Becoming an entrepreneur is an important decision in human life, greatly affect his future. By becoming an entrepreneur but his work is just beginning. Writing the business plan should be granted only as an entrepreneur finds what you need to know everything and starts his own for practice. Also, external companies use a business plan as a basis for possible cooperation. Determining customer needs should be one of the priorities of entrepreneurs. Meet the needs of not only his, but also forms the basis of customers' success of any business. Regular surveys of current needs, frequent communication with customers is the only way to get closer to their actual needs. The entrepreneur can be successful, but today, changes that are too often can not predict, it is important to have a written policy options that can be used if necessary. Individual variants constantly innovate in order to keep actual.

The feelings revealed in the families of comprehensive school pupils

The thesis describes problems of the feelings revealed in the families of comprehensive school pupils from the view of the literature and by virtue of the executed research by the adolescents from the upper primary school. The thesis consists of the theoretical and the practical part. The theoretical part describes the family and its functions. It compares the feelings in the complete and incomplete family. The thesis refers to possible emotional feelings among family members and the parental effect on the emotional development of the child. The practical part brings the confirmation of the originally formulated assumptions of the negative revealed feelings. Despite all the negative effects showed that there are good emotional relationships among parents and children in their adolescence. However, the revealed feelings are more perceptible by the girls than by the boys. Mother is more active in the view of the revealed feelings and she contributes more to the development of the sensitiveness and the emotional intelligence of the children. Revealed feelings are necessary conditions for appropriate emotional development and emotional mastering too. That is why parents should express their emotions and they should work with them. School can helps them. Each teacher should know that the pupil?s revealed behaviour may not be related to his internal emotional experience.

Pain problem in end-stage renal disease patients on chronic dialysis

ABSTRACT Nursing from its foundation links humanization requirements and professionalism. The profession of a nurse as a provider of care is also connected with ethical requirements. To ensure quality nursing care the nurse must not only have expert knowledge, skills, competency but also the ability to deal with people, to cooperate, to learn, to teach and lead her co-workers, to negotiate and to think ethically. The objective of the thesis was to find out the awareness of nurses about the issue of pain in dialyzed patients in the course of their basic disease, i.e. chronic renal failure and also to find out if nurses monitor the pain of patients. Another objective was to find out if nurses record the pain of chronically dialyzed patients into medical records and in what way is the pain recorded in themedical records. We focused also on satisfaction of patients with the nurse´s attitude to their pain and what they expect from nurses in terms of their pain management. Four hypotheses were stated in the quantitative part of the research. In the first hypothesis we assumed that nurses have knowledge of possible presence of pain in chronically dialyzed patients. The first hypothesis was confirmed. In the second hypothesis we assumed that nurses do not have knowledge about options of treatment in these patients. This hypothesis was rejected. In the third hypothesis we assumed that nurses monitor pain in chronically dialyzed patients. This hypothesis was confirmed. In the fourth hypothesis we assumed that nurses record pain into medical records. This hypothesis was rejected. In the qualitative part of the research the aim was to find out if attention is given to specific pain of chronically dialyzed patients in the medical records. A hypothesis resulted from the research: Attention is not given to specific pain of chronically dialyzed patients in the medical records. Furthermore, we tried to find out if the patients are satisfied with the attitude of nurses. From the answers of interviewed patients emerged a finding that vast majority of them was satisfied with the attitude of the nurses. A hypothesis was stated: Patients are satisfied with the attitude of nurses to their pain. The last hypothesis of the qualitative part of the research was formulated from the answers of the patients to a question what they expect from nurses in terms of management of their pain. A hypothesis was stated based on the results of the answers: Patients expect a sensitive and positive attitude from the nurses w treating their problems.

Migration is a growing phenomenon, worldwide compounded by globalization. Its influence can have a major impact on individual states, their demographic structure and policy. Migration can have both positive and negative impacts on the specific state. The main goal of this bachelor thesis deals with Ukranian migration in the Czech Republic during the period 2000-2012. Pointing out the following facts; historical context of migration, migration policy of the Czech Republic, evolution of the number of migrants in concrete period, most common occupation being carried out and further detail key data. Practical part of my thesis contains an evaluation of the survey "Ukrainians working in the Czech Republic". Main attention of the questionnaire is focused especially on their working conditions; highest level of education with regard to the profession performed, but also respondents age, place of educational attainment, net hourly wage or number of working days in a week.

The level of knowledge of medical students at secondary schools in providing nursing care to foreigners

