Apartment house Proluka in Olomouc

The task of the bachelor thesis was to process the documentation for the new apartment building with almost zero energy consumption. The apartment building is located in Olomouc, in a terraced development, in the gap site. The building is oriented to the northeast and southwest. The apartment building is designed as a basement with four floors. In the basement, there are three separate garages, storage rooms, and rooms for the technical operation of the building. A total of eight residential units are designed on the upper floors. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Barrier-free vertical transport is provided by an elevator located in the mirror of the staircase. The building is based on a reinforced concrete foundation slab. The vertical structures are made of sand-lime masonry. Horizontal load-bearing structures are reinforced concrete monolithic. The roof of the building is the gable. The apartment house is insulated with mineral wool insulation.
Cast-in-place basement of cottage in Kronfelzov

This thesis deals with the design and assessment of all supporting parts of a cast-in-place basement of a cottage in the town Kronfelzov. The thesis includes a technical report, static analysis, drawing documentations and visualizations. The calculation of the internal forces was performed by the software Scia Engineer. The drawing documentation consist of a shape and reinforcement drawings of the supporting parts.

The apartment house is designed as a full-basement structure, with one underground storey and two above-ground storeys. The access to the building is either by a steel staircase or barrier-free, by a steel ramp. Cars enter the basement by a one-way ramp. The main entrance to the building is located on the first above-ground storey and is connected to the stairwell which serves as the principal vertical communication. The basement floor houses a parking lot, supporting facilities, cellars, and a boiler room. The first floor houses offices, including supporting facilities, and two apartment units, one comprising two rooms with kitchenette, the other a 3+1 (two-bedroom) unit. In addition, there is also a pram room. There are two 3+1 (two-bedroom) units on the second floor. Each apartment has its own balcony. The facade of the building is segmented, serving as a contact thermal insulation system. The building has a saddle roof, covered with gray-coloured seamed metal sheet roofing. Its slope is 13°. The building lies on ribbon foundations and a bearing plate. The structural system is based on brickwork consisting of ceramic building blocks, supplemented by reinforced concrete on the basement floor, and makes use of an outside contact thermal insulation system. The roof structures are represented by reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings. The load-bearing structure of the roof consists of a nailed roof truss girder, with the bottom flange of the girder carrying an SDK soffit – the ceiling structure of the second floor. The building will have a central heating system comprising an electric boiler with an accumulation tank located in the boiler room on the basement floor. Horizontal utility lines are bundled, with two main utility nodes located between apartment units.

The theme of the bachelor´s thesis are a design and mainly a project documentation of a detached house with two housing units in Zlín. The building consists of two aboveground floors and a basement, where garages for both flats are situated. Beside the own project documentation an architectural study and an essay are also parts of the thesis.

The bachelor's thesis deals with design of a detached family house. The aim of this work is to draft project documentation for construction the house. The house is situated in town Prostějov in cadastral area Vrahovice. The family house is designed for four-members family. The building has two floors and a basement. The structure of the house is made of the system of HELUZ in combination with systém of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of ISOVER EPS. The basement is made of a formwork. The roof is saddle with the roof tiling of TONDACH Samba 11. The staircase is monolithic reinforced concrete.

The topic of my bachelor thesis is a design of a single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is situated in a flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a city of Jindřichův Hradec. The house has two above-ground floors, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed of a Porotherm construction system. The roof is made as single-shell roof.The main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program ArchiCad.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of a family house with a bicycle shop and bicycle service in the cadastral territory of the village rozdrojovice in the construction of family houses. The building is a two-storey basement, consisting of the first and second floors. A garage is attached to the family house. The family house is designed as one-generation (for a family of four), the garage is designed for one car. From the residential part there is a transfer to the garage and the shop. Over the store's store there is a roof terrace with access from the second above-ground floor. The building is based on plain concrete base strips, the porotherm ceramic blocks are made of porotherm ceramic ceilings and porotherm beams. The roof of the building is solved with a single-layer flat roof. The main entrance to the building is oriented to the northeast, the residential part of the house is oriented east, west and south.
Two-flat detached house with an establishment massage in Tečovice

This bachelor's thesis deals with a design of two-flat family house with massage service in Tečovice. The land for construction is inclide. The object has a basement where are situated massage parlors, garages and technical rooms. On the first floor are two arpatments for a 4-members family. Each apartment has own staircase. On the second floor is resting part of apartments. The construction system is from brick blocks Porotherm, ceilings are folded by Miako inserts. The roof of the house is a gabled one and is made by modern collar beam system. Covering is formed by roof tile Tondach.

This bachelor thesis is focused on a design of a single-family house suitable for four to five permanent residents. The object is situated on an almost flat-surfaced lot on Růžičkova street in Třebíč. The house has two above ground floors and one underground floor. Plan dimensions of the house are 15,85 x 11,85 m. A garage for single vehicle is a part of the building. The roof is constructed as a single flat roof. The object is designed using a technology of Porotherm system except from the basement perimeter walls made of concrete blocks. The thesis also provides a project documentation for a construction including five constructional details, fire safety, thermal engineering, and acoustic solutions. The project documentation had been elaborated in an educational version of ArchiCAD program.
