Construction Technology Stage of Roofing Construction of the Kindergarten Building in Praha – Zličín

The bachelor thesis deals with realization of a roofing construction of the Kindergarten building in Praha – Zličín. Roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers. The thesis handles technological prescription, assessment of transport itinerary, itemized budget with bill of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, machine assembly, control and test plan and occupational safety and health. In the last chapter is the design and comparison of the realization of the roof with vegetation.

The theme of my bachelor thesis is processing technology of rough superstructure of new multi-building owned by Lamex. This is partly double-deck building consisting of storage, administrative and retail space. The subject of my work is processing technology prescription for construction of precast concrete frame and construction of steel fibre reinforced concrete floor. The other parts of this thesis, which with focused on rough superstructure are technical report, construction plan, budget with statement of merit, time schedule, wokers‘ balance, site equipment, safety of workers.

The bachelor's thesis is a technical report of a solved object, a technological study of the implementation of the main technological stages for the given building, a timetable for the construction of the technological stages of the rough construction, the basic concept of the construction site, the situation of the building site equipment, the technical report of the building site, Dimensions of gross overhead construction, technological regulation after masonry and prefabricated ceiling construction, occupational safety and health protection, design of machine assemblies. A control test plan for masonry and prefabricated ceiling constructions.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to work on the construction-technological project of the rough top construction of the new administrative building ERA in Pardubice. It is a four-storey building with a roof superstructure. The support system consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, including the staircase, which will be the main object of the bachelor thesis.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the technological stage of the foundation structure of a family house in Šlapanice u Brna. Work includes drawing documentation consisting of a drawing of the situation and site equipment, a timesheet, a bill of quantities, a control and testing plan and balance of resources.

Architectural and technological project Residence Na Plachtě

Writing of this master thesis was stimulated by my participation on compulsory practice and the level of its interest. The master thesis includes the description and technical documentation for the construction of the reinforced concrete building foundations. The aim of this thesis is to solve the method and potential problems of the concreting. As for the concreting machinery, I suggested to use the machines (mixer truck and mobile concrete pump) from the nearby concrete plant to reduce the total transportation costs. I’ve made an analysis of machine renting fees and price of fresh concrete between local distributors. The main contribution of the master thesis is acquaintance with the construction of the apartment building and with a practical side of preparations before the construction begins.

The thesis handles technological prescriptions of cast-in-place reinforced concrete constructions and ventilated facade made of large format precast elements with graphical surface. There is machine assembly, design of site equipment, control and test plan and computation of time of formwork dismantle for the realization of reinforced concrete constructions. There is also time and financial plan, itemized budget with bill of quantities and construction schedule for earthwork, building foundations and cast-in-place constructions.
