Measurement and analysis of electroencephalogram
Klus, Michal ; Chmelař, Milan (referee) ; Kubicová, Vladimíra (advisor)
The first theoretic part studies the origin and history of electroencephalography. It describes the basic part of the brain, neuron, from anatomical to functional sides. It discusses formation of electrical potential. It continues on overview and description of alternative diagnostic methods used for brain testing and testing of brain electrical activity. Describes the types of using electrodes and their location. Finish of theoretic part shows the descritpion of EEG record and characteristics of types of waves. The practical part shows the attempt to measurement. Procedure of correct measurement and capture the dates. Describes the transferring data into right format drawing EEG spectral analysis and brain mapping. All of this is included in the generated program analyza_EEG The end of practical part describes the outputs from progmam using own measurement data.
Heart rate variability in decreasing of alertness level
Strublová, Tereza ; Provazník, Ivo (referee) ; Janoušek, Oto (advisor)
Objective of this study is to familiarize with problems of measuring heart rate variability. At first there is described physiology of vascular system, then practical measuring of heart rate variability during falling asleep. At the end of this project is the statistical processing of results and comparison of the differences between heart rate variability during sleep and wakefulness.
Scanning a analysing of heart electrical activity and blood pressure before and after the load
Vích, Daniel ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Kratochvíla, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of bachelor’s thesis is familiarization with anatomy and physiology of heart, with setting to electrical activity, scanning EKG before and after the load with Biopac system, scanning of blood pressure before and after the load with auscultation, statistical analysis of acquired data and presentation of measured data in graphical interface Guide of Matlab system. According to the protocol of measurement, scanning of heart electrical activity with the Biopac system, and scanning of blood pressure, with auscultation, was realized before and after the load. Measured data was statistically analyzed with t-test to verify hypothesis, that there is an influence of the load on the watched parameters, and to show the process of statistical verification. Application of this method assumes normal distribution of data, that’s why data was at first tested by Chi-squared and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to verify their normal distribution. In the next step data was imported into Matlab system. The presentation of measured data is realized in graphic interface Guide. The program contains time domain and spectral analysis, automatic detection of heart rate and analysis of heart rate variability.
Liveness Finger Detection by LEDs with Different Wavelengths
Malý, Tomáš ; Drahanský, Martin (referee) ; Váňa, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this thesis was to study biometrics and focus on liveness detection. Design liveness detection for existing sensor with LEDs using different wavelength.
Real-time spectral analysis in LabVIEW software environment
Vašátko, Karel ; Průša, Zdeněk (referee) ; Rášo, Ondřej (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with issues of signal processing and display its spektrum in the environtment LabVIEW. Here is description signal processing theory, description of a block diagram of a spectral analysis and description of the methods for compute power spectral density. In the main part is a description of program developed for real-time spectral analysis. Part contains block diagrams and measurements.
Detection of Phone Calls in Broadcast Data
Javorský, Peter ; Fapšo, Michal (referee) ; Plchot, Oldřich (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with phone call detection in recordings of radio broadcast data. I will introduce an approach, that will diarize broadcast record to segments with phone calls and segment where moderator speaks. Efficiency will be evaluated at frame level against manually annotated record.
Concealed damage the ceiling to the floor, or the lack of assessment of impact sound?
Berková, Petra ; Berka, Pavel
Based on the complaints of users apartments was found essential, mainly relating to ceilings to the floor, at which the top layer consists of laminated . Although these structures conform in terms of impact sound , residents have repeatedly complained about the poor acoustic comfort especially in the perception of movement across the floor in a higher floor. Spectral analysis of the noise source (the movement of persons roof construction with floor) were found to be the source of significant noise components in the low frequency range (31,5 to 40) Hz , that is outside the area of impact sound insulation rating per local legislation.
PREDICTION SOUND INSULATION PROPERTIES DIVIDER BUILDING STRUCTURES AND SECURITY ACOUSTIC COMFORT INSIDE BUILDINGS
Berková, Petra ; Katunský,, Dušan (referee) ; Tuza,, Karel (referee) ; Vaňková,, Marie (referee) ; Vlček, Milan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the properties of soundproof partition structures in the low-frequency sound at impact sound insulation and security of acoustic comfort inside buildings. The prediction of impact sound is a simulation laboratory measurements of impact sound. The work is based on the occurrence of frequent complaints of inhabitants of residential homes for subjectively poor impact sound insulation of horizontal dividing structures, whose top layer is formed laminate. Although these structures conform in terms of impact sound insulation in accordance with the requirements of CSN 73 0532: 2010, residents complain about the subjective perception of the sounds of lower frequencies. A noise with a distinctive character of sound at low frequencies has been proved by measuring the spectral analysis and evaluation of sound pressure levels caused by the movement of persons roof construction to the floor. On the measurement and evaluation carried out in accordance with the measurement and evaluation of noise in non-working environment can be related requirement under the Regulation No. 272/2011 Coll. "On the protection of health from the adverse effects of noise and vibration." Occupational noise limits for protected buildings interior space do not apply to noise from ordinary use of the apartment. Under current legislation, the problem is in the Czech Republic at present insoluble. Therefore, this work explores ways evaluation of impact sound and delivery is determined conclusions. With the low-frequency impact sound insulation is also related to the latter part of this dissertation, where the computing program ANSYS (version 14.0) is simulated laboratory measurements of impact sound insulation of the real structure. The paper presents the results of simulation, and the sound pressure level in the receiving room to třetinooktávového band 630 Hz. These results are compared with measured values modeled in the laboratory.
Mechanical Torque Analysis of Induction Machine Based on Magnetic Circuit Saturation
Skalka, Miroslav ; Bendl,, Jiří (referee) ; Voženílek, Petr (referee) ; Ondrůšek, Čestmír (advisor)
e main goal of this thesis is mechanical torque analysis of induction machine based on magnetic circuit saturation, oversaturated areas classification and the possibility of oversaturated areas reduction of their influence on machine properties. Whole problem is solved by finite element method in ANSYS program. Work is divided into the description and creating of electromagnetic model, a method of the induction machine equivalent circuit parameters determination, the electromagnetic field calculation by finite element method, experimental measurement using LabVIEW program with measurement accessories (PCIe card National Instruments), data processing program in DIAdem, results analysis of calculations in terms of magnetic circuit saturation, the influence of magnetic circuit material based on electromagnetic field distribution and the magnetic flux density along the air gap including spectral analysis using MATLAB and the electromagnetic torque and its parasitic torque components calculation.
