Static Analysis of Steel Joints
Vojtek, Jiří ; Kytýr, Jiří (referee) ; Gratza, Roman (advisor)
Elaboration of design principles of steel joints. Creation of the finite element model in ANSYS program, the study of static behaviour near the bolt hole, deformation of the screw and the stress components of the welded joint. Comparison with the analytical formulas.
Defects and their causes in dyeing of anodized surfaces
Šulc, František ; Žák, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the anodic oxidation of aluminum and its alloys. The work consists of two parts. The first one is focused on more detail description of anodic oxidation process itself and theoretical description of the technological process anodic oxidation. The second part is more practically oriented. It compares two different lines for anodizing, and examines factors that affect the final appearance of the surface layer during anodizing welded joints.
Steel Structure of a Shopping Centre
Pokorná, Martina ; Ing. Milan Šmak. Ph.D. (referee) ; Bajer, Miroslav (advisor)
The load-carrying steel structure of the shopping centre is proposed in two versions. The more advantageous version is elaborated in detail. The roof structure is designed using three-dimensional curved trusses with glass roofing and the structure rests on steel columns. The ground plan dimensions of the steel structure are 120 by 73 meters.
Structure and properties of welded joints of steam turbine rotor
Machala, Jan ; Hutařová, Simona (referee) ; Juliš, Martin (advisor)
This thesis deals with the assessment of the structural-mechanical properties of welded joints of steam turbine rotor. Experimental weld material is low alloy steel 30CrMoNiV5-11 in the state after the artificial degradation. The theoretical part of the literary researches the issue, focusing on the weldability of different types of steel used in the energy industry, the metallurgical processes in welding and provides an overview of the most important methods of welding. Great attention is paid to the evaluation of weld quality in accordance with relevant standards and destructive and non-destructive testing of welded joints. In the experimental part of this work was carried out measurements of hardness and microhardness of the weldment by Vickers and evaluation of the microstructure by light microscopy. The obtained values and information about the properties of the material after artificial degradation were compared with previously obtained experimental results in the default state (after annealing).
Roof structure of terminal building
Matouš, Petr ; Bukovská, Pavla (referee) ; Röder, Václav (advisor)
The supporting structure of the roof of terminal building is designed as a combination of trusses glued laminated timber, purlins and columns of solid wood and steel poles supports and rods. Truss is mounted on steel columns and supported by steel lattice structures and wooden pillars.
Fatigue resistance of welded joints
Polák, Jaroslav ; Sochor, J.
The aim of the contribution is resume results of low cycle fatigue tests of welded joints, basic material and welded stell. There is to taken of care the effect of factors – temperature of annealing . . .- to the fatigue life.
Computer simulation of up-hill diffusion in ČSN 17 242/P91 welded joint
Sopoušek, J. ; Million, Bořivoj ; Vřešťál, J.
The DICTRA software is used for simulating diffusion in multiphase diffusion couple ČSN 17242/P91 at temperature ranging 500-1100 C. The examples of calculated phase profiles, activity and concentration profiles of all species at selected condition are shown.
