KŘEPELOVÁ, Lenka
Considering contemporary lifestyle and possibility of travelling imported infections accrued and some illnesses come back that have not occurred nearly at us more. Not only haemorrhagic fevers and other highly infectious illnesses but also hospital multiresistant bacterial strains that mean high risk for patients constitute a threat. The number of nosocomial infectious grows still. The patient is in the case of suspicion or already diagnosed infectious illness isolated and treated in the infectious department or in the tribal department in the room with increased hygienic-epidemiologic regime. The patient is saved in a single room, the possibility of visits is reduced and the staff uses personal protective equipment. The man is holistic being and it can come due to isolation to lack of satisfaction of his/her bio-psycho-social needs. The aim of this thesis is to identify unsatisfied bio-psycho-social needs of patients in increased hygienic-epidemiologic regime and to describe changes in needs of the patient depending on the time of hospitalisation. The theoretic part describes the problematics of infectious illnesses, system of the care for the patient with infectious illness and changes in human needs in the period of the illness. The empiric part of the thesis deals with unsatisfied bio-psycho-social needs of isolated individual through quantitative research. The research suite was made up of 10 patients who were hospitalised in the room with increased hygienic-epidemiologic regime. The survey was carried out in the Hospital Jihlava by semistructured interview and the results of the survey were processed by opened coding by method paper and pencil. It is emphasized that the most needs of the patient have biological, psychical, social and even spiritual aspects. The rate of satisfaction with caregiving depends on the health condition and personality of the patient. Not small influence has the length of the hospitalisation, too. It was found out during the survey that the patients have not enough information about specifics of the care in the infectious department and that is why there is often a misunderstanding of necessity of barrier measures. It is possible to avoid useless misunderstanding through timely and suitable education. It was created an educational material with the title "Guide for patients hospitalised in the infectious department of Hospital Jihlava" for this purpose. Employees of the infectious department of Hospital Jihlava were informed with results of the research during a workshop, too.

Zavadilová, Eva ; Legnerová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Stříteský, Marek (referee)
The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis Employee Care is to introduce the issue of providing employee benefits (regarding both employee and employer) and to analyse their offer in the Czech Republic. To achieve this, a questionnaire was created. Its task was to determine which employee benefits are offered to employees, which of them are really used, which employee benefits employees would like to have, whether they have enough information about the benefits system in their company, or what kind of system they prefer. Moreover, the questionnaire contains additional information about the company (size, specialization, etc.) and about the employee (age, gender etc.), which was used for deeper analysis. The results of the analysis can be found in the practical part of the thesis and then they are summarized at the end of the Bachelor's Thesis.

The effect of the stockperson on the behaviour of cattle
Janská, Jaroslava ; Chaloupková, Helena (advisor) ; Valníčková, Barbora (referee)
The thesis is focused on influence of keepers on cattle and it is pointing out the importance of cattles welfare that has also influence on economy of cattle breeding which is for keeper very important. The concept of animals welfare is explained in the first part of thesis, because we can consider this concept to be the key concept and it occurs in every part of this thesis. Following part is devoted to changes that cattle breeding have been facing recently. The changes are thanks to the shift in performance and thanks to modification of keepers, carers and customers ways of thinking. Doležal and Staněk (2015) point out so called breeding complex: 1. Breed (choice of breed, breeding itself) 2. Keeper (technological, nursing and veterinary care, working conditions and knowledge of employees) 3. Nutrition (quality production of top feed, compilation of rations) 4. Environment (quality requirements, ethology and welfare). It is not possible to say that for the successful breeding we need only perfect race (genetics). It is impossible either to claim that the decisive factor is nutrition. Also the conviction that perfect stable and parlour makes the milk is mistaken. The perfect carers cannot create higher than average herd only by formidable care. The keeper has to see all of these aspects complexly and respect them. At this point the thesis starts to focus on carers. It is obvious that quality of carers is rather neglected factor. This thesis describes analyses of carers nature and their approach towards their job in relation to behaviour dairy cows and their production pointers. In my thesis mentioned studies state that after designed and applied intervention of stereotyped behaviour of carers, that means treatment of dairy cows and approach to their work in farms - we can see increasing production of milk. The carers said that the dairy caws were calmer, it was easier to manipulate with them and that they are convinced that positive approach towards the animals has a huge positive effect. The last part of the thesis shows how to apply found information into practice and how to proceed. Training of employees is one of the possibilities that start to be more and more important - not only abroad but in The Czech republic as well. Training is focused on correct way of milking, taking care of cattle and hygiene in breeding, so that the health condition of dairy cows is good and the production is quality and harmless.

Peculiarities in the approach of radiological assistents to the examination of elderly patiens This bachelor thesis shows issues concerning the radiological worker in relation to older people. The title of the work is to specialize in radiology assistant access to seniors. I focused mainly on the need for diagnostic imaging in geriatric patients. These tests are for geriatric patients very important and beneficial in detecting and early identification accurate diagnosis. They are not demanding for the patient and burdensome. The theoretical part deals with a relatively detailed analysis of the life of the elderly in the Czech Republic, the behavior of geriatric patients and the development of his psyche. One chapter is devoted to the mystification of the dangers of digital imaging techniques and the use of contrast agents. Another part is devoted to radiation protection. It also happens that the employee is unwilling, unresponsive to patient and treats him accordingly. So I said examples of good and bad behaviour in hospitals. The old client needs special care which has become a problem for many people. The research part of the thesis has been compiling statistics on the use of diagnostic imaging in geriatric patients in private internal department. In the table are listed the initials of the patient: sex, age, primary diagnosis, type of diagnostic imaging, insurance, the cost of the method and the total price. The results obtained showed that a large proportion of the population uses the most conventional method of radiography, which is not challenging for patients. Traditional radiography, commonly known as the imaging is used in Central Europe from the 2nd half of 90th o f the 20 th century.
