Thin films for photovoltaics deposited by plasma chemistry methods\n
Fejfar, Antonín
Thin films are key components for practically all of contemporary photovoltaic cells for solar energy utilization. Cells use thin films for optimizing light trapping, for selecting and collection of photogenerated charges and interface passivation or as absorber layers. Each year several hundreds of square kilometers of thin films are deposited mainly by plasma chemistry methods.
Systém aktivního chlazení fotovoltaických panelů pro zvýšení jejich účinnosti
LANDKAMER, Ladislav
The work was divided into two main parts. The first one dealt with the analysis of the problem of influencing the performance of photovoltaic panels by active cooling. Based on the results of the analysis, an optimal system for active cooling was designed with respect to the performance enhancement but also to the damage elimination possibilities. The parameters for the implementation of the system were specified depending on the analysis performed. This analysis provided answers to the choice of the appropriate technology and to the technical design of the whole system. The second part of the work presented the actual technical solution. In the form of its design, construction, programming and testing of the resulting system.
Solární panely a změny ve využívání krajiny v ČR - regionální srovnání
MOJŽÍŠKOVÁ, Markéta
The bachelor thesis is aimed at mapping the location of solar panels in individual regions in the Czech Republic. It examines the question of owners and analyses the percentage difference of solar panels located on agricultural land among individual regions. In further it is focused on factors affecting the location of solar panels in particular regions in terms of regional policy, agricultural policy, subsidy policy and renewable energy policies. The next part of work focuses on landscape use in the Czech Republic and its conditions for the use of photovoltaic power plants. The work based on analysis of secondary data obtained from statistics, cadastral office's real estate maps and geoportal, uses data from the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Environment. The Results show the connection between landscape use and its changes in landscape usage in term of solar panels installation.
Financial return of home photovoltaic power plant
Jančík, Josef ; Malý, Milan (referee) ; Mauder, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis if focused on return on ivestment evaluation of a photovoltaic system of residential house. The calculation is made for photovoltaic system with and without accumulation and in combination with other alternative source – heat pump. The costs of instalation and working of new systems are then compared between each other and with the cost of working of a current system without photvoltaic.
Solar irrigation
Straňák, Rastislav ; Jaššo, Kamil (referee) ; Jandová, Kristýna (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of solar irrigation system together with the design and manufacture of the owner´s solution. The beginning of the thesis deals with the analysis of commercial equipment, determining its possible innovations. It continues with the analysis and selection of individual components for author´s solution. Newly designed device has a microcontroller that evaluates data from the relevant components, thus controlling the system processes. Thanks to the protection against self-destruction caused by running out of water or clogged hoses, the protection of plants against overwatering and the additive function of fertilization, i tis a compact solar irrigation system. The last part deals with the testing of the created equipment and the analysis of the achieved results.
Possibilities of reducing energy intensity and production of CO2 type objects
Ondruch, Jiří ; Kudela, Libor (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to introduce the issue of energy intensity of buildings. The thesis describes available technologies and ways to reduce energy intensity and CO2 production. In the design part, suitable measures are applied to selected typical buildings, which lead to lower consumption of the building, savings on operation costs and lower CO2 production.
Design of a photovoltaic power system three-person household in Ústi nad Orlicí area
Wohner, Marek ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of individual concepts related to photovoltaics and the design of a photovoltaic power plant. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis we find the history of photovoltaics and an explanation of the photovoltaic phenomenon. Much emphasis is placed on the analysis of individual photovoltaic cells and batteries. In addition, the bachelor thesis describes photovoltaic systems and legislation concerning photovoltaics. The end of the bachelor thesis is devoted to the design of a photovoltaic power plant and the subsequent evaluation.
Design of a photovoltaic power system with battery storage for household purposes
Lacina, Jaroslav ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This master’s thesis takes a look at possible project of photovoltaic powerplant with power storage for households. The principle and function of photovoltaic cells, inverter and acumulators will be explained in the theoretical part. The subsequent part will focus on description of photovoltaic systems, legal point of view as well as funding by programme New Green Savings. In the practical part, the photovoltaic power plant with battery storage for the home and its economic evaluation is proposed. The PV*SOL premium program was used for simulation and data processing.
Legal regulation of the renewable energy resources and their use
Makovec, Václav ; Damohorský, Milan (advisor) ; Humlíčková, Petra (referee)
Title: Legislation of renewable energy sources and their use Abstract The presented thesis deals with issues of legal regulation of renewable energy sources with target on legal regulation of system of support in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains the overview of documents and instruments from international enviroment. As a result of the Czech Republic membership in the European Union the thesis presents instruments of union legislation which due to integration of EU member states legislation and due to marking out obligatory goals aims to opened unified and liberal energy market. The thesis describes historical development of this phenomenon from partial legislation to complex and sophisticated legislation and artificially formed systems of support including and puts them into context with social economic aspects of pursued period of time. Due to comparative method the thesis brings not only comparation of legislation in the course of time in Czech and European background but also evaluate them and try to estimate progress and find possible solution. One of the thesis targets is to provide the comprehensive view on legislation of renewable energy sources from businessmen points of view and put this relationship into context with institute of environment protection.
Ekonomické dopady podpory výroby energie z fotovoltaických článků v České republice
Krška, Štěpán ; Hrubý, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Cahlík, Tomáš (referee)
v Abstract The bachelor's thesis focuses on the generation of energy from photovoltaic cells in the Czech Republic and calculation of costs resulting from a support of renewable energy sources. Second part, following a short introduction, contains a brief description of the energy market in the Czech Republic and definitions of renewable energy sources. Third part covers photovoltaic energy in general. It deals with its historical development, technology and potential in the Czech Republic. Fourth part concerns with a legislation and contains a basic overview of the energy legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. Fifth part elaborates on the potential of other renewable sources in the Czech Republic and based on expert studies outlines their possible future development. Sixth part comments on the situation of photovoltaics in other states and brings a view of the support of renewable sources in Germany, Spain and Italy. Seventh (analytical) part deals with an analysis and calculations of the costs of the support of individual renewable sources including photovoltaics, cogeneration and secondary resources. The thesis is ended with a conclusion summarising the main results of the work.
