62 MEMBERS OF INDIVIDUAL TYPES OF BUSINESS COMPANY The thesis concentrates on the following other than proprietary rights and duties of a member of Business Company: loyalty duty, right of the member to participate in governance of the Business Company, duty to follow the ban on competition, due diligence duty. The first chapter is introducing the reader into the topic by explaining the basic concepts with which the legal regulation in the field of status of the member in the company is working with. The accent is laid on the concept of Business Company and its member and on the basic division of Business Companies into the groups according to their characteristics. The next chapter is dealing with the individual chosen rights and duties of member in the company. First part concerns loyalty duty, which is the base of the individual duties of members in Business Companies. The attention is paid above all to the content of this duty and further to the intensity of which this duty applies in the individual types of Business Companies. In the next part of the chapter the attention is paid to the right of a member to participate in governance of the Business Company. Cultural and business specifics of Afghanistan

The objective of this thesis is to give complex information about entrepreneurial and business environment in Afghanistan taking into account socio-economical situation, historical development, culture and involvement of international community. Concrete information which can be utilised in business meeting is the main aim rather than theoretical analysis. Author used statistical data, personal experience from 14-week-long internship in Afghan company in Kabul and inputs from other individuals consulted, representing either business sphere, academic or diplomatic circles during writing this elaborate. The desired outcome for a reader is gaining more specific picture of local environment and together with adequate cultural sensitivity being able to held a business meeting.

Change management of the SW projects in the small and medium business

The bachelor thesis focuses on SW projects, ways of their management and mainly change management in the small and medium business. This thesis is devided into two parts. Author deals with SW projects and most common mistakes during their development in the theory part. The main aim of this part is to refer to these mistakes the reader, who is interested in SW projects. Next, there is a comparision of the two famous methodics, which are well-known in the SW development. These are ITIL and RUP. Author will choose the one, which will be more acceptable for the Cleverdecision. At this time, Cleverdecision has no change management and every change during the SW development is managed by contracting condition. That is why author formulates the ways of change management in the practical part. This will be based on the chosen methodics from the theory part. This formulation is the main aim of this thesis. The contribution of the thesis is in the definition of the change management workflow and in the proposition of the templates for setting the change requests. These templates are sufficient for unification concepts and easier specification of the change requests. Insertion of the change management into the contract is part of the thesis as well.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is describing a current domain market situation and explaining methods of domain monetization. This work compares different ways of domain monetization, evaluation, using a domain and trading them. The aim should be reached by objective description of basic facts and by illustrative examples. During writing this thesis I used public accessible sources, mostly web-based. I gather much useful information in last years as I am interested in this sphere of business. The thesis is structured so that even a reader without any previous experience in domain marketing should understand everything.

Technology and use of digital video

This work puts several aims, whereas the main aim is to afford to the reader an overview of field of digital video. To attend the main aim, we will use a few smaller aims, which show us digital video from many views. At the opening we will study the technology of digital video and we will have look on its short history. We will show to ourselves the types of video mediums including video tape war. We will have a look on some problems and limitations with video playing and also video compressions will be shown. A part of work devote to video formats and problems with playing compatibility. In another part we can read about using digital video and its running thought the society. This work, last but not least, introduce the ways of video distributing. The next small aim of the work is to clear up digital rights and its management. We will also make basic view, how law solve digital rights. We will see prediction in field of digital video and its usage in the final of the work. The manner in which this work is presented does not require reader's deep previous knowledge of the technologies here described.

Statistical analysis of students' success rate in 4ST201

The main goal of this thesis is the statistical comparison of results from students who attended the course 4ST201. The data used are for the winter semester of the academic year 2008/2009. This thesis is focused on the results throughout semester and the final exam. The thesis is divided into two main chapters. The first part is a theoretical base for the calculation and it also contains information about data I worked with. The second part is a practical part and it is focused on interpretation of the results of the analysis where I examined the students' results from different aspects and tested hypotheses about interdependencies. In the conclusion findings from all calculations are summarized.

Private aviation

The aim of bachelor's thesis is to specify problems which private business aviation has to battle with currently and to offer possible solutions of them. Thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. In theoretical part is stated history of aviation firstly and then all components of aeronautical infrastructure are described. Within the framework of aeronautical infrastructure are firstly described components of regulation system, then thesis deals with analysis of airports, air navigation services and basic principles of operation of air carriers are stated. Practical part of thesis continues with analysis of air carriers but with a focus on private aviation and describes their problems which are further analyzed and possible solutions of them are offered. In the last part of thesis is one of the options of solution described in the practical on an example of a particular firm. The annex refers to charts showing the development of air transport.

How to set up business (analysis of business plan)

This paper is focused on a rookie entrepreneur who is starting a middle size business in the express package delivery business. The theoretical asks questions that a young businessman should give some thought. In particular it is a guideline how to assemble a successful business plan that attracts the creditors and other interested parties. It tells him how present his ideas in the right way and what should be avoided in the starting faze of a business. In the practical part the author tests working hypothesis, puts together the founding budget, expected profit and loss statement in the first year of the business and also the expected value of cash flow. The main hypothesis is the viability of the undertaking in market conditions. This hypothesis is being reinforced by the calculations in the estimated financial plan as well as the marketing research that concludes that for this kind of business there is still enough space left. But it has to be a cheap and quality business. The values of the return on assets and return on equity are examined in the reference to the risk-free interest rate and thanks to that we can identify how big the risk-bonus is for the investor. In conclusion of the paper gives the author a solution how to even improve the ROA and ROE, the net profit and cash flow. Thanks to that the risk-bonus of the undertaking is even higher.

e-elarning in human resources management

The work introduces the reader the concept of e-learning and provides a structured view of the issue. Explanations of basic terms, forms, methods of implementation or inclusion e-learning in the education system forms makes the basis for understanding the importance of e-learning. The work is explained the issue of standardization, including a summary of the most used standards and the principle of their operation. Issue of e-learning implementation konstitute the fundamental part this work, and it is demonstrated by the example of a model society. There are recognized problem parts in the e-learning implementation, a comparison of possible solutions including design courses, which could be implemented. Component part of this work is the questionnaire survey among employees, potential students, to determine their perceptions of e-learning and in particular their requirements and expectations. For the sake of completeness are recognized developments and trends to e-learning step, and which have promising potential.

The Influence of the Human on Nature in a Historical Context with an Educational Hike - Týnec nad Sázavou

The principal goal of this diploma thesis is to study the impact of human's activity on the nature in the region of Týnec nad Sázavou from the beginning of the human's colonization until today. This impact was not only negative, we can find positive influences, too. The work is divided into six general chapters that describe always one particular problem. Purposes and hypothesis of the diploma thesis are introduced in the first chapter, which is a prologue of the present work. History of Týnec nad Sázavou and of the country around is described in the second chapter and provides an image of the city's industrial and structural development. Research work of the influence of human's activity on the nature during the history is presented in the third chapter. Several domains were studied: geology, relief and country sight, climatic effects, soil, fauna and flora in Týnec and surroundings, nature protection, forests, river Sázava, housing, industry, traffic and other networks. Situation in the history, present condition of the nature, author's evaluation and suggestion for regeneration are described for every field of study.
