Description of tool clamping interface at milling machines
Coufal, Tomáš ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
My bachelor thesis is about the ways of clamping of tools for milling cutters. The first part contains the basic distribution of toolholders. It decribes the possibilities of clamping of toolholders in the spindle of machine. The second part is concentrated on clamping of the small milling tools.
Semi Automatic Lathe Machines
Chytil, Jakub ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with the background research, description and division of semi-automatic lathe machines. One of the thesis’s tasks is to realize the computational concept of a particular machine component. The beginning of the thesis focuses on the principle of lathe turning, the basic calculations, brief description of lathe blades, the main parts of semi-automatic lathe machines, and kinds of semi-automatic lathe machines. There are described machines of contemporary production with their main parameters and manufacturers in The Czech Republic and in foreign countries further on. The final part of the thesis is addressed to calculation of spindle deformation and optimal distance between the Bearings.
Design of milling machine spindl
Betlach, Jakub ; Hrbáček, Jakub (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the construction of the milling machine spindle. The first part includes research in the structural part of machine-tools spindles that are used currently. The first section also contains an overview of producers of machine-tools and their milling machines. The second part is focused on the design of the spindle according to selected parameters, including the necessary calculations. This thesis also includes spindle assembly drawing and 3D model created with Autodesk Inventor Professional 2011.
Design of lathe spindle
Novák, Tomáš ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor's thesis is a literary overview and a simple design of a lathe spindle with basic calculations. The first part contains a overview and a categorization of lathes with their technical parameters and the literary research, which is focused on the spindle of machine tools. The second part contains calculations and the design of the lathe spindle. The 3D model of the spindle, designed in SolidWorks 2008 software, and the assembly drawing of the lathe spindle are also included in this thesis.
Design of C axe for large turning machine
Kulčar, Vojtěch ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is construction of C axis of large turning machine. It contains description of C axis and methodology o its usage. Moreover it contains search of possible technical solutions of drive, breaking and measuring C axis. This thesis is describing chosen technical solution of drive and construction of c axis in design part. Also included is calculation and drawing of assembly of drive and model of C axis modeled in program Autodesk Inventor 2009.

Design of lathe spindl
Švarc, Pavel ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on one of the most important parts of lathe – spindle. Thesis is divided into two main parts. First of them is focused on the short research, which contains general information about spindles. This part deals about steps, which are needed to be done in construction for the correct function of spindle. At the end of first part is short presentation of chosen companies and their products. The second part is focused on the proposed spindle calculations. Into this part is also involved 3D model of proposed spindle and his assembly.
Description of tool clamping interface at milling machines
Mank, Slavomír ; Opl, Miroslav (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis discusses the ways of clamping tools into milling machines. It is contained basic toolholders and discribes possible types of clamping toolholders into tool spindle, as well as dealing with the options of clamping small milling tools.
Large Turning Centres
Nábělková, Irena ; Jaroš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is dedicated to large turning centres. The first part thesis is the summary of large turning centres, their description and types. Usage possibilities of different large turning centres in cutting operations are mentioned too. In the second part, the calculating proposition of a chosen component of large turning centre is solved. This component is spindle-drive. Calculating proposition contains calculation of cutting force, power, total efficiency, utile work and energy.
Active Balancing of Machine Tool Spindle Units
Pěnčík, Martin ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Březina, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to do background research of active balancing, to design a simplified model of spindle with an active balancing system and to realize searching simulations. The research describes basic terms and methods which are necessary to understand the issue of balancing. Then, the principle of both classic and active balancing and the description of an active balancing actuator are stated in the paper. Moreover, the thesis presents the creating process of the model which was performed in the program Matlab/Simuling. The thesis presents detailed descriptions of the realized simulations, the results of the simulations and a subsequent result analysis.
