Implementation of the substructure of a residential building in Brno Bohunice

The objective of bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new residential building in Brno. The bachelor thesis includes technological regulations of earthwork, technological regulations of implementation foundations construction, implementation piles. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans. The author also deals with work safety, time work safety, time schedule and budget of substructure. The content of my work is also a Student Research and Professional Activities, which I consider the choice of the site for the realization of a residential building in two different locations with different soil bearing capacity. This work is the content of the annexes under number 19. "Student Research and Professional Activities."

Implementation of the gross superstructure of a residential building in Brno, Sochorova

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the appartment building in Brno at Sochorova street. Part of my work is the technology of each construction realization by the technological regulation. Regarding the time and financial flows schedule of the construction realization is drafted as well as its itemized budget. Due to the high demands at quality and safety of the construction realization there are also chapters on these aspects. This thesis is partly based on project documentation, which was provided by an architectural company.

Energy management system and its relationship with the safety

This work solves comparison of structures and conflicts between an energy management system and safety at work. The articles about frequent cases of conflict between these systems in the industry were found and these conflicts were assigned to possible solutions (from cheap to economically more demanding). This overview list of solution provides possible solutions to solve the conflicts between energy management and safety.

Preparation of realization apartment building in Dvůr Králové nad Labem

The subject of my diploma thesis is the construction-technological project of apartment house in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. Thesis is focused on the most optimal technological procedures of foundation construction on deep foundations and total external insulation by external thermal insulation composite system. Regulations are supplemented by inspectional and trial plans, appropriate machinery and equipment of assembly site. Included is also work safety, time schedule and budget of substruture. The most interesting thing of my thesis will be model of the noise load on the surrounding objects resulting from the construction of apartment house which will the proposed appropriate measures of noise control.

The subjekt of my bachelor thesis is the construction technological project of the new complex of three buildings Campus residential area II located in Brno - Bohunice. The diploma thesis includes technological regulations of piles and cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor. Technological regulations are supplemented by draft of the suitable machinery, equipment of construction site and inspectional and trial plans for these processes. The author also deals with work safety, time and financial plan, budget of substructure and plan for securing material resources. The thesis also addressed work contract and detailsof the roof structure.

Constructive technological project of block of flats Meandr in Brno

This diploma thesis deals with the construction technological project of block of flats residence Meandr in Brno - Komín. On the given topic are processed and all necessary supporting documents that enhances the clarity and orientation in matters large building for the preparation of the construction process. Given the scale, complexity and location of the building is structurally location technology project addresses the only earthworks and construction site of the main building object SO-01 only. Furthermore, nine small objects that are closely tied this main object within the premises of a residential building. Between integral part of this work include the project site facilities including a time of economic evaluation studies of major technological stages realization, design of main machinery and mechanisms itemized budgets volume of important buildings and budgets by THU volume, less important objects, further technological specification for the implementation of monolithic concrete construction as this topic linked inspection and test plan, risk and crisis measures. For the entire building housing residence is prepared detailed timetable and a lot of additional documents.

Construction technological project of objects harvest lines

The topic of this thesis is a collection of objects of the postharvest line in the village Horní Moštěnice by the town Přerov. The thesis resolves the time schedule along with the financial plan. In the drawing of the constructional plant is being solved the establishment of the whole construction. Further is it the technical report, site engineering study and a noise study. The thesis is focused on the storage bins, for which is being developed a detailed time schedule, a budget, a drawing of the machine configuration, a technological standard for the assembly of the storage bins, the principles for the construction management, technical management of the constructional plant, control and test plan, safety and health at work protection and the construction site noise.

The aim is the optimal design of contruction progress and necessary resources. This thesis contains construction-technological report, technological instruction, construction site layout, machinery and lifting configuration, design of transport and supply routes, safety work organization, measures to protect environment, building costs, time schedule and inspectional-test plan.
