"Children's creative expreession in preschool age"

The bachelor thesis deals with an art expression of children preschool age. There is art techniqes in this age and illustate practical samples by the sample lessons. Attention is given to free time and art activity is formate in free time. In teoretical part i characterize concept free time children's art expression and preschool age. I will focus on speciality every age and i will try delineate diagnostic opportunities of children's art expression. I describe creativity like inicial concept and specific techniques in preschool age. The aim of the thesis is check teoretical knowledge in practice by the sample lessons of children's art expression. The practical part is made by art lessons of five children in preschool age, i evaluate action and add children's illustracion of creation which is based on my aims.
Significance and role of the contemporary Czech scientific zoological illustration in educational literature

(in English): The diploma thesis focuses on the Czech contemporary scientific zoological illustration since 20th century till today. In the beginning it describes history and development of the scientific zoological illustration in Czech Republic. The main part of the thesis describes in detail the scientific zoological illustration in period since the 20th century till today. It reveals it's form, influences, techniques used and the work of it's main representatives. Thesis introduces realistic zoological illustration as used in professional and educational literature. It will try to uncover influence of computer-created imagery to conventional artistic techniques in the scientific zoological illustration. It will bring attention to the role of the scientific realistic illustration as well as its possibility to go beyond the educational purpose to boost reader's affinity for nature. It weighs the overall importance of the contemporary scientific zoological illustration.
Animation and Animated Film in Art Education

The thesis deals with the use of animated films in art education. It presents animation as a modern and accessible form of education which stimulates children's creativity, social and communication skills and their ability to teamwork. It describes the positive potential of animation in education as well as some problematic issues and their feasible solutions. The author builds on the best practise of Czech and foreign teachers and practitioners of the education of animation but also on her own experience in the field. The text is supplemented by a blog website that makes the experience accessible to teachers interested in the topic and to the general public. TITLE: Development of children's creativity for leisure activities with various materials AUTHOR: Petra Havířová DEPARTMENT: Department of School Education and Social SUPERVISOR: Ing. Jitka Vodáková, CSc. ABSTRACT: In the theoretical part of this work I was paid the most concise summary of scientific findings on the general theme of creativity and its separation from various angles. In the practical part, I then conducted research with Torranceho creativity tests, which aimed to identify and record the progress and development of creativity in a selected sample of students in primary school, which has been for four months, targeted action. Hypothesis only visible shift in receptive students has not been confirmed. Better test results were found for most students. It surpassed my expectations. Targeted activities for pupils and proved to be a suitable way of developing creativity.
Flipbook - how to start an animation with children

This thesis is focused on animation as a part of art education. The basic and useful technique, a flipbook, is fully described while its major advantages and potential drawbacks are discussed. In the chapter on applied works, author's own flipbooks and animations made by various techniques are presented.

Abstract This bachelor thesis is focused on art therapy activities in three different groups of seniors. It observes a creative proces of old people with both different stresses and living conditions, suitability of techniques used, topics and art therapy approaches in individual groups. The theoretical part describes the phenomenon of old age, aspects of life situations and critical cases in the lives of seniors. The practical part observes the creative proces of clients, suitability, effectivity and popularity of art therapy techniques and approaches, reaching the targets as well as the signifikance of art therapy for individuals with various health or social problems.
The development of graphomotor skills in preschool children through art activities

This thesis deals with graphomotor skills in preschool children and their development. The aim is to capture the level graphomotor skills at a selected group of children before they start attending school and its development through creative activities. The theoretical part of the thesis characteristics of preschool age child focused on the development of graphomotor skills. Furthermore, the importance and development of children's drawings, working and hygienic habits in drawing and writing. The practical part deals with the level of graphmotor selected group of children before and after work with established worksheets. Examines the appropriateness of methodological materials for preschool children. To implement research methods are used observation, interview and analysis of diagnostic sheets. From the findings were made conclusions for further practice.
Art activities as a part of courses at DDM

The theoretical part deals with the meaning of the art courses and meaning of the following concepts such as creative design, drawing and painting. Crayon and Ceramics,. Thesis deals with creative aktivity which is part of many different celebrations, for example the children´s Day, city Festival, Christmas markets etc. Marginally I mentioned about summer paiting courses and one-day events which are organized by DDM for a public once a month. The practical part will be based on my own analysis of the work of the different departments and activities. The preparation of activities is based on study of books dealing with art activities, history of Art and folk culture, history of Stříbro. I will describe and document some of the meetings and events with children.
Development of children's key competencies at first grade of primary school by way of art technique at after school club

This thesis discusses the possibilities of developing social and communicative skills in the after school club using fine art techniques. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the term after school club is defined. Furthermore characters of educator and child attending after school club are related and terms of key competencies, fine art techniques and their use in after school clubs are defined. The practical part describes project designed as an additional fine art program for the after school clubs. This practical focus on the development of social and communicative competencies is provided.
