Production Possibilities of Punching Machines
Dolejš, Radim ; Císařová, Michaela (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
This thesis introduces the elementary principles of punching, stemming from the gradual shearing theory. Furthermore, it includes description of instruments used in cassette and revolver systems. Forming tools are then also defined. The thesis details the parameters of individual parts of the punching machine, and an example of a hybrid laser-punching machine is then presented.
Punching technology
Králíček, Václav ; Harant, Martin (referee) ; Peterková, Eva (advisor)
The thesis is focused on punching technology, technology which can create complex-shaped parts from sheet metal. The thesis contains description of the principles of punching, emphasis is put punching tools and various production methods, which can be performed using modern punching machines. Part of this thesis is focused on comparison between punching technology and laser cutting. The comparison is shown on two different semi-finished products made from stainless steel by ACO Industries k.s. These semi-finished products are compared from the point of view of production accuracy and manufacture speed.
Selection of appropriate technology for the production of welded constructions of boiler JE 12 and JE 6
Janás, Milan ; Slaný, Martin (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
The diploma thesis on the selection of appropriate technology to produce the welded construction of electric boiler JE6 / 12 aims to evaluate available production technologies and choose the most suitable of them. Choosing the technologies focuses primarily on those that are available at Slokov. Due to the connection of the welding robot to the production, it is necessary to consider the overall connection of the production and the high accuracy of the production. The individual methods of production, material separation, welding, bending and surface treatment are first theoretically analyzed and their advantages, disadvantages and parameters are summarized. Subsequently, it is practically tested individual technologies for a representative part and it evaluates the achieved parameters and economics of production. With the results obtained, the most suitable technologies are selected. With the selection of technologies, there is a need for a change in design and production parameters. Changes and modifications to the design describe another point. To achieve maximum efficiency and quality of production, a welding robot is used to make welds. The description of the production, modifications and overall design of the robot describes the next point of this work. The last part summarizes the economics of selected production technologies and details the technological process. The aim of the thesis is to design such technologies that will be advantageous from the point of view of the economy and from the perspective of the available possibilities of the company.

Production of supporting plate
Filip, Jiří ; Řiháček, Jan (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
The thesis presents a proposal of technology for production of supporting plate, which is a top part of a service trolley, serving for manipulation with switch of high voltage. The supporting plate is manufactured of low carbon, deep drawing steel DX51D+ZM thickness 2 mm and quality according to EN 10346. Annual serie was set for 200 pieces. In evaluation of production possibilities were chosen technologies of punching and bending. There was designed unfolded shape of the sheet metal with dimensions 1068 x 900 mm and created cutting plan. As was found, from one metal board is possible to cut out 2 pieces of the supporting plate, while 70% of material use. In the next step, punching tools were chosen and manufacturing process was made. The highest achieved cutting force was 122,8 kN. The chosen machine is hydraulic CNC press TruPunch 5000. For bending there was created a bending plan, according to which bends will be made in thirteen steps. Used bending tools are punch OW209/S and two types of matrix EV005 + FWZ and EV006 + FWZ. Maximal achieved bending force is, according to the calculation, 259,8 kN. Bending operations will be made on CNC press TruBend 5130. In a technical and economical evaluation was determined cost for the material, which is 57 337,5 Kč.
CNC Applications in Forming Processes
Pobořil, Martin ; Jopek, Miroslav (referee) ; Řiháček, Jan (advisor)
This thesis presents the study on CNC control and its usage in forming processes. It analyses the main elements which are essential for functionality of computed numerically controlled processes. It also comprises the basics of CNC programming and related software programmes. Individual technologies of forming are covered in terms of fundamental principles. Subsequently the technologies are described in relation to the CNC control – in theory and also the specific examples of machines and software programmes are given. The thesis considers advantages and disadvantages of each technology and its suitability for use in given application.
Production of cooling cabinet
Halabrín, Marek ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Císařová, Michaela (advisor)
The thesis deals with presenting an assembly proposal of a cooling cabinet. The cooling cabinet is made from an austenitic steel plate of the ČSN 17 240 grade with a thickness of 1.5 millimetres. The assembly proposal is composed according to the design documentation. The number of the assembled pieces is 200. The manufacturing shall be made with the use of bending and punching. These manufacturing techniques form a part of this thesis. Finn power C5 with a nominal force of 300 kN and Trubend 5170 with a nominal force of 1700kN are the machines chosen for the manufacturing process. These are standardized machines made from a quenched steel and a steel of the 42CrMo4 type. A technological-economic evaluation comparing expenses of the manufacturing also forms a part of the thesis as well.
Design for production of lower part of charging station
Skalník, Petr ; Zavadil, Radek (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with a proposal of production technology of bottom part of charging station which is manufactured by DEL a.s. The component will be made of austenitic steel 17 349 which is 2 mm thick and its production series is 100 pieces a year. Punching and bending by MAG and TIG methods were chosen as the most suitable methods from the considered manufactoring technologies. Stud bolts will be welded by capacitor discharge. Based on the analysis of the technological calculations and the available machines in the manufacturing company was chosen that production is going to run through a punching press Pullmax 720, hydraulic CNC bending press OptiFlex 130 t 3,1 and welding sources TransPuls Synergic 3200, TransTig 1750 Puls and Nomark 65+. Technical and economical evaluation established cost calculation of semi-finished product material, welding wire, gaseous shield and stud bolts. The price of one piece is 3 117,70 Czech crowns.
