Kavan, David ; Stehlík, Ing. Jaroslav (referee) ; Kandus, Bohumil (advisor)
The goal of this project is design of manufacturing technology for door elastomer grommet in a series of 400 000 units per year. As a proposed solution of manufacturing technology has been chosen multicomponent injection moulding. Appropriate thermoplastic elastomer and polyamide was chosen based on the knowledge gained in theoretical study of materials and technologies elaborated in the second part of the project. Moreover, the shape of the door grommnet was redesigned in accordance with the chosen technology. Working machine was chosen from manufacturer Arburg, model Allrounder 630S in a two-shot design, complemented by the index unit. A cost of production of one piece of the door grommet was determined in an economic evaluation. This cost was compared with current cost of production and new technology reducing manufacturing costs of one series by 25%.

Pippal, René ; Hrubanová, Michaela (referee) ; Klika, Pavel (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the risks arising from the data recorded in the cadastre of real estate and legislation related to the cadastre. Introductory chapters are devoted to the definition of risk for the purposes of this work and of basic terms in response to the changes brought by the new Civil Code. A brief historical overview coupled to the cadastre and description of the basic principles of the cadastre is complemented by context resulting from the integration with information systems of public administration. The merit of the work is dedicated to risks arising from the principles of the cadastre, historical circumstances, the importance and obligatory force of the registered data and their accuracy. Among the major factors influencing the risks associated with trade in real estate can be classified in particular, the evidence of ownership of itself and fulfilling the principle of publicity material, the question of the acreage recorded in cadastre, providing access to the property or existence of the simplified register. The work is enriched by concrete examples from practice that show errors and possible solutions.

Znojmo, the Reconstruction of House Malá Františkánská , Nr. 121
Kos, Jakub ; Keith, Petr (referee) ; Vojtová, Lea (advisor) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
Bachelor’s thesis is based on a studio project created in the summer term of the third year of the undergraduate studies. The task was to restore a building on Malá Františkánská in the centre of the town of Znojmo. The building, which dates back to the Gothic period, has not been used for a long time, which marked its technical condition. There are mostly ruins, since the roof, ceiling structure and parts of the outer walls have collapsed. The best preserved part of the building is the basement that is almost intact. The building in the shape of an L is located at the intersection of streets Malá Františkánská and Klácelova and it complements the local building density. The main idea of the project was to find a new functional use of the building – film and music club complemented by a penthouse. An important requirement was to preserve the remains from the Gothic period – stone masonry, stone fragments of the jambs and two portals, which were used as the main entrance to the building and an access to the atrium. Main part of the design was the completion of the construction, as most of the original structures were in an unsatisfactory technical condition. An important aim of the renovation was to minimize the load on the existing structures, and for that reason a steel frame filled with thermal insulation was designed. The corner of the house between the ground floor and the first floor was designed as an open space, so that a project screen visible from the both floors could be installed. The rest of the building provided premises for the technical and sanitary facilities and other areas necessary for its operation. The attic is designed as a separate apartment with its own entrance.

Paikertová, Sylvie ; Chytilová, Helena (advisor) ; Svoboda, Miroslav (referee)
The aim of my thesis is to calculate expenses and returns brought by the health insurance transformation in the Czech Republic. In particular, economic and social impact due to the change in health insurance payments. The author firstly focuses on implementation of particular economic models in the frame of given and on the characteristics of the health insurance in historical context. The economical theories dealing with analysis of the markets with asymmetric information including its solution through insurance are going to be applied for a chosen topic. Due to the connection with these facts, the main acquisitions of american economists Akerlof, Spence a Stiglitz will be mentioned. Their works solving these problems, were the source. Analytical part concentrates on evaluation of acquired statistical data, concerning the number of sickness absence during the time before and after the reform. Correlation in context of change in health insurance payments will be found. Further, significance of a transition to solidarity principle and effectiveness of shift in government competencies directly to employers in ensuring health insurance payments will be assessed. The research is going to be done like a complement of the analytical part. Main goal of research is, after evaluating relevant data, give a proper insight about influence of a reform on companies. During the work with the data an analytical and quantitative method will be applied. According to the results obtained in practical part, possible alternatives of future development will be predicted. At the same time direct and indirect influence of the reform will be accented. The aim of the work will be evaluation of effectiveness of accepted methods in the reformed system of health care insurance.

Management of Slapy Water Reservoir
Kratochvíl, Jiří ; Syrovátka, Oldřich (advisor) ; Koupilová, Monika (referee)
The topic of this bachelor's thesis is "The management of Slapy Water Reservoir." The aim of this work is to find out the present situation of a natural environment next to this huge water area and suggest recommendations or measures, which would lead to an improvement in this location. We will find out a present situation with an assessment of all microregions (cadastral units), which build together an examined area. The assessment could be done from lots of views. First of all we will find out the situation of ecological stability in all of units, which leads us to finding stability or instability of examined areas, also if they make potencial threat for theirs neighborhoods. Next step will be executed or forthcoming landed treatments, which lead to an improvement in locations, which are ecologically labile. Eventually we will use the index of erosions of an agricultural land, which lead us to complementation of informations about our location. The situation of erosions is caused by wrong usage wiht an agricultural land. We will make a complex chart with all of these minor results and then make an arrangement from worst to best areas. The next step will be to suggest concrete treatments for worst areas. We will also find out an access of residents to theirs regions with all of these steps. This access is not a result of one year reluctance to make the area better, but it lasts long time and is caused by rough usage with a landscape. The result of my work should be used as an information source for next solutions, which will be really expensive, but it will help to get better natural environment for next generations of people.

Investigation of Madonna in the travel altar of Robert of Anjou from the collection of moravian gallery in Brno
Fogaš, I. ; Wörgötter, Z. ; Hradilová, J. ; Hradil, David ; Zikmund, T. ; Kaiser, J.
An exceptional Gothic work of art, a travel altar of Robert of Anjou, is one of those donated by John II of Liechtenstein to the Franz Museum in Brno in 1896. Light has been newly shed on the circumstances of Prince's acquisition of the altar; it refuted the thoughts about the altar's Central European provenance, because as it is being documented, the purchase took place directly in Florence in 1890. It has been recorded already back then that the Tabernacle is complemented by a (damaged) statuette of Black Madonna made of Carrara marble. The description of its damage, secondary additions and polychromy construction was the main aim of the artwork's survey by non-invasive methods (mobile XRF, computed tomography); on the basis of their results, a careful micro-sampling has been performed followed by material analysis. Most importantly, it was found out that the material of the statue is not Carrara marble, but an alabaster, which is not in disagreement with the assumed provenance (northern Italy), but due to its weight and fragility, the statuette could only hardly be an original part of the altar. Concurrently, the analysis of the oldest layers of polychromy proved that the Madonna has not been originally black and that this adjustment has been executed secondarily and intentionally.
