The purpose of the bachelor thesis is the construction design of the belt conveyor for the transport of foundry sand with the transport capacity of 70 tons per hour. The bachelor thesis includes the functional calculation performed according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048. Moreover, the bachelor thesis designs the drive of the conveyor and the strength calculation of the drive shaft and the idler drums.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is the proposal for the inclined belt conveyor for the transport of quartz sand designed according to certain parameters. The introduction to this thesis is concerned with the use, advantages, disadvantages and dividing of the belt conveyors. Furthermore, there are mentioned the individual parts of the conveyors and their description or their use in general. On the basis of this general characteristics, there are chosen the individual parts of conveyors to solve my concept. These mentioned facts are connected with the functional and strength calculation, the proposal of the conveyor traction, the determination of the chief proportions and the proposal of the mechanical tension belt. To conclude my thesis there are presented the analysis and evaluation of functions of the machinery for different dampness and granulity of sand. The whole bachelor thesis is completed with demanded graphical documentation.

The aim of this work is the design of helical conveyor belt for transport of building stone and recycled aggregate with a maximum grain size of 150 mm. Work includes a characteristic of some parts of the conveyor functional calculation, determine the key dimensions and design of power according to ISO 5048. Further strength calculation was carried out certain parts of the conveyor and assembly drawn in overall conveyor subassembly and stretching equipment.

Thesis includes assembly drawing of the conveyor, subassembly drawing of the welded support and subassembly drawing of through part of conveyor frame.

The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of the belt conveyor for transport of food corn in to the axial distance of dune 24 metres and diference of height 6 metres and transport output of 150 000 kilogram per hour. Thesis contains a brief description of the basic components of the conveyor, section calculation according to the norm CSN ISO 5048, identifying the main dimensions, design the drive and tension system of the conveyor and strength calculation of the driven drum. Thesis also includes the calculation of lifetime control of the powered drum bearings and threaded rod for buckling. Finally, it analyzed the characteristics of the transported material. Thesis is accompanied by the required documentation.

The camber of belt conveyoris 12m and land lenght is 45m. Next make: general assembly drawing including prefabricated structure, assembly drawing of straining machinery and next assemblies and next drawings by the instructions of supervisor.

In this bachelor thesis there is designed the construction of the inclined belt conveyor for transport of the building crushed material. The thesis also includes the description of individual parts of the belt conveyor. The functional calculation of main proportions is performed according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048. There is designed the conveyor‘s traction and finally there are preformed the solution of the tension system and possible solution of the hopper.
