Tato práce se zabývá problematikou úvěrového a leasingového financování. Její podstatou je ekonomické posouzení vybraných možností financování. Pozornost je nejprve věnována podstatě leasingu a úvěru, historickému vývoji obou forem financování a současné situaci na leasingovém trhu v České republice. V části nazvané Teoretická východiska jsou dále diskutovány výhody a nevýhody leasingového či úvěrového financování. Tuto část uzavírá kapitola Česká leasingová a finanční asociace. Analytická část zhodnocuje vybrané trendy financování. Představuje společnost Robert Bosch odbytová spol. s r.o., která je zde charakterizována jako nájemce předmětu leasingu či zájemce o úvěr. Dále jsou zde uvedeny společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. a Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o., které dodaly konfigurace na vozidla Škoda Octavia a Hyundai i30. Cílem snažení je komparace leasingu a úvěru jako zdrojů financování. Závěr práce shrnuje a zhodnocuje získané výsledky, následně uvádí doporučení efektivního financování pro společnost Robert Bosch odbytová s.r.o. This thesis covers the topic of loan and lease financing. Its basis is the economic assessment of the selected financing options. The attention is first paid to the principle of leasing and credit, the historical development of both forms of financing and the current situation in the leasing market in the Czech Republic. In the Theoretical solutions part of the thesis the pros and cons of leasing and credit financing are being discussed. This section is concluded with a chapter about Czech Leasing and Financial Association. The analytical part of the thesis evaluates the selected financing trends. It introduces Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o. company, which is characterized as a lessee of the leased asset or as a company interested in a loan. Furthermore, this part refers to Skoda Auto a.s. and Hyundai Motor Czech s.r.o., companies which supplied configuration for Skoda Octavia and Hyundai i30. The aim is to compare leasing and credit as funding sources. The conclusion summarizes and evaluates the obtained results and gives recommendations for the effective financing for the company Robert Bosch odbytova s.r.o.
