Development of the landscape due to mining activities around the village Braňany
Malá, Vendula ; Vacek, Oldřich (advisor) ; Jiří, Jiří (referee)
Evaluates current landscape and the landscape, which was already a fundamental discovery of species composition partially restored area by forest reclamation near the village Braňany . The affected area is processed solution proposal planting trees at the local municipality level, so as to achieve optimum smoothing effects of mining on the landscape and in terms of biological reclamation. The first section summarizes the historical development of brown coal mining in the Czech Republic but also in other important areas of logging, impact of mining on the landscape and the landscape, respect for reclamation or leaving the landscape of succession with regard to natural characteristics. In conclusion, this work is a concrete proposal, addressing state area to its original state, planting trees, bushes and trees, mostly domestic species. From the botanical point of view, there are no trees or buildings, which we They are having special attention. Natural forest community in the vicinity of Interest the area is in good conditionAfter extensive mining were some trees near the mining pits cut down, but the subsequent reclamation by planting at least partly achieved.

Extracts from vermicomposts produced under different conditions
Kahanec, Julius ; Hanč, Aleš (advisor) ; Pavel, Pavel (referee)
The main purpose of this study was to determine if aeration and extraction time influence on the properties of extracts produced under different conditions. The leachates for our experiment were obtained from five different kinds of vermicompost (from horse manure, digestate, marc, apple pomace and from kitchen waste). Has always been prepared 1kg of vermikompost and using special extraction equipment for leaching in 9 liters of water. Attempt always proceeded 48 hours and at predetermined intervals, were taken control samples. Every 1h, 6h, 12h, 24h and 48h. The leachates were prepared in two variants. The first variant was without aeration at a constant temperature 30 °C and stirring 750 rpm. The second variant was with aeration at a constant temperature 30 °C and stirring 750 rpm. In this work we are evaluated in terms of leachate contents of ammonium nitrogen(N-NH4+), nitrate nitrogen (NO3--N), total nitrogen, dissolved organic carbon (DOC). Analytical equipment placed on the apparatus measured the remaining variables evaluated in this work - pH, conductivity and dissolved oxygen. The leachates produced with aeration generally reached higher values than the leachates produced without aeration. This difference was only 6%. The highest increase during exgraction was the ammonium nitrogen in a variant with aeration. Other endpoints were higher by only a few percent . The extraction time effect on the properties of extracts was clear. The highest rates of increase was in the first 24 hours, when values were rising most. The remaining 24 hours have had such importance. Time certainly had a great influence on the properties of the extracts, but the last 24 hours of leaching characteristics has not changed significantly, so it is not necessary to infuse for 48 hours.

The issue of management of properties at selected government departments
Fajfr, Pavel ; Civínová, Denisa (advisor) ; Cvik, Eva Daniela (referee)
The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the issue of the usage of the immovable property owned by the state from the point of view of the organizations which are competent for the management of the property. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on characterizing the development of the landed property ownership in the Czech Republic and on defining the term immovable property (focusing on possession and use relationship to a piece of land). Further, the thesis contains description of the development in the landed property ownership in the Czech Republic before and after the year 1989. Then, the possession and use relationships towards a piece of land are defined as well as various prices of rentals/ ground rent (specialized in setting the price usual at the spot an in the time). The practical part is devoted to defining the immovable property of the state and who is competent to manage the property on behalf of the State Land Office; and to comparing statistical data. The data compared are: the price of rentals/ ground rent which is used by the District Land Office for the Hradec Králové District and the prices in towns and municipalities in the Hradec Králové District (division made according to the former Counties). The literary search of the legal regulations and other literature is used in the theoretical part; the quantitative method of evaluating questionnaires is used in the practical part. The aim of the questionnaires is to find out the price of the rentals/ ground rent which is usual at the spot and in the time for renting a piece of land in the Hradec Králové District. This price is further applied when setting the price of rentals/ ground rents in the newly signed contracts of the District Land Office in the Hradec Králové District.

The growth and survival of juvenile freshwater pearl mussel in respect to food resources
Mastíková, Jana ; Douda, Karel (advisor) ; Matasová, Klára (referee)
The survival of the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera) depends on the protection and preservation of the suitable biotypes that is why it is necessary to know its requirements for environmental conditions. This species indicates the quality of suitable biotypes with its specific requirements for food and environment. During its life, the freshwater pearl mussel is undergoing complicated development cycle and in each phase it has different requirements for food. In the juvenile phase, it is very sensitive to quality of environment as well as quality and composition of its food, which consists of organogenic detritus, which is mainly decomposed mass of vegetable and animal origin together with bacteria. Its food arises in river basin areas as well as in river spring areas-from where it is carried downstream by a river and so pearl mussels may ingest it filtering the water. This highly specialized species that is sensitive to environmental changes, especially within its juvenile life phase, is very important as to its bio-indicating ability. The experimental part of this work was focused on the evaluation of the detritus carrying-capacity performed by the bio-indication method ex-situ in a laboratory out of its natural environment. For evaluating the carrying-capacity and quality of the tested detritus under optimal temperature conditions ex-situ for 10 days, there were used juvenile pearl mussels from a semi-natural breeding. The tested samples of detritus were collected according to the standard procedures in the summer 2015 from the locality of Blanice river spring area. There were collected totally 100 samples of detritus from 100 spring areas. The goal was to evaluate the growth of shells of juveniles depending on physico-chemical properties of the sample. The main analyzed data were the value of the pearl mussel growth and detritus parameters - pH, conductivity and altitude of the springs.
