Provision of alternative refuse collection for a real estate surrounded by foreign property

The thesis deals with possible ways of drainage and wastewater disposal. The issue of wastewater discharge to the environment has been closely monitored in recent years, and there is an apparent effort to improve the current situation.The dissertation discusses and compares three selected options – access to improved sanitation, building reservoirs and domestic wastewater treatment plant.The final section is dedicated to a comparison of acquisition and operating costs over time and to subsequent evaluation of the most suitable option. For the sake of clarity and assessment of potential solutions, the locality in the administrative area Vysoké Mýto - Domoradice has been selected as a model. The local authorities have been designing a public storm sewer, and given that it is surrounded by land, this issue will need to be addressed.

Assessing the benefits of reconversion on the value of church building

The thesis focus on the reconversion church building in the selected location. At the beginning of the work described church buildings and their influence on the surrounding, the structure of the Roman Catholic Church and the development of church property during the history. This is complemented by theoretical terms and possible methods of valuing cultural monument. The practical part deals with the reconversion church building, specifically the Dominican monastery in Znojmo. Based on an analysis of Znojmo and monastery was suggesting possible use of the monastery. Of these, two variants were selected and were compared. Of these two options, one was chosen as the most suitable option for future use.

The Introduction of Contact Ecotoxicity Tests for the Assessment of Terrestrial Ecosystems

This dissertation thesis is focus on using toxicity tests with testing organism - terrestrial isopod Porcellio scaber. This organism is use for toxicity assessment of selected anorganic compunds which could contaminate terrestrial ecosystem. This organism was selected for several reasons - sophisticated test methodology; well known biology of these animals and their ecological relevance. Besides classical endpoints such as mortality, change in mass of test specimens and the effect of the presence and concentration of contaminants onto food consumption; we monitored changes in the morphometric characteristics at the level of tissues and cells, the cytotoxicity and possibly bioaccumulation in various parts of the body of the organism. Selected test substance in this thesis were nanoparticles and inorganic salts. Wherein for chosen gold nanoparticles was carried out a complete study presents several levels of organization of living matter (organism, tissue, cell). For selected salts compound, this study was carried out on the behavior of organisms and classical endpoints.

Determination of the company value

This diploma thesis was focused on determination of the company value in the chosen company. For this purpose was chosen two mostly used methods on the Czech market. First one was method of discounted cash flow and the second one was method of the economic added value. Main sources for all the calculation were annual reports and financial statements for the period of five last years from 2011 to 2015. These basis were used for developing a prediction for the following five year period till 2020.

Analysis of the Economy of the Town Horní Planá

The diploma thesis is focused on budgetary economy of selected minucipality, in this case the town Horní Planá. There are described functions of the municipality, its institutions and a property, separation of the property and management with it. The thesis is focused on a budgetary economy of a municipality, a budget, a budget composition, where are defined budgetary incomes and expeditures and subsequently a budgetary outlook is analyzed there. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the economy of the town Horní Planá, which is performed on the data in the next five years, based on the analysis recommend possible measures to achieve the optimum relationship between the economy, efficiency and effectiveness, or finding potential funding sources. Partial aims are evaluation of the progression budgets in the period and to determine the effects of ganges of incomes and expenditures in different years, to analyze cash flow over the period and evaluate influences on cash flow and the analysis of the property of selected municipality and its funding.

Strategy marketing in a chosen company

The aim of the thesis is to suggest a marketing strategy for a specific company, including the marketing plan in order to deal with possible changes resulting from the current situation. Strategic marketing process, which is based on the strategic management process consists of planning, implementation and control. On the basis of marketing situational analysis SWOT analysis was set up, marketing objectives were defined, strategies were formulated and a marketing plan was suggested. The implementation of a plan is a part of an implementation phase. Finally, the interim results were evaluated and possible changes were proposed, which should lead to the achievement of the planned outputs at the end of the period.

Implementation of enterprise information system in the selected company

This thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system in the selected company. The theoretical part provides information from the field of information systems, which are complemented by the analysis of internal and external environment, the strengths and weaknesses, and the method of selection of the information system. In the practical part briefly describes the selected information system and the company, where the information system was implemented. Furthermore, the current information system is analyzed by the HOS 8 method, from which the targets for the implementation of a new information system was set. At the end of the practical part I will compare the system before implementation and the system after implementation with the HOS 8 analysis, which is the main goal of this thesis.

Strategic management in chosen municipality

This work deals with strategic management in a village called Borkovice a with the options and suggestions to improve current situation. In introductury theoretical part is described problematice of municipality and its management, cooperation of municipality with subjects from public sector, financial budget of municipality, problematic of strategic management with the most used analyses for rating of level of strategic management. At the beggining of application section there is described the current status of strategic management in Borkovice. This part of work is focused on strategic analyses PESTE analysis, SWOT analysis and there are also included two activities contained with the subscription of current status in village survey, guided interview with Borkovice´s major. Third part of application section is focused on characteristics of chosen subjects (municipalities Řepeč and Malšice) and usage of benchmarking to compare situation between Řepeč, Borkovice, Malšice. After that follows point evaluation and definition of stong and weak factors of municipality Borkovice. The last part includes suggestions to change current status and eliminate weaknesses of municipality Borkovice.

The rewiew of literature introduces the teoretical basis of education employees. The practical part describes current education system in the company KOVOSVIT MAS in Sezimovo Ústí and according to the identified shortcomings suggestions for improvement are designed.
