Application for Online Music Notation Typesetting
Mackovič, Jakub ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Burget, Radek (advisor)
In this thesis, an application for musical notation in the environment of web browsers using the SVG vector graphics format is proposed. We have a look at relevant standard notation practices as well as at the history of musical typesetting. Existing programs for musical notation are classified and examined and based on those a user interface for the application is designed along with some modifications. The implementation of the application is then described. A set of features is presented and their usefulness is with the user interface tested on users. The feedback of the testing is then evaluated and the application is improved based on the feedback. Finally, the future of the application is discussed. Because SVG can still be considered an experimental technology and many browsers lack its support or their behaviour differs, the application is only guaranteed to work on the Google Chrome browser.
Design 3D Catalog for Company
Hubert, Michal ; Luhan, Jan (referee) ; Němcová, Zuzana (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is the area of on-line 3D catalogues. In the first part, the basics of computer graphics and 3D modelling are summarized. The following part of the text focuses on the product catalogue of a certain company - S&K KONTAKT - and performs its analysis. Based on the analysis, several options are proposed how to transform the current company's presentation into an interactive 3D catalogue with the goal of distinguishing oneself from the competition and addressing new customers.
Design of Multipurpose Information Stand
Kalina, Josef ; Surman, Martin (referee) ; Karásek, David (advisor)
The project‘s aim is proposal of the Multifunctional Information Station. This means a place, where anybody would get a lot of information from several branches divided in a way, that the requested reply would be delivered as quick and understandable as possible. Apart of the primary function, information carrier, the Multifunctional Information Station is offering a lot of additional services. These are related to products, which haven‘t been integrated to the Multifunctional Information Station so far, but its usage in the future have been estimated.
Object Tracking in Video
Sojma, Zdeněk ; Beran, Vítězslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This master's thesis describes principles of the most widely used object tracking systems in video and then mainly focuses on characterization and on implementation of an interactive offline tracking system for generic color objects. The algorithm quality consists in high accuracy evaluation of object trajectory. The system creates the output trajectory from input data specified by user which may be interactively modified and added to improve the system accuracy. The algorithm is based on a detector which uses a color bin features and on the temporal coherence of object motion to generate multiple candidate object trajectories. Optimal output trajectory is then calculated by dynamic programming whose parameters are also interactively modified by user. The system achieves 15-70 fps on a 480x360 video. The thesis describes implementation of an application which purpose is to optimally evaluate the tracker accuracy. The final results are also discussed.
Hierarchical Techniques in Lighting Computation
Ligmajer, Jiří ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Navrátil, Jan (advisor)
This master thesis deals with description of hierarchical techniques in global lighting computation. Here is explaining the importance of hierarchical techniques in lighting computation and shows method, how to use these hierarchical techniques in realtime radiosity and its extension to dynamic area lighting. These two techniques are described in detail in the first part of this project. In the other part is desing and implementation of application for dynamic area lighting computation.
Design of education board
Hadáček, Milan ; Buganská, Tamara (referee) ; Karásek, David (advisor)
The aim of my diploma thesis is to blueprint a design of multi-functional educational console. The dissertation contains several variant studies, color drawings and concrete shape execution. It entails a certain development in the area of positioning and multi-functional appliances. The thesis itself deals with the concrete shape execution of multi-touch educational console as well as seat in the form of gym ball. Short video cut from the area of interactive media forms a part of my work too.
Multimedial education interface for programming and debugging software for AVR microcontrollers
Šrajla, Josef ; Sajdl, Ondřej (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
Diploma thesis is concerned with programming of AVR microprocessors. Main task was development of compact environment where user can learn methods necessary for successful programming of microprocessor. It was necessary to make an application enabling interactive simulation of processor to reach this goal. User-friendly control, simplicity and low hardware demands are main advantages of this application. Only computer with internet connection is demanded. Complicated installation, usual for similar products, is avoided.
Insulation
Richtr, Pavel ; Suchánek, Jiří (referee) ; Filip, Stanislav (advisor)
Interactive FM transmiter, interactive instalation - radioart. Independent radio broadcasting with three chanels. Broadcasting generated sound based - made by simply analog D.I.Y.syth, witch is reacting on weather - rain, wind, sunshining, temperatue.
Simulation of physical tasks in program Cabri II Plus
ŠIMEČEK, Eduard
This diploma work deals with the program Cabri II Plus and its opportunities as for the application into the lessons of Physics at elementary and high schools, grammar schools and also into particular seminars at colleges with a study program focused on the applied science (statitcs). This work is aimed mainly for tutors as a mean of both efficiency and students engagement enhancement. For these particular purposes the set of sample assignments has been created. The contribution of the work will be examined right within the lessons of Physics at L. Kuba Elementary School in České Budějovice and in particular seminars at the Department of Applied Physics and Technics at the Faculty of Education at the University of South Bohemia.
Game - interactiva releations of objects and exterior space
ČÁBELOVÁ, Marcela
This theoretical and practical thesis is focused on games. In the theoretical part there is a summary of basic knowledge of game from the philosophical, psychological and pedagogical perspective. In practical part there are some suggestionsand illustration of the game objects and their using and visualization in exterior.
