The subject of this Master’s thesis is to define of the enterprise’s business aim and apply it to concrete business plan. The first part of this thesis concludes an entry to the sector of small and midle-sized enterprises; there are definitions of specific attributes of these enterprises, their advantages and disadvantages, and their importance for an economy and the procedure of processing the business plan. In practical part are applied theoretical findings including important analysis and calculations supporting defined goal. Thesis includes proposal for development of the company based on specific advantages and suppresed the most significant threats.

Imperfect competition on the market of television broadcasters SR and CR

Rise of imperfect competition, more precisely its oligopoly form, has became very wide spreed. In certain extent we can say that this is a result of government regulation in different areas of national economy. Aim of this work was to analyze and compare television stations market in SR and CR and evaluate those interactions among channels in their respective economies, which lead to rise in the concrete situation on the market. Also to show some oportunietis, that might be exploited by new TV companies entering this industry. Most importent in this sector will by liberalization, which will lead to better form of competetiv advantage and will bring more costumers to this market. It partly explains horizont of digital broadcasting, which implementing currently runs in all Europe contries.

Integrated Public Transport System in the South Moravian Region

The diploma thesis deals with Integrated public transport system in South Moravia region. The author describes the term of integrated public transport system and its advantages in the theoretical part of the thesis. The practical part deals with constitution and development of the system in the South Moravia region and describes its subsystems: organizing and economical, tariff and transport subystem. The final chapter describes transport systems in the regions of the Czech republic. The last chapter shows the shortages of the current transport system. The main aim of the thesis is to make analysis of the current system, to compare theoretical findings with the current situation, to situate the transport system in South Moravia into the frame of the public transportation in the Czech republic and to compare it with other systems.

The practical part contains the situation alanalysis of the company PROGRAMM s.r.o. including analysis of the internal environment, marketing mix of the company and the analysis of external environment. Furthermore, the marketing research and analysis of the biggest competitor, the company KVADOS, a.s. has been done. Theresults are summed up with a SWOT analysis and the competitive advantages of the company PROGRAMM s.r.o. are defined. The weaknesses of the company are defined and possiblesolutions are suggestedprimarilyfocused on marketing in order to gainanotheradvantages and benefit from them.

Bachelor thesis has an imminent focus on detailed analysis of audio processing software and their evaluation. The main goal of this work is to compare four most popular programmes used on daily basis in recording studios, which is precisely described in the theoretical part. Secondly, a brief historical development of audio processing software and a detailed list of avaible products on the market are listed. Practical part represents an analysis of convenient product purchase for start-up recording companies. Every single software is evaluaded including its pros and cons.

The role of ethics and ethical codes in an international company

Diplomová práce se zabývá potřebou uvědomění si nutnosti zavádění a dodržování etických kodexů a významem firemní kultury v moderní společnosti, zejména v ekonomické sféře ? tedy v podnicích a firmách, které jsou z velké části hlavní součástí života většiny lidí a mají tak rozhodující vliv na chování jednotlivce. S využitím konkrétního případu ? společnosti Whirlpool, jako jedné ze společností, které kladou velký důraz na etiku v podnikání a etické kodexy a se zmínkami o společnosti Hilti, která je organizací s jednou z nejsilnějších firemních kultur na světě ? se pokouší analyzovat důležitost nepsaných pravidel, jejich výhody a nevýhody v porovnání se zákony a právním řádem jako takovým. Cílem této práce je poskytnout vedení a zaměstnancům společnosti Whirlpool Česká republika (a nejen jim) praktický pohled na etiku a její význam a případně také poskytnout vhodné argumenty a odpovědi na otázky, které mohou při prosazování a uplatňování etického kodexu ve společnosti vyvstat. Vzhledem k existenci nadnárodně daného etického kodexu v této společnosti (Whirlpool Corporation Ethical Code) jsem shrnula výhody jeho úplného a vhodného využití také na lokální úrovni. Poukázala jsem na předsudek nevhodnosti etického kodexu v měřítku našeho státu, ale právě konkrétním rozborem jsem se ho pokusila vyvrátit.

The Efficiency of Online Marketing Tools

This Master´s Thesis characterizes and compares three tools of the performance marketing on the internet - Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-per-click advertising (PPC) and Facebook Ads. The theoretical part analyses specific advantages and limitations of each tool and current trends in the development of these tools. The application part compares SEO, PPC and Facebook in terms of the price and quality of visits. The comparison is performed on the data of 74 clients of the Fresh Services digital agency, gathered from 2014 to 2016. It identifies significant differences in prices for the visit among instruments, while the revealed differences in conversion rates have not been proven to be statistically significant. The conclusion provides recommendations for applying these tools to a marketing of small and medium enterprises.

EU - China relations

The thesis seeks to analyze the current relations between the EU and China, with an emphasis on the area of economic co-operation. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter discusses the external relations of the two main actors implemented in South East Asia, with a focus on the economic and also the political dimension. The second chapter provides insights into EU-China relations from the '90s until today. The emphasis is put on trade and investment relations. The third chapter is an evaluation of the current EU-China partnership focusing on achievements but also the problematic issues that still hamper the further development of mutual relations.

Samoregulácia, regulácia a propagácia potravín (Porovnanie ČR a EÚ)

Práca sa zaoberá problematikou samoregulácie, právnej regulácie potravín- ako je upravená v Českej republike a ako v rámci Európskej únie. V tejto súvislosti je v súčasnej dobe aktuálna otázka propagácie nezdravých potravín, jej úprava v samoregulačných dokumentoch a právnych predpisoch ČR a EÚ, a to z dôvodu rastúcej obezity detí. Spoločnosť vníma túto propagáciu ako jeden z faktorov spôsobujúcich obezitu detí a vytvára tlak na firmy, ktoré tieto potraviny propagujú a núti ich prijímať patričné opatrenia.

Finanční analýza Moravia steel a.s.

Nižší podiel výsledku hospodárenia ku základnému kapitálu v roku 2001 zapríčinili kurzové rozdiely, ktoré spôsobili zníženie pridanej hodnoty a provozného hospodárskeho výsledku. Naopak v roku 2004 bol výsledok hospodárenia podielovo najvyšší, tento rok môžeme charakterizovať ako najúspešnejší v hospodárení firmy. Výroba v odvetví napredovala z celosvetového hľadiska. Vyrobená oceľ po prvýkrát v histórii dosiahla hranice jednej miliardy ton, čo predstavovalo 8,8 % celosvetovej produkcie ocele. Zároveň bol rok 2004 rokom vstupu Českej republiky do Európskej Únie, a z toho vyplývala rada podstatných zmien. Konkrétne bola jednou z nich reorganizácia predaja, ktorá viedla k zjednodušeniu a sprehľadneniu vzťahov so zákazníkmi. K pozitívnym zmenám došlo aj v oblasti logistiky a dopravy, firme sa tak podarilo napĺňať stratégiu ? Just In Time? .
