Mathematical-physical analysis of climatic chamber
Repko, Ilia ; Bílek, Michal (referee) ; Maxa, Jiří (advisor)
This work deals with the mathematical and physical analysis of the climatic chambers. The theoretical part describes the issue of climatic chambers, software SolidWorks and ANSYS Fluent, basic equations describing fluid status and fluid turbulence. The practical part of the thesis is to create the model of climatic chamber in CAD system SolidWorks and simulation of flow and and temperature distribution by ANSYS Fluent. At the end of the work the results are analyzed and evaluated.
Návrh a simulace mechanického namáhání propouštěcí branky pomocí CAD nástrojů
SLAVÍK, Roman
The diploma thesis is focused on computer modeling of the mechanics of the release gate used in agricultural practice. The theoretical part describes several computer programs that can be used for this purpose. Specifically, these programs are: SolidWorks, CA-TIA, Solid Edge, Pro/ENGINEER, NX, and Autodesk Inventor. For each program, their basic descrip-tion, user interface and basic features are provided. In the practical part of the diploma thesis a new design of the release goal was proposed. Using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016, a mechanical simulation of this goal was performed step by step.
Konstrukční řešení tenzometrické měřicí hlavy
Kukla, Jan
The main objective of my thesis is to design the constuction of strain gauge mea-surring head. This constrction allows testing float in the pool and facilitate the job of a human operator. By measuring we determined the physical properties of the float. The construction is mounted on the robot KUKA. I chose suitable sensor single-point for measuring buoyacy and tensile strength float on the surface. Strain sensor has an cover IP67. Material of the supportng structure is made of aluminium alloy from company MayTec. The sensors are located in the axis of the center of gravity of the float, which i experimentally calculated. From my experience, character of the float in work on the surface and under load be expected change center of gravity. Construction is adapted for this situation. Final product is light and durable construction with precise sensors and low price.
Konstrukce jednoválcového motoru
Šťastný, Radek
The Bachelor`s thesis is intended to construction solution of single-cylinder petrol en-gine. The thesis analyzes the differences between four-stroke and two-stroke engine. There were described functions of the individual components contained in the engine, further construction, material and power or heat load. In this thesis was created the ini-tial concept engine in three-dimensional space and the creation of a movement study in tool SolidWorks.
The heat build-up of tap-off units of busbar trunking system in relationship to their surfacing.
Forejtník, Jan ; Radil, Lukáš (referee) ; Foral, Štěpán (advisor)
This study is dedicated to the effect of surface modification on lid warming of busbar trunking system BD2 which is manufactured by Siemens company in Mohelnice town (CZ). By using experimental methods, it investigates heat transfer by radiation and natural convection. It evaluates which type of surface modification is more effective by transfer heat. This study uses a method of emisivity comparison and a procedure given in standards for heat up test afterwards. It led to recognition, that various colour shades used on busbar system have similar high emissivity. Smooth colour spraying transfers heat a bit more effectively than rough colour spraying. Outputs of supplementary measurements give basis for numerical simulations in SolidWorks software. Numerical analysis assists to interpret results, for example by sensitivity study of heat transfer depending on emissivity.
Cooling of Two-channel audio power-amplifier using FVM
Němec, Radek ; Kazelle, Jiří (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor´s thesis is dealing with the design and construction of two-channel audio Leach type power-amplifier, including the necessary additional components and subsequent design of the amplifier cooling using Flow Simulation tool included in the SolidWorks design system. The opening chapters is about theoretical analysis of audio amplifiers, heat transfer and description of SolidWorks design system. The main part of this thesis contains the design and construction of amplifier and design of each variants of amplifier cooling, including the best variation designed. The last part of the thesis is about assembling the amplifier and evaluation of economic aspects of its production.
Production Concept of Smart Stand Using Modern Methods and Technologies
Buchta, Juraj ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of bachelor´s thesis is design, construction and production of smart stand for laptop Macbook Pro with using advanced additive Rapid Prototyping technology. The design is created with the parametric CAD program SolidWorks. Model of stand is realized on a 3D printer Fortus, company operating with additive method Fused Deposition Modeling. The work is completed with economic evaluation of the total costs of production and prices to compare of the stands on the market.
Production of Preparation Prototype Using Additive Method of Fused Deposition Modelling
Sedláček, Milan ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis focuses on the production of a product using the increasingly popular additive technologies Rapid Prototyping. The theoretical section explained the very rapid prototyping technology and its application in various sectors. There were also mentioned different materials to use for 3D printing and actual printing method. The practical part was focused on the prototype modeling in SolidWorks CAD software and the subsequent production of elements of the 3D printer uPrint, using additive method Fused Deposition Modeling. In the conclusion, there is the evaluation of prototype production and also cost comparison using alternative materials.
Withdrawable truck for MV switchgear SR12 with contactor VSC7
Sojka, Tomáš ; Honzák, Aleš (referee) ; Malášek, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the development of retrofit – withdrawable truck for medium voltage switchgear. It includes a brief overview of medium voltage switchgear, description of the process retrofitting and complete design of withdrawable truck with the VSC7 contactor for ABB MV switchgear SR12, including technical and economic optimization of the solution. The output of thesis is technical documentation of withdrawable truck in Solidworks.
Design of an extensible platform for mobile robot
Šumšal, Zdeněk ; Krejčí, Petr (referee) ; Krejsa, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis is about the design of the telescopic platform. which should be fasten on robot called Breach. Purpose of this platform is to carry another equipment like sensors, cameras or manipulator. The platform has to provide chiefly the high demands on load capacity. Another part of the thesis is design of mechanism placed on this telescopic platform, or just on the robot Breach. This mechanism has to load up small subject on the top part of the platform and then unload it on chosen place. Only thing defined for this subjekt is maximal weight of 2 kilograms, but other parameters aren´t specified. Construction is therefore focused on maximal versatility of this mechanism.
