Kvalitativní a kvantitativní změny společenstva polopřirozeného travního porostu v závislosti na odstupňovaných dávkách živin, intenzitě využití a měnicích se klimatických podmínkách
Nawrath, Adam
The aim of the paper was to assess the influence of the graded doses of nutrients, different intensities of exploitation and weather conditions of the particular year on the representation of individual agro-botanical groups and dominant species, species diversity and production of dry matter forage in semi-natural grassland. The additional supply of fertilizers resulted in the increased (P<0.05) proportion of grasses, in the decreased (P<0.05) representation of other herbs and in the withdrawal (P<0.05) of clovers. Moreover, the application of nitrogen resulted in the decreased (P<0.05) of diversity indices and number of species. By contrast, PK fertilization had a positive influence on the number of species, diversity indices and proportion of clovers. The growing supply of nutrients and the higher intensity of exploitation led to the increased (P<0.05) production of dry matter forage. The most effective fertilization appears by PK fertilization after which the highest increase of dry matter forage was recorded as well as the highest effectiveness of nutrients utilization. The two cut exploitation of grasslands resulted in the dominance of grasses (P<0.05) and in the decreased (P<0.05) proportion of other herbs and clovers.
Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz
Böserlová, Jana ; Klein, Pavel (referee) ; Mikulášek, David (advisor)
Flower garden is located near the center and along with Kroměříž Podzámecká garden is a nature - architectural monuments, included in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Currently, the following Flower garden largely neglected and the public is not allowed here. For such sights, which Flower garden undoubtedly is, this situation is disquieting. Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz
Guzdek, Adam ; Šupler, Libor (referee) ; Jura, Pavel (advisor)
Today's entrance through honorable courtyard is so representative that there's no sense of replacing it by a new one anywhere else. The entrance object has a triangular tympanum including Maxmilian Josef's gold signature and coat of arms. It looks like noble city palace of that period. Sense of the first floor, so called piano nobile, is slightly recognizing on a facade. It's the floor with a larger high that's intended for representation. Therefore I decided to use the historical object fully and all the visitors' equipment, exhibition and lecture spaces are placed right here. New-buildings in the garden are minimized that way. I conceived both of the resolving gardens very sparingly. The reason is their historical essence. Always they were only related to the formal part of the Flower garden. Premises used for any purpose (breeding of rare birds, resource for rabbit hill, growing tulips and oranges). Květnice with the cut lane walls to allow the visitor facilities and provide some exciting long-distance views Converging walls, disorientation in space, entertainment in the bowling alley, in the maze. These elements should remain a formal part of the garden today. They should be isolated and without competition. I design gardens with order, as well as the designed Libosad itself.
Vertex and Pixel Shaders for 3D Visualization of grass
Dokoupil, Martin ; Chudý, Peter (referee) ; Kršek, Přemysl (advisor)
This thesis describes the way to create three-dimensional visualization of grass in computer graphic. Contains progress of grass visualization from past to present. Contains shader intro and its use for visualization. Text mention scene graph which has been used for implementation. Text describes three levels of detail and implemetation of waving grass. Text compares frame speed for each level of grass and frame speed for complete visualized grass.
Rendering "Small" Plants in 3D Space
Řehánek, Jiří ; Přibyl, Jaroslav (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
This masters thesis deals with a real-time low vegetation rendering in 3D space. The low vegetation means grass and shrub. At first it looks on a implementation of vegetation in a 3D games that already exist and there investigate characteristics notable while playing and after that it comes to a evaluation of visual qualities. As next will follow design of solution of this problems and description of implementation. In final part will be summary of achieved product.

Zakladanie a regenerácia športových trávnikov
Petríček, Jozef
This Bachelor thesis is focused on formation and regeneration of sport field lawns. The first part of this thesis deals with the historic lawn grasses, importance of lawn grasses and brief description of basic information on lawns and grasses. Furthermore, it describes the composition of field turfs (golf course, football turfs, and tennis turfs), preparation areas and substrates for establishments of lawns, sowing dates, sowing depth and self-seeding. The second part describes the handling areas after sowing and caring of the established lawns. This part also describes regeneration of sport field lawns and specific football turfs. The conclusion focuses on transplanting turf rolls, its types, and peeling technologies and comparing the benefits of turf rolls to the disadvantages of sown lawns.
Study of competitive relationships of selected grass species after sowing
KAHOUN, Petr
This thesis addresses the issue of competitive relationships of selected grass species from seed. The economic importance lies in identifying those species which compete in the mixture, and because a longer stay at a cost savings to restore the lawn. The experimental work was based field experiment with sowing of selected grass mixtures at two locations. From the onset of vegetation was observed onset of phenophases, the intensity of tillering, creating offshoots increase in the density and response to agro interventions. The results of this thesis is the creation of phytomass dynamics in the vegetation period, the overall look and boundness stand, his health, structural characterization of sod and economic evaluation.
Grass seed in conditions of organic and conventional farming
FLAŠKOVÁ, Martina
Grass seed growing is fundamental to modern agriculture. The aim of this bachelor thesis is the evaluation of grass seed growing under the conditions of ecological and conventional agriculture. The main problem is the lack of ecological certificated grass seeds, because the reproduction of them is difficult under ecological farming methods. Ecological grass reproduction must meet the same legislative requirements as convetional grass reproduction - of course, on condition the use of agrotechnological methods that agree with ecological agriculture law. The initiation of grass seed growing without the application of pesticides is more demanding on the treatment of agriculture land before sowing, also, the treating of grass cover during vegetation period and subsequent harvest or after harvest seed treatment is more difficult as for working processions, therefore also more expensive. According to ascertained knowledge, we can conclude that there are relatively high demands for ecological agriculture technology, nevertheless, grass seed growing under the conditions of ecological agriculture is justifiable.
Diseases and pests of grasses
BÁLEK, Václav
In the search I selected diseases and pests that are harmful to grasses specifying the damage to the health of plants, methods of diagnosis and economic threshold of harmfulness. In addition, I mention about the resistance, which is very important in this issue, because today is already grown and bred resistant varieties and the subsequent intervention against diseases and pests by pesticides or any other form of protection is not usually needed.
