Apartment building, Polička

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for a residential building in Polička. The building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement. There are 17 residential units of different sizes on the above-ground floors. In the basement of the building are designed cellars belonging to individual housing units, a technical room, a bike room and a laundry room. A terrace or a balcony belongs to all residential units. The building is based on monolithic foundations made of plain concrete. The perimeter masonry in the basement is made of lost formwork. Above ground floors are brick. The building is insulated with ETICS contact insulation system. Horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The roof is designed as a single-skin flat roof. The bachelor thesis also includes a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety design.

The subject of this diploma thesis is civil technical project of an administrative building in Brno. The work includes a technical report, a construction technology study, technological prescriptions, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for construction and wider relationships of transport routes to construction site. It also includes control and test plans, a detailed timetable for the main building object, deployment plans for workers, major work machinery and mechanisms, an item budget and a construction site equipment project. Finally, there are drawings of boarding foundations and ceiling structures and a comparison of the two variants of the ceiling structures.
Apartment building in Hrotovice

The aim of the bachelor´s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Hrotovice on plot number 278. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building withnout basement. There are six apartment units in total, from witch one is deisgned for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar. There are two garages, first with five parking palaces, second with one parking place for people with movement disabilities. The building on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. Extrenal walls are made od Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing contructions are made od acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new building of a residential building in Polička. The building is designed as a partially basement with four floors. The last residential floor is receding. In total, there are 14 residential units in the apartment building, of which 12 are 3+KK units and 2 units on the fourth floor are VIP apartments with spacious balconies. Each apartment unit is equipped with a balcony. The building is based on plain concrete foundations. The horizontal structural system consists of reinforced concrete monolithic structures. The vertical system in the underground floor is made of lost formwork. The above-ground part of the building is made of brick. The roofs are partly vegetated in place of the terraces on the last floor. The remaining roof areas are fully vegetated. The bachelor thesis also includes a basic assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety design.
Small apartment building

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a proposal for the elaboration of project documentation for an apartment building for a building permit and construction. The considered area for the proposed building is a system of plots in the cadastral area of Sadová in Brno (South Moravian Region). It is a partially basement building with three floors, which is located on a slight slope. The building has 12 residential units of various layouts, of which one apartment is adapted for people with disabilities. The apartments have loggias, balconies or terraces, which provides an above-standard view of the surroundings. The building also has an outdoor parking spaces. Lime-sand bricks are designed as load-bearing and non-load-bearing masonry, and monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings are designed. The building will be insulated using the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colors will be chosen in shades of white and gray. The building also has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.
Apartment building

The objective of this bachelor's thesis is to develop the necessary project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in the district of Brno-Kníničky, situated on Ambrožova Street. The building comprises of two above-ground floors and includes four residential units. One of the units is specifically designed as a barrier-free apartment to accommodate individuals with limited mobility. The apartment building features a ground-level terrace and a balcony on the second floor. The structural system of the building consists of longitudinal load-bearing walls constructed with brick blocks. Additionally, the exterior walls are insulated using an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS). The ceiling above the first floor is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, while the roof is constructed with lattice truss timber structures. The roof is covered with black folded ceramic roofing tiles. The building's facade is white, and the window and door openings are made of anthracite-colored aluminum profiles with triple glazing for insulation. The design of the apartment building adheres to the current urban planning documentation of the city of Brno.
The Guest House with Restaurant

The subject of this master´s thesis is making a project documentation for a new constructed guest house with a restaurant. The object is designed in Karlov which is part of region Žďár nad Sázavou. The object is connected to local transport and technical infastructure along the east edge of the building plot. The object is a free-standing, two-storey building with a basement under part of the building. The main function is temporary accommodation and catering. The south part of the building serves as the guest house and the north part serves as the restaurant. Main entries are situated on the east part of the building which are connected to a parking lot with a thirty-seven parking places. The guest house is a two-storey building with a small basement and an inhabited attic. There are connecting corridors in the first and second floor, also, with the main guest accommodation. There are technical premises in the basement. In the guest house there are 11 guest accomodations with projected capacity of 32 persons. The restaurant has only one ground storey with a flat roof, and no basement. There is a wooden terrace on the west side of the restaurant. Projected capacity of the restaurant is 83 persons including persons on the terrace. The construction system is made of ceramic blocks for the upper storeys and concrete blocks in the basement. The building is based on concrete foundation strips in combination with structural formwork. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system (ETICS) with polystyrene insulation. The roof of the guest house is a gable roof made of purlins with an inhabited attic. The construction of the restaurant´s roof is a flat roof with a pea gravel where the main part is made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The parapets are made of a structural formwork.
Guesthouse Pasohlávky

The topic of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building of a boarding house with an establishment in passive standard. The building is designed in the village of Pasohlávky in the South Moravian region. The guesthouse is located in the cadastral territory of Mušov, parcel number 3163/364. The building has no basement with three above-ground floors. There are a total of 16 accommodation units on the upper floors. On the first above-ground floor there is a restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, technical facilities, sanitary facilities for guests and employees of the guesthouse. The accommodation units on the upper floors are equipped with balconies accessible from the rooms. The building is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The structural system of the object is wall transverse. Vertical supporting structures are designed from sand-lime blocks, horizontal supporting structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis consists of a main text part and an appendix part.
