The purpose of this bachelor´s thesis is design construction of the belt conveyor for transport of food corn in to the axial distance of dune 24 metres and diference of height 6 metres and transport output of 150 000 kilogram per hour. Thesis contains a brief description of the basic components of the conveyor, section calculation according to the norm CSN ISO 5048, identifying the main dimensions, design the drive and tension system of the conveyor and strength calculation of the driven drum. Thesis also includes the calculation of lifetime control of the powered drum bearings and threaded rod for buckling. Finally, it analyzed the characteristics of the transported material. Thesis is accompanied by the required documentation.

The goal of my bachelors thesis themed Belt Conveyor for Transport of Pit Cole with maximal granulity 45mm was to design technical concept with: functional concept, calculation of main proportions, design of engine and solidity calculation of the parts which the supervisor told me. The camber of belt conveyoris 12m and land lenght is 45m. Next make: general assembly drawing including prefabricated structure, assembly drawing of straining machinery and next assemblies and next drawings by the instructions of supervisor.

The general summary and division of belt conveyors are described at the beginning of the Bachelor thesis The second part of project with constructive solution of belt conveyor and description of its main elements The final part of project, quasi main, includes functional calculation, determination of the chief proportions hodman, proposal drive and strenght calculation driving shafting. In this bachelor thesis there is designed the construction of the inclined belt conveyor for transport of the building crushed material. The thesis also includes the description of individual parts of the belt conveyor. The functional calculation of main proportions is performed according to the norm ČSN ISO 5048. There is designed the conveyor‘s traction and finally there are preformed the solution of the tension system and possible solution of the hopper.

The goal of my bachelor work themed Belt conveyor was to design a functional konception inclined belt conveyor to transport a broken concrete to distance 22 meters and supereleavation 5 meteres. The work contains a brief description of basic components of conveyors, calculating part led by norm ČSN ISO 5048 with demermination of main proportion, design of conveyor drive, supervisory part. In my work i focused mainly on solution of hopper and solidity calculation of idler wheel. The work includes project documentation.

This project proposes a conveyor belt for given material and transport output. A functional calculation is carried out ČSN ISO 5048 which specifies main dimensions and propulsion proposal. Based on strength analysis, calculation of shaft of driving drum is performed. Individual components of conveyor are chosen from catalogues of the companies, which are engaged in these questions, whose products are accessible in the Czech Republic.
