With the help of the modern methods is trying to achieve the better accuracy and speed in preparing the orders. First part of master’s thesis is focused on description of the company. Second on eis dealing with analysis of internal processes. Third part is dedicated to theorethical studies. Last part is focused on the new proposals and solvings.

The process of inventory management

The main aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to create a proposal to improve the inventory management of a selected division of the company. Individual proposals are processed in connection with several processes that take place in the Project Support department, such as purchasing, orders, income and expenditure as well as material management within the inventory management. Emphasis is placed primarily on reducing the time required for individual processes and improving the division performance. The changes proposed in this thesis also affect the organizational structure and the creation of new job positions.

This thesis describes the design of selected retail supply strategy. Supply strategy was designed according to the theoretical approaches and further analysis of the current state of the retail industry. Outputs of the thesis provide a higher level of serviceability and satisfaction of customers while developing retail business of the particular store.

SMS Enterprise Premises

The building for small and medium business is located on the outskirts of the city of Brno in Modřice. In close proximity there is a shopping center Olympia, Giga Sport and discount furniture. The building is designed as a compact mass, which is divided horizontally into two different sectors of manufacturing industry and administrative offices. The production hall is vertically extends through the first two floors and part of her administration is appropriate in the southern part of the building. In the northern part of the premises is located warehouses and production supply. The third floor is a separate space for administrative purposes with its own entrance from the eastern part. The building meets the standard for low power consumption and a flat roof can be used to store solar collectors for energy and hot water. Each location in the building is wheelchair solved. The facade is divided horizontally by three colors black, gray and white. Window are designed as french windows vertical contrast to the color of the facade. The building offers maximum versatility, functionality and potential jobs

Technological project of preparation and realization of residential house in Brno-Lisen

The technological project deals with the processing of materials and documentation for the preparation and realization of the residential building in Brno Lišen.The project includes a technical report which closely provides basic information about the building. These information are complementing and justifying the project documentation of the construction technologies and other related documantation which are focusing on the creation of a control and test plans , support of the implementation of a safety plan on the construction site, proposal of the main building machines and mechanisms, design of the supply processes within the realization phase of the building process. It also contains technical regulations with detailed descriptions of chosen construction processes .
