Legal regulation of energy production from solar radiation

1 PRK 25.7.2012 ABSTRACT The thesis focuses on description of the legal regulation of energy production from solar radiation. It is a discourse about the substantial topic for the society, currently still highly actual and consisting not only law, but also economic and environmental overlaps. The thesis classifies solar energy within the energy resources system, compares it with other resources and tries to outline its future exploitation. After explanation of the merit of energy production from the solar radiation and current state of its exploitation, the legal framework of the solar energy as a part of renewables was described. Such description was split into two chapters by the year 2005 and examines the Czech and European law, while it shows the legal regime of the respective area in Germany, France and California. The support of energy production from any renewable resource (not excluding the solar energy) is based on law which shall arise from the conceptual instruments dealt by the author of the thesis in its second half. The author further reviews particular types of support in general and under the Czech law, describes the tax aspects and economic impacts of photovoltaics. The World of Children in the Books of Christine Nöstlinger

Tato diplomová práce postihuje literární tvorbu Christine Nostlingerové, rakouské spisovatelky pro děti. Práce vychází z devíti vybraných titulů, které byly přeloženy do češtiny, a zabývá se jejich analýzou a interpretací. Je zaměřena především na témata jednotlivých próz a charakteristiku literárního stylu autorky. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První, nazvaná Seznámení s autorkou, podává základní životopisné infonnace o Ch. Nostlingerové a zahrnuje také přehled jejího díla. Součástí je i podkapitola Překlady do češtiny, která je výčtem titulů, z nichž tato diplomová práce vychází. Svět dětí v literární tvorbě Ch. Nostlingerové je název druhé kapitoly, která má dvě části. První z nich, kterou jsem pojmenovala Svět reality a fantazie, se podrobněji věnuje tématům příběhové prózy ze života dětí. Vyplývá z ní, že dílo Ch. Nostlingerové tvoří próza realistická a próza s prvky fantazie. Druhá část této kapitoly s názvem Mezilidské vztahy sleduje vztahy dětských hrdinů s lidmi z jejich okolí, s rodiči, sourozenci a kamarády. Předposlední část práce je věnována literárnímu stylu autorky - vypravěči, postavám, ději, času, prostředí a kompozici. Tato diplomová práce, která má monografický charakter, se pokouší postihnout jednotlivé oblasti tvorby spisovatelky Martiny Drijverové, přičemž nejpodrobněji rozpracovává její dílo vydané knižně. Věnuje tématům, kterých se autorka dotýká nejvíce, ale také se zabývá analýzou jednotlivých děl po stránce jazykové. Martina Drijverová vykresluje určitý obraz světa prostřednictvím svých příběhů, nahlíží do různých oblastí života a seznamuje s ním čtenáře. Také z tohoto důvodu nese práce název Tvorba pro děti. Kapitola Portrét spisovatelky si všímá počátků a průběhu autorčiny spisovatelské dráhy, podává základní životopisné informace a seznamuje s vývojem jejího literárního stylu. What type of children do the applicants of foster care desire

This bachelor thesis deals with a substitute care in the Czech Republic. It shows differences between substitute family and educational care. The substitute family care is divided to adoption and foster care. At the forefront of this work is the process of adoption or foster care in practice, when an integral part of it is a role of regional office. The objective of this work is to identify and evaluate details from questionnaires for those who are interested of foster care at regional offices, how tolerant they are and what children they would ideate for their families. The theoretical part describes family and its importance for child developing, it points to problems of psychological deprivation at children, distribution of substitute educational and foster care including the historic definition. It focuses on the description of all forms of alternative cares with a focus on foster care and finally characterizes the mediation system of foster care in the Czech Republic. The practical part deals with data analysis of applicants for foster care, from which comes the thesis title ?What children the applicants for foster care want? at the regional office in Ceske Budejovice for the year 2011.

Quality of life patient with total hip replacement

Bachelors thesis is directed at perceived quality of life patients after total hip replacement. It contains theoretical and research parts. Theoretical part is consist of two parts: first part is about characterization of total hip replacement, second is about quality of life and their meaning at National Health Service. Research part is concern of questionnaires research. It passed of one hundred patients at Medical spa Bohdaneč. It compared quality of life before and after operation.

European Union and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

Next year will the Israeli occupation of Palestinian territories celebrate the 50th Anniversary. European Union, the most significant trade partner of Israel as well as the biggest donor of Palestine, was for a long time a mere observer of a situation of deepening of the occupation and postponing of its end because of building of Israeli settlements on the one side and of gradual division of Palestinian territories between radical Hamas and Fatah. Just in the autumn of 2015 the European Union decided to take a restrictive step towards Israel by setting clear rules of labelling of Israeli goods produced in those Israeli settlements. However, a harsh response has come both from the Israeli government and from some of EU member states. Therefore this work focuses on evaluation of the legitimacy of this move and on trying to assess the reason of its partial failure.

Analysis of the satisfaction of sport event participants

The diploma thesis deals with satisfaction measurement of participants of sport event. This sports event is international junior curling cup in Prague. The aim of thesis is to analyze participants satisfaction with this tournament. Based on these results some critical factors will be identified and also recommendations for organizers of the tournament will be listed to improve the quality of the tournament for next years. In a first part of the thesis there are described customer satisfaction theory and techniques for its measurements. According to suitability for this case the questionnaire survey will be applied. After short introduction to the tournament and some curling rules and specifics analysis of the survey results will be described. More evaluation methods will be used. Based on results from this analysis recommendations for tournament improvement will be given.

Tourist destination attractiveness in the Czech Republic

This master thesis deals with the perception of tourist destination attractiveness and its measuring by means of two research methods - Q-methodology and Likert scale. The use of these methods and the results which they provide are compared at the end of this thesis. In the theoretical part, which is based on the study of scientific literature, the term tourist destination and its potential for tourism development are defined. This part is also focused on the types of tourist destinations and explains the term tourist destination attractiveness. The following section is aimed at characterization of research methods Likert scale and Q-methodology. These methods are applied in the empirical research for data collection. The practical part is composed of the analysis of the data captured by the questionnaires and the comparison of the results based on own research focused on the tourist destination attractiveness. The result of this master thesis can be used by the destination management organizations and tourist centres in destinations.
