The subject of this thesis is to selection of optimal variant of financing the investment engineering characters. The theoretical part is focused on the possibilities of investment financing in the public sector, the issue of public procurement, risks arising from the financing of public procurement and state engineering in the south and west Bohemia. The benefit of the practical part will specifically identify funding options researched the project and recommend the optimal variant of its financing.

Project Financing from EU Funds

Projects finance by funds of European Union deals about possibilities and assessment of investments to the projects which bring the benefit to public sector at the level regions, but also as whole for society. On this account can be financed from means of company of EU. The aim diploma thesis is finding factural prospectus in select sector and choose variants of realization. On the basis ascertained records these variants analyze and financially valorize. The thesis will be resolved reconstruction project memorable buildings in the city center Bohumín, thus create new spaces for public library facilities and training center for commercial and non-commercial nature.

Design of passive optical network

Diploma thesis is dealing with access networks, especially with the passive optical network. The theoretical part is a list of different types of passive optical access networks, including theirs basic description, which then goes on to feature connectivity options for optical units, customers, including topology of distribution network. Analysis of different types of networks and the possibility of physical and logical design is the basis for successful design and prepa-ration of future optical access networks. Practical part is devoting to data analysis of measurement existing metropolitan network to be used for construction of optical access network in Brno, Ţlutý kopec – Preslova location. Data evaluation showed possibility of connecting with already installed network hence is created proposal of optical access network mentioned before. Selected location is analysed in detail and illustrated on situational scheme of location and customers, whose will be passive split-ters to central office. Consequently is developed project of optical access network based on data analysed date from measurements. Project is study and description of planned solution of optical access network in order to bring Triple Play services to customers. Within the interpretation of the feasibility of the project and verification physical layer pa-rameters of network was made a simulation in OptiSystem. The possibility of successful op-eration of the optical access network with the attributes entered in its design is approved in accordance with the evaluation results. The proposed network is passive in character of GPON standard, and the text describes in detail physical layer, proposed transmission speed, wave and attenuation plan of optical net-work. The work implies a specific line of HDPE ducts and microducts in them, including drawing the maps and identification in-depth. The work contains a description of the elements that are installed on the route – the number, type and eventually its length. Diploma thesis is introducing the technology and construction sequence of access network leading to its opera-tional state.

Reconstruction of Polishing Apparatus

This thesis is focused on a reconstruction of polishing machine for sphere objects which is located in laboratories of Institute of Machine Design Brno University of technology. The first part of the thesis contains a brief summary of existing polishing machines with description of their basic principles. The other sections discuss polishing, bearing balls, drives for this machines and surface roughness. The second part is dedicated to construction designs for reconstruction of the polishing machine. In the final part is chosen optimal variant which is well suited for requirements on functionality, efficiency and production simplicity.

Conversion of Grain Silo in Zlin

The Bachelor’s Thesis is based on the architectural study which was done in the summer semester of the third year of my bachelor’s studies. The goal was to create an alternative way how to use this building. The new owner wants to use it mainly for storage and other, mainly auxiliary services. That is why concrete silos were torn down and the object should be turned into a standard multi-stage structure. The main idea of this work is to suggest alternatives what may remain a private initiative. Not only that would therefore not demand additional public expenditure, it could also attract a wide audience with its attractive content. The proposal outlines a friendly variant to the public resources and also has a positive economic benefit within the city of Zlin. That includes adding attractive features into the original grain silos‘ spaces – indoor skydiving, indoor diving, climbing wall etc. This would create an adrenaline centre accompanied with supporting features - commercial areas, a restaurant with a terrace and accommodation. Visual access to internal activities while maintaining the character of the Bata architecture from the main visual axis by this extraordinary object would not only be more attractive, it could also ensure its long-term future.

Czech´s Drama Stage Design´s Expression from Polish Point of View

Resumé
Baccalaureate work Stage design´s interpretation of czech´s drama from polish point of view, is attempt to present process of work on choosen text in context of history of chechs and polish puppet theatre in scecond half od twenty century.
The work is divided into two basic blocks, essayistic and practikal.
First of them deals with charakterisation of particulars polish and chech puppet theatres. Searches the dependences, differences and metamorphoses betwwen them. That part comments the past, makes references to present and put the questions about the future. She has a essayistic character and often expresses my subiective point of view, which is only the hypotesis about the theatre condition. The leading line is plastic theatre conception and is like a speace to apply into the various new plastic means.
The practicical part is divided to further two parts. First of them reveals the concept, idea and working process. She meets the requirements of handpuppet theatre. The second part is further option of stage designes solution the same text in demonstrating conception theatre.
The image which I have done during considering on polish and chech theatre becomes source of my inspiration, reffers to internal problematic Pavlik´s drama from other point of view and describes the varied ascpects of modern puppet theatre.

