for garden tools. Acces road to the office suplies shop and sales area indoors are designed for disabled person. In other floor are two independent duplex flats for family of four to five. Object includes terraces and balconies. Object is covered by a gable roof with counter dormers. Architectural and proportional design of the building fits into surrounding development.

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the design of the residential house. The new building is designed for a family of 4-5 members. The house is detached with two overground flo-ors and a hipped roof. The advantage of this house is its large glass surface in the living room and second floor. Vertical load-bearing and non-bearing structures are designed from Ytong bricks. Ceiling construction is designed from the ceiling panels Spiroll..
Family House

The family house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one basement and two above grade storeys. The access to the building is realized by reinforced concrete stairway. Basement enter by car is under a tilt of 10%. The main entrance to the building is located on the first floor and leads you to the entry. Garage is located right in the basement as well as fire-room with laundry, technical room, cellar, WC and stairway leading to the first floor, where the living room linked by kitchen with dinning room is situated, as well as there is buttery, study room, bathroom with WC and stairway to basement and second floor there. In the second floor you can find two childrens’ rooms one of which dispose of balcony, then bedroom with dressing-room, storage room and bathroom with WC. The facade of the building is as External Thermal Insulation Contact System (ETICS), roofed by platform of 3% tilt covered by grey color hydro-insulation Construction of foundation is realized on strip footing and bearing plates. The structural system of first and second floor is brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks POROTHERM 30 P+D, basement structural system is furring blocks grouted-in by concrete reinforced with steel bars (sacrificial formwork). The ceiling is realized as ceramic-concrete structure POROTHERM of thickness 250 mm. Heating is provided by gas condensing boiler, which is set in fire-room in basement.

The thesis sloves a project documentation of multifunftional building in Piešťany. The object is a partially basement, it has two floors. Multifunctional building has a shape of the letter H, planted in grand planar terrain. There are garage, storage, technical room. The first floor is used for operating purposes. There is a pharmacy and outpatient doctor. For both tradic is there facilities for employers. The first floor is designed for disabled persons. In the second floor there are two separand flats for family of four. Both flats have identical grand plan. Object has includes balconies. Object is covered by a flat roof with climb to the roof situated in the staircase room. Object has modern architectural style.
Multifunctional Building Brno

Residetial house is located in the street Milady Horákové in Brno city center. In this street are some historically listed buildings. Next to the gap is a residential house designed by Josef Müller. These buildings influenced the appearance of design buildings though, there is a new poly-functional building from Dobrý dům s.r.o.. The most important element of the building are high windows which harmonize with old structure. On the facade is an art element made by different composition of bricks. It is in front of the part of the windows and let the sun go to the interior and the wall slowly pass to the window. Residetial building has 8. floors. On the first floor is a passage. On the first and the second floor is designed a shop. On the second floor is also a small flat. On the other floor are flats. On the last floors there are two duplex flats. Parking is provide by automatic parking system. The residential buildings is characterized by connection old materials and new technologies. It presents the evolution of architecture in the street.
