The goal of this thesis is to introduce readers with the current state of the market of social networks in the Czech Republic with major focus on evolution of user perception of market rookie -- Google+ -- and with focus on success evaluation of marketing activities led to support this service. All this evaluation is done thanks to a research. The master thesis is split into 3 units, which gradually describe current perception of social networks, their definition and also the situation on the Czech market. After deeper description of Google+, the research is described. This research is led in order to allow obtaining data that would allow for comparison of situation before and after execution of above mentioned marketing activities executed during summer of 2012. Final unit of this paper focuses on the research data analysis in order to extract the evolution of awareness and of usage of compared social network and of course to offer very detailed look on Google+ itself and to offer the evaluation of efficiency of the marketing activities.
The use of the social Networks for Competitive Intelligence in Provident Financial

This thesis deals with the use of the social Networks for Competitive Intelligence theme in Provident Financial. The main objective of this thesis is to propose the set of recommendations for the effective use of social networking of the company. The recommendations are based on the analysis made for use of social networking by the competitors. The first part of the thesis deals with the issue of the social networking and competitive intelligence. The theoretical part of the thesis explains the social Networks concept and presents the selected Czech and World social Networks and explains the CI concept. The practical part of the thesis presents Provident Financial, the current condition of social networking and company CI. The main competitors are analyzed by the social networking activities. This analysis of the competitors is summarized into one report containing the benchmark ratings. The results of the benchmarking serve as a basis for the set of recommendations for the effective use of social networking of Provident Financial.
Marketing through social networks

The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyze marketing through social networks. The first chapter is focused on Internet, marketing and communication mix. In the second chapter there are discussed social networks and their history. Moreover, this chapter also characterizes generations X, Y and Z. The key part of the thesis aimed to analyze each of social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+. Main attention is given to provide a detail view of social media tools and possibilities that companies can use for marketing.
Utilization of social networks in banking sector of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the problem of social networking in banking sector of the Czech Republic. The goal of the thesis is to define a set of best practices for successful activity of banks on social networks, based on own research of current activity of selected Czech banks in social networks environment. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter summarizes the findings of previous theses, which dealt with similar topic. The second chapter deals with the problem of social networking theoretically, describes the actual most important social networks in the world, suggests their division according to typical attributes and describes the most important ways of social networking usage for business. The third chapter contains own research of social networks usage by Czech banks, definition of criteria for evaluation of the research and the evaluation itself. The final chapter contains the set of best practices based on the research, which can be used for successful activity of banks in social networks environment. Keywords

This thesis shows differences between selected social networks Facebook and Google+. At the beginning, the author describes general characteristics of social networks, their types, advantages, disadvantages and possible risks their users might face. Besides, he presents briefly the two compared and best known social networks. The main objective of the thesis is comparison of the two social networks, compared from the point of view of their various users. In the practical part, the author covers possibilities of the company Zentity s. r. o. on Google+ social network. The examples of links to the website will be created, AdWords advertising and the concluding assessment evaluate the success of the company.

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is "The possibilities of usage of social networks for the support of entrepreneurship". This research introduces characteristics of various types of social networks from the viewpoint of their usage in order to increase the competitiveness of organizations. The aim is to analyze the current situation, possibilities and conditions of usage of the social networks in the Czech Republic. The study is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part concentrates on the introduction of various types of social networks. In addition, it also includes the history, development and possibilities of usage of the social networks in practice. In the practical part of this work the current situa-tion of Zentity s.r.o. is analyzed concerning the social networks in comparison with its main competitors in the industry. This thesis is beneficial by its comparison of usage of social networks of Zentity s.r.o. against its competitors and by suggestions of more effective presentation of the firm on the social networks.

Social networks are on the rise. They are used by businesses of all sizes and across industries. But they are really the way to increase employee productivity, increase sales and overall interest in the company? Or is it just a fashion trend? Possibilities of using social networking as a tool to support business are widely debated. This paper is a summary of objective and subjective views and experiences with the use of social networking in the company. Author acquaints readers with the possibilities of using social networks for internal communication. It places emphasis on practical experience and concepts of various public social networks, and compares them with private social networks. It then discusses the possibilities of using social networks for external communication and marketing presentation, again with emphasis on the real usability and concept of each individual network. The paper also listed the most recent studies and surveys that show the importance and development of social networks in the 21st century. The aim is to form a comprehensive overview of the utilization of social networking in a company with a focus on internal communication and communication with the surrounding businesses.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the introduction of social network plus.google.com and its comparison with facebook.com. The second objective is to analyze marketing opportunities of mentioned social networks and marketing on the Internet. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to review and development of social networks, which is focused primarily on Facebook. The main chapter of this section is the introduction of Google + and its comparison with Facebook. The second part deals with advertising on the Internet. There is a significant chapter in this part that analysis marketing opportunities on Facebook. End of this section represents a practical example of the use of advertising on the Internet.
Comparison of social networks: Facebook and Google Plus

This work provides coherent information about social networks and focuses on the two largest social networks in the present: Facebook and Google+. The main content of this work is comparison of these two social networks, which is made on the basis of networks exploration from different perspectives. Another task is to find suitable indicators for measuring and comparing the quality of social networks in general. In the practical part is described advertising campaign created for each of the networks being compared, and then evaluated its success. On the conclusions achieved in the whole work is finally compared the suitability of both networks for the various actors involved in social networks.
Use of social networks in communications with customers

Bachelor thesis is focused on the theme of marketing and advertising on social networking and communication with customers through social networks. The author tries to make us familiar with all the accessible social networks market in the Czech Republic. He describes the Internet communication for marketing purposes and compares interpersonal and marketing communication. This work presents the different ways of communication on social networks and it focuses mainly the social network Facebook and describes the various tools for business presentations. The conclusion is devoted to practical examples of communication with customers via Facebook, the social network and the author expresses his own recommendations gained by dealing with customers.