Study the update of spatial plan for municipality district Medlánky

The purpose of this work is to give readers a comprehensive view on the changes in the concept of spatial plan for the city of Brno and analyze how it influences the city district Medlánky. For the determination of changes were mainly used three variants of the concept of a new spatial plan for the city of Brno. The analysis of changes read up following materials: Variant I, II, III of the concept of upcoming Spatial Plan of Brno, the results of measurements of noise, emissions, traffic flow and speed were also included. These measurements were conducted in Medlánky during the past few years. As starting material were used an assessment of the impact of traffic solution concept of Spatial Plan for Brno on roads and other infrastructure in Medlánky. By carrying out the research it was discovered that some interventions would be a big burden for this part of town and would be conducive to preserving its character and landscape and ultimately could reduce the quality of life Medlánky.

Alcohol Detoxitication Center for Children and Youths its Function and Significance in the Network of Institutions which Provide Treatment

The objective of this thesis was the description of the work of the Child and Adolescent Detoxification Centre in Prague, its importance in the treatment drug addiction among children and adolescents. Another objective was to find out about the interrelationship of the work of regional coordinators for the prevention of risk behaviour and forms of follow-up therapy according to individual needs and nature of Child and Adolescent Detoxification Centre in Prague. The research conducted in the period from January to March 2010. Mapping the variants of follow-up therapy of the clients using habit-forming drugs in different regions of the Czech Republic and the forms of prevention are other objectives. The theoretical part of the thesis contains the description of the establishment of the Hospital of Sisters of Mercy of St. Charles Borromeo, in the premises of which the Child and Adolescent Detoxification Centre (CaADC) in Prague is located, as well as the description of the CaADC, and its medical and other personnel. The thesis describes the process of hospitalization, tests which preceded it and the necessary procedures to ensure successful completion of the hospitalization. Part of the theoretical block is dedicated to the care provided by a social worker, psychologist and therapists. Related legislation that forms the basis of prevention methods of individual regional drug coordinators and the centre itself is an integral part of the work. Prevention is a critical form of struggle against the abuse of psychotropic substances by children and adolescents. It is described in detail here, as well as the factors involved in the development of addiction. Other related terms only complement the mosaic of the studied issue. Within quantitative research, a content analysis of the data from the statistics of the Child and Adolescent Detoxification Centre in Prague was used to verify set hypotheses. The responses of regional drug coordinators to a set of open and semi-open questions, which were formulated for this purpose, were also used. Another source was the results of standardized interviews with three doctors at the Child and Adolescent Detoxification Centre in Prague. Hypotheses 1, 3 and 5 have not been confirmed. On the contrary, hypotheses 2 and 4 have been confirmed. The set objectives have been met. Unfortunately, our country still lacks a sufficient number of facilities that provide follow-up care of child drug addicts, as is clear from the research.

Authoritarian Values and Electoral Behaviour in Slovakia

Along with the right-left economical dimension of positioning of political parties and voters, there is also dimension of division along cultural and value items which is described as authoritarianism - libertarianism axis or sometimes conservatism - liberalism. In new democracies the division along clear support for liberal democracy on the one hand and support or toleration of non liberal use of power on the other hand is often very important. We distinguish between authoritarianism as orientation with tendency towards support for restrictive and hierarchical politics, which in some cases lead to non liberal variant of formally democratic order, and cultural conservatism, which has its roots mainly in higher level of religiosity. Authoritarian and conservative tendencies are to certain level associated with each other, nevertheless they do not create an integral complex. There is evidence of a group with authoritarian value orientation and culturally liberal position at the same time; in Slovak conditions it is the case of the electorate of left wing party Smer (Direction). Examining the opinion cleavage among Slovak public along cultural and value questions, we identify the biggest conflict potential of the authoritarian items as the mode of political rule and nationalism. Návrh obnovy lovecké chaty Jelenka

The work was focused on the current state of the object with high humidity from the ground in presence of fungi. The aim was to consider possible ways to restoration of it and to elaborate the final version of the restoration proposal. The semi-destructive methods in the construction survey were used. A humidity of endangered construction elements was measured, the degree of infestation and its intensity were determined. Results were entered into drawings supplemented by tables. Probable cause of damage and possible ways to eliminate it were in results also recorded. Such a combination of options to ensure the long-term solution to the problem with regard to maintaining the authentic appearance of the building by creating benchmarks and comparison of the results was chosen. This combination includes a drainage system, an insulation of lower structure against moisture and creating a vertical drainage, ensuring the floor and the interior ventilation with the help of horizontal openings in the foundation wall, roof structure repair, replacement of the roofing and ensuring stiffness of the truss. The results of this work provides the necessary documents to the contracting authority to take the necessary steps in the reconstruction and rehabilitation of timber structures, respectively, to award a professional company. It can also be applied to objects of a similar nature that are also threatened by high incidence of moisture from the lower building.
