Physiotherapist - patient relationship

The bachelor´s work The relation between the patient and the physiotherapist engages in the character of this relation, how both sides evaluate it and the factors influencing a good relation. The aim was to monitor what the relation means for physiotherapists and patients, to describe some important aspects and factors that can influence it. The theoretical part is focused at psychology and communication in medical care, further at specialities of treating children, seniors, worried and aggressive patients. The work explains the meaning of words like empathy, cooperation, burnout syndrome and other aspects which may influence the patient ? physiotherapist relationship. The practical part is divided into two parts. The first one contains dialogues with patients undergoing some therapy. The second part presents interviewing some physiotherapists. The dialogues are half-structured and subsequently processed with the help of qualitative analysis - the answers to the research questions are then obtained. The results prove that a good patient ? physiotherapist relation is essential for quality physiotherapy care and substantially influence it. Reciprocal trust is necessary: the patient´s confidence in the physiotherapist´s ability and readiness to help, and the physiotherapist´s trust in the patient´s good will to contribute to the improvement of his/her health condition. The relation is influenced by the physiotherapist´s communication skills, which have to be adjusted to each patient´s individuality. Other factors like the sex and the age can influence the relationship, too. The outcomes of the work may be useful for students and medical workers. They offer the insight into how some patients and colleagues think, which may be inspiring for them.

Composition and verification of baterry movement activities in form of DVD focused on volleyball

This bachelor?s thesis is aimed at the usage and efficiency of the motional games in volleyball. From the collection of 43 games extracted from the books and after testing and validation of their efficiency comes the package of 22 games, which are filmed and the rules are described in detail, including my own thoughts. The aim is to create a storage of the games, their evaluation in the practices and later create the DVD file filled with audiovisual recordings of these games mentioned. The testing group will be set of the team of elderly pupil players in the age of 13-15 of VK Jihostroj České Budějovice. The result of this thesis is the evaluation of the tested games according to the evaluation key and the DVD file, which I was able to make the way it could work separately, too, not as an attachment only.

Business and motherhood in families with a child with a disability

Motherhood and performing a profession belong to nowadays women?s life. In both cases there can be some deviations. Regarding a professional career comes to a method of operating. This bachelor thesis deals just with entrepreneurship. The deviation in motherhood offers birth of a child with disabilities. Maternity receives unusual and different dimension in this case. The first chapter tries to define motherhood from the very nature of a woman as a mother. It mentions also current trends that affect motherhood. This chapter describes also the concept the mother of a child with disabilities, which includes what this specific motherhood entails. Professional specialization is a part of everyone life today, including women and women mothers. The second chapter analyzes the success of women in the labor market and also mothers who are interested in the job opportunities after maternity leave. Return does not always have to be an easy task for mothers or employers, who may adhere to prejudices. Job opportunities also provide business that fulfills the same function, but offers many additional risks as well as benefits. The chapter also mentions the benefits of working activities for mothers taking care of children with disabilities. Family and its functionality is an inseparable part of the education for children and woman's working activities. The third chapter gives definition of family and its functions and the overall running of a family system. But the family, in which appears a child with a disability, shows some differences from normal families. The constituent part of this chapter about family is a process description of coping with a child with disabilities. Acceptance of some differences is not easy. It's rather difficult critical situation and everyone must solve it on its own. But that is the specific sequence of certain stages followed by the adoption such a child. Last chapter provides a description of a child with disabilities. Each child is an individual. The individuality of children with disabilities is enhanced by the type and extent of disability. A time of disability can also become decisive; age in fact brings a number of specifics stemming from the age. Any child with a disability as well as all children has some mental equipment, which they usually receive from their parents. For children with disabilities is extremely important their surroundings. There are a lot of people who move around the child, members of the family are the most important and then come relatives. But this can be anyone who is in contact with the child. It means their attitude to disability, and also their attitude to a human overall. Based on the knowledge acquired in the theoretical part the best target to find out the conditions and connections of such mothers who this combination successfully in their life realize. The basic research question is established in accordance with the work order. Qualitative research with design case studies has provided the best possible answers to the research question. Semi-structured interviews with two women fulfilling necessary conditions are in-depth and provide piece of interesting information for the research. There are mentioned reports about respondents in the results. The reports are created from extensive interviews in which women described their motherhood with a child with disabilities, entrepreneurship and families. But the most important there were the connections which these facts have between themselves. The bachelor thesis has informative character with possible solutions of work activity in the case of a child with a disability in the family. It can inform the general public, especially those who are interested in this issue.

Characters and skills of managers

The aim of the work was to analyze and define managers´ characters and skills. Component aim of this work was finding out these characters and skills with subsequent evaluation and describing of present quality in management. Within the work the method of cause study and aimed (controlled) interview was used and on its basis the suggestions for improving were set. In order to complete this work together five managers from different branches who have been working at the top management grade were interviewed. During the individual interview the managers were asked different questions which they answered and they expanded their answers with related inducements. The questions were focused on characters and skills of interviewed managers, on their previous work experiences, on their highest achieved education and tasks and obligations associated with performance of their post. Interviews were directed at detail finding out of all needed information and were evaluated afterwards both individually and within the group. As a result of my own work, it emerged that emphasis on the concrete managers´ characters and skills is put differently depending on the branch where the manager works. Cardinal differences are obvious between the branches of operation and production. Because all of the interviewed managers are at the similar management grade, the same human and conceptual skills are present. However at the operation manager these characters and skills were shown as better developed due to increased needs and demands in this branch. Among identically mentioned characters the managers stated communication, motivation of their subordinates, ability to develop themselves and needed language skills. Among other mentioned characters and skills which were played up beyond only by some respondents belongs flexibility, quickness, ability to stay calm, knowledge of goods with subsequent releasing the products to the market. In my work I dedicate to the fact what extent were the managers born with their characters and skills and what part accounts for the characters got during their practice. According to the opinions of interviewed managers is the first opinion, which is possible to get and develop both by experiences and characters and skills. Only two of the respondents pointed to the fact that they were born with some needed characters and skills. One of the aims of my work was the comparison of theoretically obtained knowledge and information got from praxis. Most of the interviewed managers have not got university education predominantly they have secondary education finished by leaving examination. School was not pivotal for getting their present post. Most of the knowledge the interviewed managers have has been learned during practice and not by study. Principal theme in managers´ characters and skills is of course to extend the theoretically got knowledge. The manager can get this knowledge in the study at university or by attending a manager course. Nowadays the study at university and the manager courses offer the choice from different study forms. The manager does not have to finish his job but he can develop himself when working.

