Předmětem této diplomové práce je zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby pro novostavbu Penzion s restaurací. Objekt je navržen v obci Karlov v okrese Žďár nad Sázavou. Objekt bude dopravně a technicky napojen na veřejnou komunikaci vedoucí podél východní hranice pozemku. Jedná se o samostatně stojící dvoupodlažní objekt, z části podsklepený, který plní funkci přechodného ubytování a stravování. Jižní část objektu tvoří penzion a severní část tvoří restaurace. Hlavní vstupy do budovy jsou situovány z východní strany v návaznosti na parkoviště s kapacitou 37 parkovacích stání. Penzion je dvoupodlažní částečně podsklepený s obytným podkrovím. V 1NP a 2NP jsou komunikační prostory s ubytovacími jednotkami a v 1S je technické zázemí objektu. V penzionu je 11 ubytovacích jednotek a projektovaná kapacita je 32 osob. Restaurace je jednopodlažní nepodsklepená s plochou střechou. Na západní straně restaurace je dřevěná terasa. Projektovaná kapacita restaurace je 83 osob, včetně osob na terase. Konstrukční systém objektu je zděný z keramických tvárnic a betonových tvarovek v suterénu. Objekt je založen na betonových základových pasech v kombinaci se ztraceným bedněním. Stropní konstrukce jsou železobetonové monolitické desky. Objekt je zateplen kontaktním zateplovacím systémem (ETICS) s izolantem z polystyrenu. Střešní konstrukci penzionu tvoří sedlová střecha s novodobým vaznicovým krovem s obytným podkrovím. Střešní konstrukci restaurace tvoří jednoplášťová plochá střecha s vrstvou kačírku, kde nosná část střechy je železobetonová monolitická deska. Nosnou část atiky tvoří prolévané betonové tvárnice.
The subject of this master´s thesis is making a project documentation for a new constructed guest house with a restaurant. The object is designed in Karlov which is part of region Žďár nad Sázavou. The object is connected to local transport and technical infastructure along the east edge of the building plot. The object is a free-standing, two-storey building with a basement under part of the building. The main function is temporary accommodation and catering. The south part of the building serves as the guest house and the north part serves as the restaurant. Main entries are situated on the east part of the building which are connected to a parking lot with a thirty-seven parking places. The guest house is a two-storey building with a small basement and an inhabited attic. There are connecting corridors in the first and second floor, also, with the main guest accommodation. There are technical premises in the basement. In the guest house there are 11 guest accomodations with projected capacity of 32 persons. The restaurant has only one ground storey with a flat roof, and no basement. There is a wooden terrace on the west side of the restaurant. Projected capacity of the restaurant is 83 persons including persons on the terrace. The construction system is made of ceramic blocks for the upper storeys and concrete blocks in the basement. The building is based on concrete foundation strips in combination with structural formwork. The horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The building is insulated by a contact thermal insulation system (ETICS) with polystyrene insulation. The roof of the guest house is a gable roof made of purlins with an inhabited attic. The construction of the restaurant´s roof is a flat roof with a pea gravel where the main part is made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling. The parapets are made of a structural formwork.
