Economic assessment of the financing possibilities of the company cars for the selected company

This thesis covers the topic of loan and lease financing. Its basis is the economic assessment of the selected financing options. The attention is first paid to the principle of leasing and credit, the historical development of both forms of financing and the current situation in the leasing market in the Czech Republic. In the Theoretical solutions part of the thesis the pros and cons of leasing and credit financing are being discussed. This section is concluded with a chapter about Czech Leasing and Financial Association.
The analytical part of the thesis evaluates the selected financing trends. It introduces Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o. company, which is characterized as a lessee of the leased asset or as a company interested in a loan. Furthermore, this part refers to Skoda Auto a.s. and Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o., companies which supplied configuration for Skoda Octavia and Hyundai i30. The aim is to compare leasing and credit as funding sources. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates the obtained results and gives recommendations for the effective financing for the company Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o.

Local autority budgets in the Czech Republic

This thesis on the budgets of territorial government of the Czech Republic deals with the issue of financing municipality Obořiště in the years 2005-2014, which is mainly reflected the impact of budget tax determination on the municipal budget. To fulfill that objective is an assessment of expenditure and above the revenue budget of th municipality. For a subset of the thesis are selected two villages in the Central Region, where i tis drawn comparisons of income for a given period. The theoretical part focuses on the basic concepts of local government, the budget structure, budgetary process. In conclusion contains a summary of the financial sitation of the municipality and is designed recommendations for the future management of the municipality.

Housing financing in the Czech Republic

The thesis solves possibilities of housing finance. The economic needs are explained on the basis of professional literary sources. The thesis also characterizes housing policy of the European Union, housing policy of the Czech Republic and present situation of real estate market. The practical part is devoted to common method of housing finance. It is about housing financing through a mortgage loan and a building savings. The comparison of offer of mortgage loan and building savings is performed for fictitious client. The best loan is recommended to the client on the basis on the results. The last part of the thesis contains necessary documents. The client is obliged to provide these documents to the bank.

Management of gray water and rain water

Evolution and advancements of human activity is unstoppable, still we should not forget about basic natural processes which proceed no matter how man can influence them. Water is one of the main constructors of life and is necessary for function of everything live on the planet Earth. It often is categorized among the inexhaustible resources, still there lacks enough drinkable water. It is consumption grows in recent years with fast development of cities.
It is the most important part of life on Earth and with urbanization and anthropogenic interference water is negatively affected and thus it is processes in nature. Interfering with water cycle makes for higher occurrences of droughts and floods, the quality of water streams suffers. Urban areas lack the surface where water could soak into the subsoil and underground water resources shrink. Through all these influences with which we affect natural water cycles the need for water and its consumption grows in our societies. For effective use of water comes up the idea of using not only the drinkable water but waste water and other types as well. Sources can be various, rain water, reused water.
The focal point of this thesis is to be the impetus of discussion concerning the use of rain water and directly cleaning and reusing the water which comes straight from our homes. Rain water fills up underground water resources and also could be used in place of potable water. Substituting the potable water in activities and industries where such a high quality water is not needed and could be easily replaced with grey water. Grey water, being the waste water that comes from our bathrooms, is easily cleaned and can be used for various necessities. Current state where the potable water is used in absolute majority of human life appears to be extremely wasteful and unecological. Use of grey water and rain water is a possibility of ecological and thrifty water management which could prevent environmental damages and save water resources for the next generations.

Danish TV System

The author of this thesis is dealing with danish TV system. He is focusing on it´s historical developement, structure, regulation, way of financing and on it´s most important players. He analyses the literature works of danish professional authors and primary sources, like websites and presentations of included institutions. The author creates current and broad picture of danish TV in 2016, of it´s mechanisms and elements. Then, he compares his findings with system of czech TV´s, which may seem same functional as danish from an external point of view , but it´s nation and international succeeds are imcomparable.

Crowdfunding as a Way of Funding Films

The topic of this thesis is crowdfunding, the community way of financing projects. The aim of this work is to show how crowdfunding is being used to finance films and in what way it changes the classic relationship between the producer and the audience. In the case studies of two successful Czech film projects are outlined the possibilities of crowdfunding in the Czech environment.

Development of regional labour policy in Vysocina Region in 2005 - 2015

The goal of the diploma thesis is to perform an analysis of the labour market and of selected measures of active employment policies in the course of 2005 to 2015 and to evaluate its development during the observed years. The theoretical part of the thesis engages in the development of employment policies in the European Union as well as in the Czech Republic and in the characteristics of state employment policies. In the practical part of the thesis the analysis of the Vysočina region and of the regional labour market is performed. The following part analyses individual measures of employment policies and characterises new employment policy measure, "kurzarbeit". In the concluding part of the thesis recommendations leading to potential improvement of the situation on labour market in the Vysočina region are offered. The main output of the thesis is the realization that measures of active employment policies are not flexible enough to promptly react on the development of unemployment during the observed years, which was the case for example with the implementation of kurzarbeit. The analysis also shows that financing of active employment policies is heavily influenced by the funds the state receives from the European Social Fund.

Housing Financing in the Czech Republic by Means of a Mortgage Loan

Dissertation with title: Housing Financing in the Czech Republic using mortgage loan deals with analysis of mortgage loans. Work aims to acquaint with issue and options of financing of housing. First part is focused on legislation and theory of mortgage loans, where is also characterised process of mortgage loans. Further is followed up comparison mortgage loans with loans from building savings, their advantages and disadvantages when are used to financing of housing. In the second part are presented macroeconomic indicators, that affect state of mortgage market. In the third part are analysed mortgage products of four selected banks , that are Hypotecni banky a.s , Komercni banky a.s, Raiffeisenbank a.s. and České spořitelny a.s. Last part is devoted to model example of two hypothetical clients, where it is carried out comparison of the mortgage loan in the selected banks in terms of fundamental parameters and also the APR. Goal of dissertation is to provide recommendation within this form financing of housing and choose the best variant of mortgage loan for hypothetical clients.

Economic and cultural aspects of the operation of zoos in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the economic and cultural aspects of zoos. The theoretical part describes the historical development of facilities engaged in animal husbandry. It also discusses the zoos of the Czech Republic and their specifics. It studies their current mission and approaches the service of zoos in terms of legislation. It compares their attractiveness to other tourist attractions. It analyses how the Czech zoos function among other international institutions and these institutions are also introduced in detail. It approximates the principles of the location selection for zoos and possible sources of their financing. The practical part of this thesis compares three important Czech zoos in detail. It analyses their functioning on the basis of selected sub-criteria.
