The status of municipalities with extended powers in the planning and implementation of regulatory measures.

The title of this thesis is Situation of Municipalities with Extended Competence in Planning and Implementing Regulatory Measures. The objective was to determine whether and how the municipalities with extended competence in the South Bohemian and Vysočina regions are ready to execute regulatory measures and if the level of regulatory measures corresponds with the needs of citizens to whom the measures are applied. In the theoretical section of this thesis, the municipality with extended competence with its authorities is defined. The regulatory measures, their preparation and implementation are introduced. In the research section two hypotheses were stated. The first was focused on quality and adequate training of the staff of municipalities with extended competence so that to minimize the risks associated with inadequate planning and implementation of regulatory measures. The research has proved that from the perspective of municipalities with extended competence there are considerable uncertainties in the interpretation of the practical implementation of regulatory measures by administrative authorities. Significant differences were found in the documentation focused on regulatory measures. The second hypothesis was focused on shortcomings after the implementation of regulatory measures among the population of the South Bohemian and Vysočina regions, in the sense that it negatively affects the tolerance limits. It has been found that most respondents would tolerate the regulatory measures, but according to the response, the readiness of crisis management workers has been rather inadequate. In this thesis, the method of quantitative research was chosen. The technique of data collection was anonymous questionnaires made up for 32 municipalities with extended competence and 100 residents in the South Bohemian and Vysočina regions and for 50 residents of the South Bohemian region. In municipalities with extended competence all 32 municipaties were addressed, but only 24 questionnaires were returned. In the residents all 100 respondents were addressed the return rate of questionnaires was 100%. The results are shown in graphs and as percentages.

Environmentální účetnictví jako nástroj pro podniková rozhodování

Práce se zabývá otázkou zavádění environmentálního účetnictví (EMA) a tím jak je důležité se v podniku environmentálními hledisky zabývat. Základem je definice EMA, oblasti, využití, aplikace a základní prvky. Další část je věnována též situaci v ČR. Vyplynou i důvody jeho zavádění, i z toho vyplývající užitečné informace. Práce se dále zaměřuje na konkrétní zavádění EMA v podnicích, jejich strukturu, aplikaci, tvorbu, postup atd. Protože EMA by mělo přinášet pro podniky i určité přínosy, bude se práce zaměřovat na jejich analýzu, a to jak z pohledu odborníků, tak i z pohledu veřejnosti a podniků. Závěr práce zdůrazňuje důležitost environmentálního účetnictví a proč podniku může podniku pomoci při jeho rozhodování.

Comparison of approaches to implementing of Data Governance

This bachelor thesis deals with Data Governance that represents a new direction in administration and management of data in an organization. The thesis characterizes general goals, principles and scope Data Governance in first two chapters, which approaches data as enterprise assets. A third chapter deals with analyzing basic components that create a key part of a program. The fourth chapter is devoted to approaching and mapping technological resources to support the program. These chapters form an introductory part that helps understand a main aim of the bachelor thesis. A description of approaches to an implementation of this method of data management by four selected suppliers is the goal of this thesis. A fifth chapter is an output of this thesis and describes approaches to the implementation of a basic pillar of the Data Governance from a perspective of selected suppliers. There are compared characteristics of these four approaches in conclusion.

ERP systems implementation

První část této práce uvádí vztah ERP systémů a jiných aplikací běžně zaváděných v podnikových informačních systémech a rozvádí funkcionalitu ERP systémů. Druhá část se poté věnuje detailní kategorizaci ERP produktů z mnoha různých hledisek a analyzuje obecné parametry, podle kterých je možné ERP systémy posuzovat (např. při výběru produktu, který má být implementován). Poslední část je zaměřena na projekty implementace ERP systémů, jejich průběh a hodnocení jejich úspěšnosti. Na závěr práce je uveden přehled v současnosti hojně využívaných ERP produktů v České republice.

Zavádění systému managementu jakosti do výrobního podniku

Práce se zabývá zavedením systému managemntu jaksoti do výrobního podniku. Pro podnik byl vybrán systém řízení kvality podle řady mezinárodních norem ISO 9000. Cílem práce je aplikace požadavků normy ISO 9001 do systému managementu společnosti, úspěšné zavedení systému managementu kvality a příprava společnosti na certifikaci s tím spojenou. Dalším cílem je posoudit výhody a nevýhody tohoto zavedení a sdělení doporučení do budoucí činnosti společnosti.
