This bachelor's thesis deals with financial analysis of Penny Market, s.r.o. in the period of 2011-2014. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part is devoted to the core of financial analysis, its users, methods and individual ratio indicators. The practical part focuses on presentation of company Penny Market, s.r.o. and then on financial analysis itself. The analysis is based on horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements and on calculation of profitability, liquidity, activity, financial stability, indebtedness and solvency indicators. The thesis also includes creditworthy and bankruptcy models. The results of financial analysis are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

The theme of this thesis is financial analysis of the LEO Express company, since the company was established. It also contains comparison of the company and its competitor RegioJet. The work consists of three parts. The first part is purely theoretical. In the second part I applied the methodology defined in the first part. The third part contains an analysis, where the company LEO Express, is compared against competition.

The first part describes the methodological interpretation of financial analysis, including sources and users. There are also described methods of financial analysis. In the second part, these methods are applied to Haribo CZ s. r. o. and the financial analysis of the company is compiled for the period 2010 - 2014. The practical part includes basic information about the company and description of the history of this company.

The object of this bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company HARIBO CZ, s. r. o. during the years from 2011 to 2014. The thesis is divided into methodological part and practical part. In the first part, there are described basic theoretical methods of calculation of chosen indicators. These indicators are calculated in the following practical part of this thesis based on the data from the annual reports of the company. The second part consists of horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial ratios, which are financial ratios of profitability, activity, liquidity and solvency. At the end, there are chosen creditworthy and bankruptcy models calculated.

The diploma thesis includes an economic analysis of Kofola a.s. between 2009 and 2014. The aim of this work is to perform an economic analysis of the company, to assess its financial health and make a comparison with market developments. Own part of the work is divided into two main parts. The first is methodological section which describes used methods and models. In the practical part is applied methods from the theoretical part on observed enterprise. It is mainly based on financial reports. The financial analysis consists of an analysis of absolute indicators and ratios. Furthermore, the practical part contains rules of balance working capital analysis and DuPont analysis of ROE, cost and inventory analysis, comprehensive evaluation of business models and the intercompany comparison. In conclusion there are summarized and evaluated the results of practical part and deduced appropriate recommendations.

The Bachelor thesis is concerning the financial analysis of the company ČSAD MHD Kladno a. s. The aim of this study is to assess the financial situation of company between years 2010 - 2015. The company ČSAD MHD Kladno a. s. operates with passenger bus service in Central Bohemian Region and Prague. In the first part is described a theoretical definition of financial analysis, including the most commonly used methods. In the main part, these methods are applied specifically to assess the financial situation of the researched company. Conclusion brings final assessment of the financial situation and recommendations for the future development.

The aim of this thesis is to comprehensive evaluation of financial health and position of Mileta, a.s. using the selected tools and evaluate if strategic changes in 2008 led to renewed growth of the company. Attention is also paid to comparing results with the competition, which represent 6 selected companies. The used data are taken from final accounts of the company Mileta, a.s.. and individual companies for the period 2010 to 2014. The market situation with textiles is also presented in this thesis including an outline of past and current trends. The conclusion summarizes the results of the financial analysis and suggested recommendations for any identified deficiencies.

The thesis deals with the financial analysis of the company Ljunghall, Ltd. and focuses on the period from 2010 to 2014. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part the financial analysis itself, its purpose and application, particular methods and indicators are described. The practical part, first, presents the analysed company, describes its competitors and the industry. Afterwards, the methods and indicators presented in the theoretical part are applied to the analysed company. These indicators are also, in some cases, compared with the indicators of both the competing company and the industry. Finally, the financial health of the business is evaluated and then compared with the competitor and the industry.

Licensing of football clubs with focus on financial management

Bachelor thesis deals with an issue of licensing football clubs with focus on financial management and all related areas. Theoretical part aims at explaining rules of licensing management, its principles and specifics. Special attention is paid to the licensing finance-oriented criteria which must be fulfilled by football clubs in order to participate in sports competitions. Practical part concentrates on comparison of financial management between selected clubs. Used methods are financial ratios and Altman Z-score. Examined football clubs are FK Mladá Boleslav, AC Sparta Praha and SK Slavia Praha. Results of the research are commented in individual chapters and evaluated in the thesis conclusion.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to accomplish a financial analyse of the company Carla, s. r. o. between the years of 2011 and 2014. The thesis is divided into two parts. Methodical and practical. Methodical part is focused on description of procedures of financial analysis and definition of partikular indicators, concretely horizontal and vertical analysis, ratio indexes, bankrupcy and creditworthy models. In practical part of thesis the company Carla, s. r. o. is introduced and indexes, which are defined in methodical part are calculated. At the end there are summarized results of particular parts of financial analysis.
