Process FMECA - implementation of information system in the bank

This thesis considers of process FMECA analysis that is applied to the process of implementation the information system in the bank. The theoretical part focuses on risk management and using of methods FMEA and FMECA. In the practical part of thesis is introduced the company, for that the process of implementation of the information system is designed. In addition the analysis of the external and internal environment in relaiton to the information system is made. The result of these analysis is SWOT analysis. Then the process of implementation the information system is described and FMECA analysis is performed. Based of the results of the analysis are designed appropriate measures that will eliminate the risks or that will reduce their impacts.

The goal of the submitted thesis “The Company Controlling Utilization“ is to analyze existing economic system in the company and to suggest supporting module for its ERP. Theoretic part deals with the company controlling utilization, possibilities of ERP and current trends. Practical part deals with the detailed description of used module in REDA a.s. showing problems of given solution. The given problem is solved by using ERP K2.

Evaluation of the Business Financial Situation and its Information System Support

This thesis evaluates the financial situation of the company ABC, a.s. by selected methods of financial analysis. Calculation of financial analysis is carried out by suitably selected information system to ensure the requirements of the conclusions of the financial analysis staff responsible for financial management pursued by the company. Evaluation of their financial situation is carried out for the period 2007 - 2009. The output is a thesis prepared a comprehensive proposal for improving the current situation and eliminate the shortcomings.

This Bachelor work deals with the design of data and functional information system model of DIRTEL s.r.o. company. The current situation of the company and the issues concerning its information system have been thoroughly analysed. On the basis of the outcome of the analysis, the solution for the design of data and functional information system model has been elaborated. The solution might be used for implementation of information system, which is not being used by the company at present.

Proposal for an Improvement of Warehousing Processes

This master´s thesis includes the creation of proposals leading to an improvement of warehousing processes of the specific company. Master´s thesis consists of three main parts. The first part explains concepts relating to business processes, stock management, mentioned reguirements for the business process management and than described business processes modeling and function of information systems. The second part is focused on global processes analysis of the selected company and detailed analysis of the present warehousing processes status. The third part contains description of possible proposals for an improvement of warehousing processes and than description of specific proposals for necessary changes of the process support by information system.

In the Master’s Thesis, the management of processing of an order in the company Pekárny Blansko, a.s., is analyzed. The description of the present way of dealing with the orders is included in the Thesis as well. Subsequently, the Thesis contains a proposal that facilitates meeting the customers’ demands for quantity and time. This solution will contribute to the competitive advantage of the company in the market.
