Design of a steel pipe dril
Montag, Jakub ; Dočkal, Kryštof (referee) ; Ranuša, Matúš (advisor)
The goal of this work is to create a drill that can drill into steel pipes. Part of the work is designing the drill in a way, that drilling into the pipes is as easy as possible. The output is a drawing documentation that can be used to make a prototype. The designed drill will enable faster, more accurate and safer drilling into steel pipes for mass production.
Design and implementation of a PCB drill
Stuchlý, Martin ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This thesis is focused on proposing a design and providing the realisation of a CNC drill used for printed circuits. The first section is concerned with researching the background of CNC drills, which is followed by the proposed design and realisation of a custom model. Fundamental calculations and individual constructional aspects were carried out based on the chosen parameters. Furthermore, the operating electronic functions and the description of a G-code generating program is the main content of the second section. Finally, the last part of this thesis includes economic evaluation and the CNC drill’s assessment in practice.
Design and implementation of control applications capable to connect laboratory MES system
Dušek, Jakub ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to understand the ISA-95 standard and the manufacturing executing system (MES) based on this standard. Control application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is then created and applied on a school device model. The thesis explains the ISA-95 standard and its influence on MES. The division and functions of MES according to ISA-95 are further described and explained. The theoretical part, the application of discrete manufacturing controlling for PLC is implemented on a drill model, simulating a segment of drilling. Structure of the software has been implemented in a way to correspond to the requirements given by MES and to be easily built upon.
Design of working arm for threading machine
Řezníček, Marek ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to propose the construction of working arm threading / drilling. Working arm provides "its" vertical position of the tool axis in the working range and reduces the force effect of cutting forces and weight. The work includes 3D models and drawings, including the calculation of the components.
Drilling tools and their use
Němeček, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
Bachelor thesis focused on theme Tools for drilling and its use deals with characteristics of drilling tools, method characteristics, description of materials suitable for drilling tools and securing sortiment at tool producers.
CNC router for PCB
Gerják, Rastislav ; Vaculík, Sebastian (referee) ; Vyroubal, Petr (advisor)
In mechanical industry, both additive and subtractive manufacturing methods are controlled by instructions in G-code, making it possible to utilize both technologies in one modular device. Main objective is to design, construct, and calibrate multipurpose machine based on RepRap 3D printer, which will be able to use attached spindle to precisely mill light materials. Particular emphasis is given to ability to carve a pattern and drill holes in plated substrate in order to create functional PCB by incision.
On the modern technologies of hole production in metal materials
Kříž, Daniel ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and description of modern methods of holes production. The first part deals with the classification of methods, description of production, achievable technological parameters and production finishing methods. The second is dedicated to description of tools for holes production by different methods. Third part evaluates machines for holes production. In the last part of this thesis the unconventional methods of holes production are described.
Solution drilling technologies and clamping units
Adam, Jan ; Kubík, Roman (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
This Bachelor's Thesis introduces drilling technology, construction of clamping for specific component and its examination in terms of technology and economics.First part of Bachelor's Thesis deals with technology of drilling and with instruments for drilling such as drills and reamers. Next is survey of particular types of drilling machines. Second part of this Thesis is about rules for construction of clamping units and their disposal. Analysis of componet for which is clamping unit constructed. Following by construction of drilling gauge, comparing of incidental times with using the gauge and without using the gauge and finally calculation of investment return in to clamping unit.
Design of printed circuit boring machine
Vondrák, Pavel ; Synek, Miloš (referee) ; Blecha, Radim (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to show possible constructional solution of CNC boring machine. The design describes construction of frame, linear motion system and feedworks. Then are chosen suitable motors, their operating and machine spindle. In conslusion is made costing of final price of described boring machine. The part of the thesis is also a design documentation.
