Chov druhů zvířat vyžadující zvláštní péči je celkem složitým právním problémem. V bakalářské práci se zabývám legislativou upravující chov druhů zvířat vyžadující zvláštní péči. Okrajově jsem se dotkla i historie chovu zvířat vyžadující zvláštní péči. V této práci se zejména zabývám tím, zda jsou příslušné zákony a vyhlášky upravující chov nebezpečných zvířat aplikovány v praxi tak, aby skutečně zamezily týrání těchto zvířat a jejich chovem nedocházelo k ohrožení okolí, majetku a zdraví lidí. V závěru zjištěné poznatky aplikuji v praxi pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Breeding species requiring special care is quite a complex legal act. In the thesis deals with legislation regulating the breeding of animal species requiring special care. Marginally, I touched upon the history of breeding animals requiring special care. In this work, in particular, I deal with the fact that the relevant laws and decrees regulating the breeding of dangerous animals applied in practice, to actually prevent cruelty to these animals and keeping them there is no threat environment, property and human health. In conclusion, the findings and apply them in practice, using a questionnaire.
