The comparison of neoclasical and keynesian economics of unemployment
Vinterová, Michaela ; Janíčko, Martin (advisor)
Abstract The aim of my bachelor thesis is to describe in detail the main differences between neoclasical and keynesian theory of unemployment. The first part consists of essential premises of neoclasical theory (being represented mainly by its so called Cambridge School) and narrow desription of their approach to the problems of unemployment. Equally I focus on these premises and find out their consequences for the labour market. In the second part of my thesis, I similarly like in the first part describe the theory of unemployment elaborated by John Maynard Keynes, which could be, at least in general, found in his famous book The General Theory of Employment, Interest, and Money. I would like to aim on the fundamentals, which led Keynes to this theoretical approach and try to find out some of their consequences. In the last part, I am comparing the key determinants of both theories and putting forth their similarities and differences.

Nursing care of women after abortion performed for a genetic indication in II. trimester
FAJMANOVÁ, Dita
The finding congenital defect or chromosomal aberration by child puts a woman to big medical, ethical but also social problem, when she is forced to decide, if she should interrupt the pregnancy or to continue. By searching for abnormalities and pathologies in pregnancy is held by prenatal diagnostics. This involves cooperation of many medical fields such as obstetrics, ultrasonography, specialized laboratory and clinical genetics. The task of prenatal diagnostics is to reveal abnormalities in development of the child and to be able to interrupt the pregnancy, give information about following approach, to give possibility of choice, decrease fear and worries, and be able to cure the child in prenatal stage. Interruption is an action by which another development of the child is terminated. It brings many complicated situations, in which it is necessary to deal with them individually and in correlation with legislation. According to law it is possible to interrupt pregnancy after 12th week only in that case, when a life of the woman is threaten, or serious damage of child is proven or the child is not able to survive. If there are some genetic reasons for interruption, it is possible to interrupt pregnancy till 24th week and furthermore this possibility is valid when risk of damage of the child is more than 10% based on genetic examination. For interruption in second trimester it is necessary to choose sufficient method of interruption and provide a woman traumatic treatment to minimize the trauma. In this case the assistance of birth assistant is essential. This bachelor thesis is focused on problematic of interruption of pregnancy in second trimester based on genetic indication from decision of a woman if continue or interrupt the pregnancy all the way to nursery care during hospitalization. The aim of the thesis is to find out the factors, which influenced women in making their decision about interruption of pregnancy in second trimester a to find out their satisfaction with nursery care and attitude of birth assistants during hospitalization. In theoretical part the findings obtained from bibliographic sources were generalized. In practical part was done research for which was used qualitative method in form of questioning. For data collection technique was chosen structured interview. Interviews were done in department of conservative gynecology of Gynecological- obstetric clinic of Faculty Hospital in Pilsen in January, February and March of 2013. The focus group were five women, which were hospitalized here in that time with diagnosis of interruption in second trimester based on genetic indication. Obtained data were then categorized and for its interpretation some respondents´ citation were used. With research was found, that the decision making about interruption is influenced mainly by results of prenatal examination, standpoint of the partner and family and also suggestion of gynecologist. The decision is indirectly influenced by moral principles and conscience and also personal experience with damaged child. Satisfaction with nursery care and approach of birth assistants was expressed by all questioned women. They had some comments regarding organizational possibilities of medical facility. Two out of five respondents expressed need of more privacy, to be alone in the room. In their case it was impossible due to occupied single rooms. For three respondents it was unpleasant to go through interruption in delivery room. The research also revealed lack in satisfaction of psychical needs of respondents. The possibility of intervention with psychologist was offered only to two of them and all questioned women would appreciate intervention with psychologist already during decision making process.

Beran, Jiří ; Blažková, Miloslava (referee) ; Hogenová, Anna (advisor)
My work deals with Soren Kierkegaard's and Martin Heideggr's concepts of dread. The dread plays an improtant role in their philosophical work, because in dread meny important themes are being disclosed. Heidegger is interested in onthological field, Kierkegaard puts emphasis on problems of authentic christian existence. There are also other philosophical questions - freedom, authenticity, etc. - disclosed in dread. Both philosophers were able to approach to these problems from an original point of view.

The radiation exposure of employees of the former uranium ore processing plant MAPE Mydlovary.
NOVOTNÁ, Dana
In 1959, approximately 20 km to the north-west of České Budějovice a construction of a chemical uranium ore plant MAPE began. The plant operation started in 1962 and finished in 1991. The premises of the former chemical plant MAPE Mydlovary consisted of a plant in which uranium ore was manufactured and the manufactured material from uranium mines was stored in adjacent sludge lagoons. Uranium ore has never been mined in this area, neither in its surroundings. It has always been imported from uranium mines. Uranium was made from the ores by either acid or alkali leaching. Although this former uranium ore plant MAPE Mydlovary hasn´t been economically active anymore, it is nowadays one of the biggest environmental burden which results from ore mining and it's processing in the Czech Republic. Therefore, it is important to carry out remediation and recultivation works which are currently provided by the state enterprise DIAMO. DIAMO company, in fact, is also the owner of the former plant MAPE Mydlovary. During the operation of the former ore plant MAPE Mydlovary, about 1,100 employees took turns in the company. During the uranium ore treating and its consequent waste store in the lunge lagoons, employees of the plant were exposed to the effect of radionuclides. For this reason, my diploma thesis deals with the effect of radiation on employees of the former chemical plant MAPE Mydlovary and aims at the doses which the employees received while working in the plant. The data were gathered from October 2013 to April 2014 and contain figures for a period of 1963-1996. These figures were gained from personal dosimetrical files of the employees and these files were provided by the state enterprise DIAMO. The first aim of the thesis was to monitor the rate of radiation and to compare the gained values among individual employees of the plant MAPE Mydlovary. The monitoring of the effect of radiation was carried out from personal files of the employees and the measured values were put into tables of Excel programme. The values were then compared and I also used descriptive figures statistics. The doses at the employees were found not to exceed any dose limits. The second aim of the thesis was to evaluate the measured values at several groups of employees according to the type of the work they do. The division into individual groups was carried out according to the scale of received doses. It deals with a group of employees who worked at least for 6 months with dustiness, another group working in a sludge lagoon, another group of workers who were responsible for the main manufacture but weren´t exposed to any dustiness (according to the type of work, these people were then divided either into the first or the second sub-group) and also a group of other employees who had their own dosimeter- this group served as a comparative reference in a statistic research. The measures values were evaluated by a statistic research. For this type of research, we used a parametric testing and a so-called Fischer´s F-test, which was applied thanks the Statistics function in a table processor MS Excel 2010. For this test, we used the level of significance = 0,05. Through the statistic research, we have found out that the highest measured values appeared at the employees who were working in the main manufacture but without any dustiness. This group of people was ranked as the first group. The lowest amount of received doses appeared at the employees who worked in the main manufacture, without any dustiness and were put into the second sub-group. The hypothesis that the doses of the MAPE Mydlovary employees are different within the groups has been confirmed. The hypothesis that the doses at the MAPE Mydlovary staff didn´t exceed any dose limits for the staff has been confirmed as well. The hypothesis that the doses at the MAPE Mydlovary staff were different in certain groups was confirmed.