The integration of foreigners increases the number of patients with different nationalities and religions in our medical facilities. To treat these patients it is necessary to know their habits and specific needs. Such knowledge should have the students of secondary medical schools, to whom this work is focused. The theoretical part deals with the history of multicultural nursing in our country and abroad. Further is the explanation of basic terms, such as: culture, minority, majority, racism, discrimination, ethics and communication in Transcultural nursing care. Next Chapter deals with the integration of foreigners in Czech Republic. The multicultural nursing at the secondary medical schools is connected to this chapter. The subject multicultural nursing unfortunately is not on the particular types of schools, in the branch medical assistant, it is taught as a separate subject. The following chapter is about specifics of selected minorities. This thesis has two aims: The first aim is: To map the knowledge level of students of secondary medical schools in providing nursing care to patients from minority groups. The aim 2 is: To determine students' interest in the issue of multicultural care. On the basis of the aims three hypotheses were laid down: H 1: There is difference in knowledge of multicultural nursing between the students of first and 4th years of secondary medical schools. H 2: The Secondary medical schools devote attention to teaching of a multicultural approach to patients. H 3: Students of secondary schools have knowledge of a multicultural approach to patients. To achieve the aims and verify the hypotheses a quantitative survey was performed, which was completed by three short interviews with teachers of vocational subjects. The quantitative survey was conducted using form of questionnaires for students of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years in branch medical assistant at three medical schools. The results of the questionnaires were processed into graphs using statistics. Interviews were processed into categorization. The survey results showed that students have some knowledge about nursing care of patients from minority groups. Further, it was also found that students have an interest in the issue, and they would welcome to obtain more knowledge in this field at their school. The first hypothesis was confirmed. There is the difference in knowledge of first and 4 grades, but not so clear as it might be assumed. The knowledge is increasing gradually from lower classes to higher. The second hypothesis was also confirmed. The Secondary Medical Schools pay attention to teaching of a multicultural approach to patients. The research among students and teachers showed that the school pays attention to teaching, but not quite enough. Hypothesis third was confirmed. Students have knowledge of a multicultural approach to patients. From results of the questionnaires revealed that students have some awareness of the issues, but this knowledge is not entirely satisfactory to knowledge required in professional practice. From research results it is possible to consider that teaching of multicultural nursing at schools takes place in some form, but it all depends on the school. Therefore would be good to unify teaching - to determine the exact number of hours and form of teaching. Thus all students would have the opportunity to obtain the same information and School would get clear rules of teaching. Based on information gathered from the survey will be published in the journal article to spread awareness of the issue. The article, based on the acquired information from the research, will be published in a professional journal to extend awareness of the issue.

This thesis aims to analyze the systems of education of employees in private companies, specifically in a company that is conducting in the insurance busines and their employees have very high expectations. Poorly and unprofessionaly led training programes for new and existing employees, may have improving effect on the development of these employees work as well as personal, and thus have a negative impact on the future of such employee in the company. Such a situation leads to an increase in fluctuation of costs that are associated with the costs of recruitment, training staff, as well as payroll and other expenses.

Integrated Rescue System (e-learning program)

Integrated Rescue System (educational program) The law of the Czech Republic comprises a number of acts, decrees, orders and other legal regulations which describe the function of the integrated rescue system. The legal source materials concerning this issue complicate the instruction of students - beginners due to their extensive scope and referencing within the framework of these legal regulations. On the other hand, there is a fast development of technical means which enable to bring the instruction up to date and to create, for example, e-learning programs. Such programs improve the quality and complete the didactic aids serving for facilitation of the instruction and providing the students with support within the framework of their studies. This thesis creates a basis for such an educational program. It deals with fundamental information concerning the area of the integrated rescue system, its basic as well as other components, the operations and information centres of the integrated rescue system, the public administration, coordination within the framework of the integrated rescue system and the activity of legal entities and natural persons in this area and with other procedures. Such selected information acquired by means of data collection will be provided to students through the Moodle e-learning environment to help them start their studies and to facilitate their navigation in this environment. Together with such information, a list of legal regulations - acts, decrees, standards - concerning directly the area of the integrated rescue system will be provided. With respect to the fact that the program will serve in particular for the purpose of self-study, each chapter will contain check questions and at the end the student will have the opportunity to undergo a test and to verify their knowledge.

Řízení úrokového rizika pomocí derivátů

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá převážně problematikou úrokového rizika. Teoretických situací, ve kterých by se podnikatelský subjekt mohl ocitnout a které by pro něj mohly mít negativní důsledky. Současně se věnuje řízení těchto rizik metodou užívající finančních derivátů. V práci jsou popsány obecně finanční deriváty se zaměřením na deriváty úrokové a jejich použití k zajištění otevřených úrokových pozic. Jsou popsány deriváty FRA (Forward Rate Agreement), úrokové futures, IRS (Interest-Rate Swap) a úrokové opce.

How to spend teenagers' free time.

Bachelor thesis called ? Youth Leisure-time ? focuses on these days young generation leisure-time problems. The topics of education in leisure-time and the upbringing for leisure-time and general terminology connected to this themes are mentioned in theoretical part of this thesis. Various ways of kid´s harmonic prgression in connection with their leisure-time activities are developed here. Family should always be a base of properly spent leisure-time and the place where the children can take their behavioral models from. Importace of leisure-time institutions and teachers dealing with young people´s leisure-time is also worked up in this part. The last chapter contains problematic issues of negative leisure-time experiences that can affect the young generation in a negative way. The practical part is focused on research survey made by means of questionnaire in which analysis of forms and methods of leisure-time are elaborated. A target of practical part is to put our finger on evolutionary trends in this sphere speaking about 13, 15, 17 and 19 year old teenagers.

Získávání a výběr zaměstnaců

Cílem této práce bylo komplexní zpracování problematiky získávání a výběru pracovníků. Pracovníci ovlivňují fungování podniku, proto by každá organizace měla mít ucelený systém výběru a získávání pracovníků. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Obsahem první části jsou teoretické poznatky o metodách získávání a výběru pracovníků, jejich plánování, zdrojích a podmínkách jejich přijetí. V druhé části ? praktické je popsáno a analyzováno výběrové řízení prováděné personální agenturou Synergie Temporary help, s. r. o. Jde o výběrové řízení na pozici Logistický specialista. Jelikož na tuto pozici byla vybrána uchazečka ze Spojených států Amerických, je zde popsáno získávání cizinců z 3. zemí. Analýza efektivnosti tohoto výběrového řízení byla provedena na základě strukturovaných rozhovorů.
