This thesis presents results of analysis of internet forum, which appeared under article from internet server aktualne.cz in 2006. The article is dealing with abusing of cage beds in context of on people with mental handicap and people with mental illness focused social care system. For qualitative research was used the method of coding inspired by methodological approach of "grounded theory". In theoretical part of this thesis I analyzed relevant theoretical concepts from area of disability studies and gender studies with special focus on critic of concept of liberal citizenship and social contract theory. The key theoretical concept of the thesis is dichotomy of private and public sphere. In next part of the thesis is I am describing context of causes of cage beds in Czech Republic and I am delineating the basic traits of debate here. In empirical part I am describing five key themes, axial codes. In framework of these themes I am defining the differences of people with mental handicap or people with mental illness. The themes are: space and isolation, efficiency, responsibility, stigmatization and care work. In framework of every theme is I am describing the way of defining of these differences and I am searching for their cause and origin. In next part I am figuring the way of argumentation of...

Paulech, Matej ; Mittner, Jan (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee)
This paper discusses real-time web applications. Its main purpose is to familiarize the reader with the term "real-time web application" and the technologies behind creating real-time web applications with an emphasis on a practical demonstration. The first chapter is about the history of World Wide Web, the description of the HTTP protocol and the definition of real-time web applications. The second chapter describes the technologies used in other parts of the work, mainly their implications and usage in developing real-time web applications. Technologies like JavaScript, JSON, Ajax (XHR, JSONP), jQuery library and server solution Node.js will be mentioned. The third chapter is the major part of the paper. It deals with the techniques of a real-time client communicating with the server, also called transport models. Each technique and its description is accompanied by a picture showing the client's communication with the server and an example source code. At the end of the third chapter, the solutions mentioned are widely used by programmers, specifically the Ajax Push Engine (APE), the Socket.IO library and the service Pusher.com. The fourth, the last chapter of the paper, contains a description of the demonstration web application created for the purpose of this work - a multi-user group chat. It is mainly a description of its features and how you prepare an environment to run real-time web applications. It also contains a tutorial how to create a basic "skeleton" for real-time web application using Node.js server solution, Express framework and Socket.IO library. The source code of the sample application is located on the enclosed DVD, and digitally as an attachment on the VSE information system and it is also uploaded at Github. The main contribution of this paper is to provide a comprehensive and coherent description of technologies behind creating real-time web applications with a provided example source code for a demonstration for each technique.

Possibilities of using Caché database system
Brož, Ondřej ; Palovská, Helena (advisor) ; Vedral, Pavel (referee)
Structure of this work is divided into a few main chapters. The biggest part is focused on a creation relational and object schema of a specific example and their realization in Caché database. The next goals are theoretically describe database, object model, its characteristics as well and comparison the object principles in Caché and Oracle database. After a few words whose describe the most important facts in a history of databases the reader can learn something about the Caché database. Mainly its architecture which is the greatest advantage against the competition. Next charter quickly show how to successfully install and access the database. In charter 4 the basic database tools are mentioned such as development environment Caché Studio, command line Caché Terminal and web interface for administration called Caché System Management Portal. The fifth and sixth chapter covers the main goal of this work. In fifth chapter the object model (relational model only in part), its basic principles (defined in ODMG standards) and object characteristics are described. The sixth chapter show the creation process of the object schema "step by step" together with possible ways how to insert data and select them. Final codes for structure and data are placed at the end of work . In last chapter I am trying to compare object characteristics in Caché and Oracle database(version 10gR2). The contribution of this work is in explanation of object principles with the "step by step" processes of creating and realization object schema shown on a concrete example (the official documentation doesn't obtain them).

The Comparison of Efficiency of Approximate Methods for Solving Transportation Problem
Zárubová, Radka ; Jablonský, Josef (advisor) ; Skočdopolová, Veronika (referee)
The goal of my work is to analyze difference between optimal solution and solution we get when using approximate methods (i.e. NWCM, LCM, VAM). To get necessary data, I have created an application in VBA (both for generating and solving). The application interacts with LINGO. However, its most important parts are procedures for these approximation methods which can be run separately. Therefore, after explaining necessary theory, I focus on approximation methods and explain every single code for them. The last part of my work is the mentioned comparison. In this part, I analyze difference between optimum and approximate solution for five chosen dimensions of transportation tableau. Last but not least, I study whether there is any dependence of difference on number of constrains.

Automation in imunohematology
DOMINOVÁ, Alena
Nowadays automation in immunohematologic testing is becoming part of routine methods used in transfusion laboratories. It also has got considerable importance for pretransfusion testing of patients and for immunohematologic testing of blood donors.Immunohematology was the last among all medical laboratories into which automation was introduced. The use of robust techniques made it possible. These techniques are column agglutination carried out on gel or on glass microballs and solid phase technique. The latest method is Erytrocytes Magnetizer technology and it is not so widespread yet.The aim of this thesis is practical performance of immunohematologic methods blood group, antibody screening.Tube testing, testing on microtiter plates and using column agglutination.Manual performance was compared with Qasar and Techno analyzers.Other aims were quantitative description of reagent saving, human labor force and to assess other effects which are more sensitive methods, greater safety and exclusion of possible mistake during the automated testing process. The theoretical part deals with particular tests and their possible performance techniques.Automation contributes to minimize possible risks.Automation reduces process steps, the need for worker intervention and exponentially decreases the number of potential mistakes.Introduction of automation also helps to standardize procedures and reagents to increase reliability, result interpretation and results of the tested process. On top of that automation is useful for generation of reliable results, their objective interpretation, better documentation, monitoring and traceability and labour force saving. It brings security not only to patients but also to medical workers.Inseparable necessities are space conditions and device service. The practical part of this thesis was performed in the Blood Bank Department of Hospital České Budějovice.Samples examined in this thesis included 24patient samples,24blood donor samples and 2samples for inner quality control. In all 50samples blood group was tested manually in test tubes and on microtiter plates.Antigen screening was tested in test tubes,on microtiter plates and using column agglutination.Patient samples were analysed using Techno analyser and blood donor samples were analysed using semiautomatic machine Qasar.10slightly positive screenings of patient antigens(previously tested using Techno analyser)and 10positive screenings of blood donor antigens(previously tested using semiautomatic machine Qasar)were manually tested again in test tubes and on microtiter plates during 2013.It was found out that both manual and automatic testing give same results.Only in manual testing of antibody screening in test tube the reaction in both positive testing Basic QC,was a bit smaller which is caused by lower sensitivity of the test tube method. In antibody screening the quantitative saving of reagents in column agglutination is bigger when tested both manually and with the use of both analysers than when tested in test tube.Concerning the difficulty, longwindedness and especially lower sensitivity of tube testing, the decision not to use this method was a correct choice. This comparison confirms assessments described above and also the correctness of decision to use column agglutination for antibody screening tests.Different time consumption of testing of particular samples gave possibility for simple quantitative calculation of human labour force saving. It gave clear result saving of 2human labour forces thanks to each analyser.Individual steps during testing are shown in table and the chance of bringing the possibility of a mistake.Manual testing includes possibility of making a mistake in all mentioned critical moments of testing.Automatized only once using semiautomatic machine Qasar, where there is a possibility of mistaken exchange during preparation of reagents.Reagents do not have bar codes.Techno analyser succeeded in all critical steps without a mistake.
