Pollution of the aquatic environment by inorganic and organic chemicals is a major factor posing a serious threat to the survival of aquatic organisms including fish. In addition balancing risks and benefits of fish consumption is nowadays an intensively discussed public health topic. Spermatozoa of almost all fish species are released into water environment where they can be directly exposed to various compounds, such as xenobiotics including toxic metals, prior to fertilization. In addition, exposure of parental adults to various xenobiotics may affect gamete quality, which may subsequently reduce fertilization success. On the other hand the advantages of eating fish are well-known, not only in the point that fish is a healthy source of protein and other nutrients, but eating contaminated fish may also confer various health benefits. Research over the past few decades has shown that the nutrients and particularly the n-3 fatty acids (FA) found in fish and seafood, are for examples protective against cardiac diseases and have a positive impact on brain development. The thesis provides a focus on two different cell model types. Firstly, human hepatocellular cells (Hep G2, ATCC) were used as in vitro tool for studying the effect of the intake of cadmium (Cd2+) contaminated fish on cytotoxicity, oxidative stress and fatty acid and phospholipid class compositions. Secondly, spermatozoa of one threatened species of fish, sterlet (Acipenser ruthenus) were used as in vitro model for studying effect of potentially hazardous xenobiotic compounds' occurring in open waters. Social perception of Game Management with emphasis on social group dealing with ornithology

This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation of the stand of ornithological comunity on game management under the terms of problematical relationships between these two groups. Its goal is to chart the concrete fields of arguments within the legislation, as well as game management´s beneficial effects and moral aspects. Another pursuit is also to sketch the realization of possible cooperation. Using questionnaire, which was sent to members of Czech Society for Ornithology and its regional subdivisions, the respondents answered 20 questions and these results were statistically evaluated.
The results show, that game management itself is perceived slightly differently compared with perception of individual hunters. The game management is evaluated more as salutary, whereas the hunters evoke rather negative feelings among respondents. It can be caused by subjective experiences, which influence the way the respondents see the whole game management society. Legislation seems to be the often repeated problem, to be concrete its breaking for example by illegal hunting or insufficient demands for to get a hunting and a gun licence. Ornithologists would also welcome changes regarding the list of the game animals. Problem is also the insufficient knowledge of hunters in the field of ornithology and ekology, which could be solved by tightening the conditions for the hunting and the gun licence.
From the proposals, which were laid in the questionnairy and which are dealing with improving of the mutual relations, the respondents voted mainly discussion - collective, regular, at the expert level, where could be possible to solve actual issues relating game management, as well as ornithology.

At the conclusion of the theoretical part are specified individual regional project Key competences in Hradec Kralove region.
In the practical part of the thesis evaluates the individual regional project Key competences in Hradec Kralove region and described its own survey of long-term success of the project operators in the labor market and measures designed to increase the success of similar projects .

The Analysis of Communication Activities of Junák Organisation in 2011 on the Example of National Charity Events

Bachelor thesis entitled The Analysis of Communication Activities of Junák Organisation in 2011 on the Example of National Charity Events deals with the largest educational organization in the Czech Republic. The aim is to introduce the organisation Junák - svaz skautů a skautek ČR in terms of its mission, history and current status. It contains an analysis of communication activities of the non-profit organization, which is focused on the analysis of media coverage and communication tools that this non- profit entity used the most. In the second part, this bachelor thesis deals with charity events of non-profit organizations and describes in details four national charity events of the scout movement - Betlémské světlo, gatherings Postavme školu v Africe, KAPKA and Velikonoční skautské kuřátko, then compares their sense to the mission of Junák and its communication strategy. The last part focuses on primary research carried out by the author of this work on the target group of respondents aged 15 to 26 years. Impact of horizontal and vertical pattern of habitats on birds diversity

