Diplomová práce se zabývá stavebně technologickým řešením projektu bytového domu Rezidence Ponavia. Práce obsahuje časový a finanční plán výstavby, rozpočet hlavního objektu, technickou zprávu a výkresy zařízení staveniště, plán rizik BOZP a návrh hlavních strojů a mechanismů. Hlavním cílem mé diplomové práce je zaměřit se na provádění založení objektu stavby a spodního podlaží, pro které je vypracován technologický předpis a kontrolní a zkušební plán. The diploma thesis deals with construction technological project of a flat house Residence Ponavia. The thesis contains time and financial plan, itemized budget of main object, technical report, site equipment, safety and healt care policy and machine assembly. The thesis focuses on building foundation and bottom floor. Thesis includes technological prescription and control and test plan for mentioned constructional phases.