Poslední etapa vývoje dějin se vyznačovala "humanizací", která dějinám dala skutečný význam, jakožto produkt činnosti lidových mas a jakožto věda s vlastními zákony, jejichž prostřednictvím jsou události dějin vysvětlovány a analyzovány. Nejvýznamnějším průkopníkem etapy "humanizace" dějin byl Ibn Chaldún, který v dějinách spatřoval "umění" a představil je jako vědu s novým pohledem, jenž se nespokojil se studiem vnějších jevů dějin (záhir), jakožto pouhý nástin událostí a zpráv, ale jeho zájem se soustředil na jejich "vnitřní smysl- bátin", jímž je "pohled, prověření a vysvětlení příčin tvorů a jejich přesných principů a znalost podmínek událostí a jejich hlubších příčin"(al-Muqaddima, str.4 ). Jeho metoda tedy spočívá ve spojení syntézy a analýzy, aby tak dosáhl upřesnění mezi podrobným studiem a vyvozováním závěrů v sociologickém výzkumu. Tato metoda obsahuje odmítnutí jednostranného pohledu, který by při vědeckém výzkumu obecně a při studiu vnějších historických jevů zvláště uplatňoval jeden z těchto dvou způsobů. To znamená, že kterákoli z těchto dvou metod má poměrnou hodnotu, kterou je možné prokázat pouze v organickém spojení s druhou metodou, což rovněž znamená, logická syntéza s analýzou a podrobné studium s dedukcí se vzájemně doplňují. Diplomová práce Humor a satira tri opomíjených autoru 1. poloviny 19. století se zabývá humorem a jeho projevy vudcích osobností humoristických casopisu 30. a 40. let 19. století. Zameruje se na tri dnes témer zapomenuté autory, kterí se podíleli na vývoji humoristické a satirické tvorby u nás, a to Josefa Jaroslava Langra, Václava Filípka a Františka Hajniše. Na pozadí tehdejšího spolecenského i literárního kontextu se snaží ve zkratce zachytit životní osudy a cesty techto trí humoristu, které byly mnohdy pomerne pohnuté. Zduraznovány jsou zejména nekteré momenty a životní peripetie, které zásadním zpusobem ovlivnily jejich literární tvorbu. Predstavována je zde predevším jejich puvodní humoristická a satirická tvorba, kterou v dobe rozvoje ceského spolecenského života a v dobe, kdy se humoristika dostává do stredu zájmu, vydávali v mnohých casopisech té doby. Autorka se snaží seznámit soucasného ctenáre s jejich rozsáhlým dílem ve forme deklamovánek, humoresek, epigramu ci humoristicko-satirických povídek a básní, které je dnes dostupné prevážne pouze z dobového tisku. Pozornost je venována rovnež tématum, kterým se Langer, Filípek a Hajniš ve svých dílech venovali. Předmětem zkoumání práce jsou ekonomické vztahy mezi ČLR a africkými ekonomikami. Pomocí analýzy jejich vztahů si práce klade za cíl odpovědět na otázku ekonomické a politické pozice ČLR ve světě, kterou ČLR získává rozvíjením bilaterálních vztahů s africkými státy. Teoretické závěry práce byly dále podpořeny průzkumem mezi čínskými podniky, které obchodují s africkými státy.

Informační infrastruktura telekomunikační společnosti

Význam telekomunikačních společností je nesporný. Pozoruhodné je množství finančních prostředků, které přes tyto společnosti proudí. Částky obratu, které dosahují miliardových hodnot, řadí tento sektor mezi finančně nejproduktivnější. Oblast mobilní telekomunikace se dostává za rámec chápání jedince. Množství systémů, kterými každá společnost disponuje je několik set. Orientovat se v problematice je velmi obtížné a udržovat si povědomí o všech novinkách téměř nemožné. Základní stavební kameny velkých mobilních operátorů jsou však stejné a to je problematika, kterou tato práce popisuje.

Význam využití informací v případech globálního terorismu

Práce seznamuje s problematikou globálního terorismu, jeho formami, příčinami a důvody vzniku, včetně trendů a forem jeho realizace. Dále se zabývá jednou z klíčových forem boje proti tomuto fenoménu a to zpravodajskými službami. Práce poukazuje především na obecné principy fungování zpravodajských služeb, strukturu jejich činnosti a na problematiku práce analytických pracovníků, na nichž leží hlavní tíha činnosti zpravodajských služeb. V poslední části teoretického úvodu se zabývám problematikou dezinformací jako formy manipulace, kterou využívají mocenské či teroristické struktury k prosazení svých cílů. V praktické části je záměrem vytyčit hlavní příčiny a provést analýzu vzniku událostí 11. září 2001. V další části ukazuje práce praktickou aplikaci dezinformační kampaně a její důsledky včetně výkladu modelů komunikace v klasických sítích a v sítích typu ?malý svět?.