This diploma thesis follows up the influence of horizontal and vertical structure of biotopes on biodiversity of bird species of Czech Republic of forest and open sites. Vertical structure model was created from digital model of surface of Czech Republic (1st generation) and digital model of relief of Czech Republic (5th generation). Information about horizontal structure were derived by analyzing aerial imagery. Then single variables were detected from these data. Subsequently, it was analyzed which of these variables and which way influence bird diversity. On both types of sites was found increasing bird diversity with increasing diversity of vertical structure. With increasing horizontal structure, however, bird diversity significantly increased only on open sites. The influence of other characteristics was mostly different on bird diversity of open and forest sites, but, for both types of sites, the positive influence had for example edge density of land cover categories or edge density of height categories. Additional part of this thesis was to explore if vertical characteristics of biotopes could influence prediction of selected bird species. Results was different in forest and open biotopes, nevertheless in both types of sites was found potential use of both horizontal and vertical variables.

Potential of sustainable development of the Village

This thesis analyzes the sustainable development strategy focusing on the environmental pillar and the subsequent evaluation of the implementation of environmental sustainability in Kladno. The main aim was to evaluate the active and environmental policy perspective of the city.
In the theoretical part are described various laws, documents and instruments relating to environmental policy and sustainable development. The thesis is talking about the area of interest, its historical development, demography, environment, social and cultural fields.
Using concrete examples it is recommended how the environmental management of Kladno could proceed in the future. The proposed recommendations are a result of analysis of all available information which include the needs and requirements of city residents.It is important to update Strategy of environmental policy and introduction of activities from the Sustainable Development Strategy SO ORP Kladno in to practise. Improving of public services and community cohesion. Establishment of school forums in primary schools.
The final part contains the results of a field survey. Questionnaires were handed and collected in combination with controlled interviews.

Didactic and economic evaluation of the process Young peoples Education in the hunting area on example of the region Liberec

This bachelor thesis deals with the education of youth in gamekkping in the Liberec region. The aim was to create a brief research about gamekeepers' education in the Czech Republic. The thesis discusses the evaluation of the range and organization of gamekeepers' education in this region, especially groups of youth in gamekeeping, other campaigns focusing on gamekeeping. There is a part of forest education and ecological and environmental education. In the forms of education, educational aids and studying materials the thesis analyses possibilities of this education, examples of usable educational aids and existing learning literature. The next part of the thesis contains an economic evaluation of this aktivity, a separate chapter is about support and grants from the Liberec region. Finally, there are suggested development measures to increase the quality of education in gamekeeping in the Liberec region.

Optimization of Conversion Process of Financial Statements Compiled in accordance with Czech law regulation to Financial Statements by IFRS

As the name of the thesis suggests, its main objective is based on the optimalization of financial statements prepared pursuant to Czech precepts of law to financial statements pursuant to IFRS (Internation Financial Reporting Statements). The main objective was achieved by partial fulfilment of the objectives, which include analysis of the key differences between the financial statements of the two mentioned accounting systems.
Withdrawals were mainly from the accounts and financial statements of the enterprise of SXX s.r.o., the accounting and consolidation of the company´s internal standards and guidelines consolidated whole. The company is a part and an entity of consolidated whole who is one of the world´s leading system suppliers of carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food. The company transforms dates from its accounting system in the consolidation package, which also operates the parent company. In the light of the analysis were finally processed separate financial statements of the company under both laws.
The contribution of the thesis is as outlined in the foundations of theory and practical examples of recognition of selected operations on the actual company, their transformation and the final recognition by the two accounting system.

Economic impact of social development in the selected organization

The main theme of the thesis is the policy of the European Union with a focus on providing support to member countries. The primary goal is an evaluation of drawing the allocated grant with using an example of realization of a particular project and specifications of measures for a more effective budget creation. The proposal of the measures will reflect the experiences from the realization of the project. The secondary goal is an elaborated analysis of key activities and comparison of the real amount of drawn financial resources under the budget items of individual activities with a budget proposal created before the start of realization.
