INNOVATION ANGLE GRINDER
Záhejský, Petr ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the innovation of angle grinder and with upgrades of operating parameters, particularly the sliding contact. We count the angle grinders among electric hand tools, which are usually used in hard conditions. In the first time the non-functional examples of angle grinders were studied and their defects and the samples of dust were analysed. The aim of the other parts of this thesis was to measure the basic parameters of angle grinders, mainly the behavior of the comutator lamination. The following part is focused on application of teflon into the sliding contact, summarizes the behavior of the sliding contact with the presence of teflon, and describes the basic properties of teflon. The conclusion describes the practical application of teflon on the sliding contact, which is supported by long-term tests.
Assessment of the design of the new solution sliding contact in electrical machines
Záhejský, Petr ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The thesis is devoted to assessing the concept of a new solution to the sliding contact in electrical machines. The work is focused mainly on the issue of collector engines, which are almost exclusively used in electric hand tools. Much of the work is devoted to angle grinders, which are usually used in extreme conditions and demands for seamless operation are enormous. In order partial insight into the problems in the introduction are studied phenomena acting on the sliding contact, wear and durability. Then further materials and diagnostic methods for increasing the transfer efficiency brush - commutator brush - ring. The following sections of this thesis is also considered a proposal innovated brush along with the practical verification and evaluation of the suitability of the use of innovative sliding contact.
The issue of revision of the electric sliding contact machines
Kozumplík, Miroslav ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This work is dealing with issue about revisions of electrical equipment with focused on sliding contact. The first time I will deal enumaration and simple desription the mainly machines which uses sliding contact. The next time i will deal legislation two of standard for revision and then I will write about basic procedures for work with microscope. The next time I will bring photographic documentation of samples of brushes and at the last the strengh test of brushes with results.
Measuring RLC on the components of electrical circuits
Pokorný, Marek ; Vítek, Ondřej (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
Aim those work is inform numerator about possibilities and features gauging apparatus 7600 Precision LCR undergrounds and further then about metering paramers R,L,C on components electric standing ,especially then on sliding contacts, with which this work acquaint and how are their characteristics important for correct functionality electrical machine whereof are site rated power.Warp work largely start from manual to apparatus 7600 Precision LCR undergrounds and further then out publication sliding contact in electrical machine - doc. Veselka, doc. Chmelik.
Contribution to express practical assessment methods for evaluating the quality of the sliding contact
Kurzępa, Marek ; Janda, Marcel (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This thesis is devoted to the topic of kluzný kontakt and its diagnostic, especially to the type of diagnostic using the method of -- of dust particles. The author presents an example of applying this method and deals with the topic of development of a laboratory template that will give access to bigger variability in studying this method.
Diagnosis sliding contact using practical applications "Methods particulate"
Kopecký, Jiří ; Mach, Martin (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
This thesis deals with the sliding contact of electrical machines and its diagnostic methods. Namely, the dust-particles method for assessing the length decrease of brushes is deeply described. Then, usage of the method in industry is described. The comparison of accuracy between manual version and new automated version of the method using computer analysis is presented. The final section is devoted to the practical verification of the new automated version which was developed especially for large machines. Measurements were performed on a small machine.
Design of a measuring device for the study of sliding contact
Havliš, Petr ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
Subject master´s thesis is design of a measuring device for the study of sliding contact. It including description sliding contact, its importance and application possibilities. Specification of examination possibilities of sliding contact, indicate the possibilities of evaluating the measured results. Design a stationary measuring device for long-term tests of the sliding contact and verify its the basic system concept. Master´s thesis including too elektronic make graphes with courses quantity on real machine.
Automotive Electric Motors Analysis and Innovation
Špaček, Ladislav ; Grmela, Petr (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
Direct current motors and stepping motors are very often used for electric drives in cars. The most frequent representatives of direct current motors are electric starter and wind- screen wiper motor. Stepping motors are very often used for electric regulating of outsides driving mirrors and seats. This study is focused on innovation and DC permanent magnet motor. The disadvanage of direct current motors is so called „sliding contact“. A possible compensation of direct current motor are EC (electronically commutator) motors that do not need sliding contact for their work.
Sliding contact in electrical machine
Bernard, Ivo ; Skalka, Miroslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The work deals with the sliding contact of electrical machines. The work is focused on individual components of sliding contact and the evaluation qualitative criterions of certain components of sliding contact. In the final section is presented a comparative method that has been designed for large machines. In this work we used this method on a small machine.
Using the Microscope for Diagnostics of Structure of Materials and Fault El. Equipment
Cvak, J.
The goal of this thesis is to describe the possibility of using a microscope for documentation of defects and innovation of electrical machines. I used an electron microscope to document carbon brushes and nanomaterials for possible upgrade of the sliding contact. Used microscopes gives us detailed information about the structure of materials at locations with the largest stress in the electrical machine. Collected data can be further analyzed and and carbon brushes can be innovated according to the results.
