The Use of Activities with Natural and Technological Materials for the Development of Children?s Creativity
V mé práci chci pomocí tří testů (Torranceho doplňování kruhů, tvarového skládaného testu s použitím tangramu a praktickou činností s technickým materiálem) zhodnotit a porovnat úroveň nonverbální tvořivosti dětí, které navštěvují "mé" oddělení školní družiny v letošním školním roce. Social work with a family - significance of father's role in the family for this role
Frýdlová, Anna ; Vodáčková, Daniela (advisor) ; Venglářová, Martina (referee)
Topic of the work was chosen on the basis of experience and four-year practise in working with families as a part of family re-institution. During the years of working with families, in a significantly woman-staffed profession it has been proven how difficult it is to get also fathers involved into therapeutic work with families and into removing difficulties in childcare. In most cases fathers perceived their role as very marginal. They did not take part in the appointments and avoided them. They were not used to being present there, in most cases they considered these appointments as an issue for mothers and also a matter belonging to the world of women. Over the years we were learning how fathers shall be approached, we asked ourselves whether such approach differs from the way of approaching mothers. Or whether a different language style shall be used? What else can be done in order to involve father into reconstruction of family relations from the social worker point of view? How fathers can be activated and accentuated? In this work I decided to present techniques, which we used and which were the ones that helped us to accentuate the father's role, to support him and to make him engaged into what is going on in the family and to help the children. My work deals with the family theory, history of its...

Krátké periody světelných skvrn jsou při indukci fotosyntézy u smrku ztepilého účinnější
Košvancová, Martina ; Urban, Otmar
Plants growing in the forest understorey are subjected to both prolonged low diffuse background light and transient lightflecks, which provide high light intensities for a few seconds or minutes. The photosynthetic response to fluctuating irradiances is dependent on the following main features of: 1) photosynthetic induction response to a rise in the irradiance, 2) ability to maintain photosynthetic induction under low-light conditions, which allows a plant to better exploit the next lightfleck, 3) stomatal response to light intensity, and 4) ability to extend the photosynthetic activity into the shade period immediately following a pulse of high light, i.e. post-illumination CO2 fixation. In this study we determined the impact of oscillating irradiance with different times of period on the activation and deactivation of CO2 assimilation processes and light use efficiency during the lightflecks.

Pouchlý, Václav ; Cihlář, Jaroslav (referee) ; Maca, Karel (advisor)
This diploma work is focused on exploitation of high-temperature dilatometry in sintering of advanced ceramic materials. Newly developed software is presented in this diploma work. This software is able to calculate activation energy of sintering process via concept of Master Sintering Curve. In the second part of diploma work the software was verified by evaluation of sintering of four different ceramics materials. The following activation energies of sintering were calculated: 990kJ/mol for tetragonal ZrO2 (3mol% Y2O3), 620kJ/mol for cubic ZrO2 (8mol% Y2O3) and 640kJ/mol resp. 720kJ for Al2O3 with two different particle size.

Lušňáková, Petra ; Poláčková, Věra (referee) ; Vítečková, Michaela (advisor)
This diploma work dissert on substitacional family care and institutional upbringing from point of view nowadays. We can clarify this questions considering three views - points: juridical, psychological and social. The theme of substitacional family care and institutional upbringing is connected with many painful questions which are not too pleasant for our society to answer and to solve them. Although this theme is very serious and complicated, it is still not a priority of political interests. It is visible more than enough that this apathy causes the tragedy of abused, ill- treated and neglected children. This bitter primacy is proved by many researches, which discovered that it is just a the top of an iceberg, should mobilize human effort to create many steps serving as a protection for victims and also izolate and remedy the people who caused this crimes. Those people who are guilty should sorely feel the justice. This guilty people should feel the justice, however, it is not working this way. It is almost tragical that this problematics interest only people from non- profit organisations, this fact is not blandish for a state activity. The ignorating lawgivers are behaving as wrong farmers, omiting the question of human participation in the tragedy of individual destiny. The institutional upbringing...
