Advanced technology project of valve body
Štábl, Martin ; Zemčík, Oskar (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This diploma work is dealing with the progressive production technology proposal of the valve body type S43 components. This is the high-pressure valve for the classical power supply. Here in the work is described the structural design of the valves, the material of the valve body and its machinability. Following an analysis of the existing production technology is the new production technology proposal for this part. All is designed with regards to the business possibilities of the Armaturka Vranová Lhota company. In conclusion of the work is presented the technical economic evaluation of both the existing and the proposed manufacturing technology.
Design of production technology for a drive transmission shaft of a snow blower
Ulak, Ondřej ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Sliwková, Petra (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the technology for the production of a gear shaft for the drive of a snow blower. Its aim is a complete production design including component analysis, selection of production technology and design of production area. One of the main parts is also an economic evaluation, including a time schedule. In the course of the work, the choice of blank, cutting conditions, machining times, machine capacity and the design of machinery are addressed. The proposed technology shows that the shaft can be machined in two machining operations, turning and grinding. The project is economically profitable, the return on investment is within 3 years from the start of mass production.
Marketing Mix of a Company
Hudec, Martin ; Chlebovský, Vít (referee) ; Kaňovská, Lucie (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of family viniculture. The theoretical part defined basic marketing concepts and variables of marketing mix. The analytical part contained detailed analysis, which are source for proposed part like a ways for improving of the marketing mix of the viniculture.
Production technology of a lifting equipment for tractor cooler
Raiskup, Martin ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The thesis focuses on production technology of the lifting equipment for a tractor cooler. This device is used in order to ease the installation of a cooler during the manufacturing of a tractor. In the first chapter, various types of the lifting equipment are described. In the following chapters manufacturing methods, machines and tools for the production of the specific component are described. Furthermore, materials and manufacturing processes for the complementation of the specific component are proposed. In the conclusion, the methods for the manufacturing are suggested, the timescale is calculated and the technical-economical evaluation is performed.
Production technology for ball nut body
Sevryugin, Anton ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This thesis presents proposals of production technologies based on the drawing of a ball nut. The content of the thesis is finding out the purpose of the part in the machine unit, analyzing similar production processes, detail drawing analysis, developing manufacturing technologies, including machine and material equipment. In this thesis all the necessary technological problems are formulated and solved, such as calculation of cutting conditions, machine time and costs. The proposed production technologies are compared and in conclusion of the thesis is a brief summary of achieved results, their evaluation and selection of the appropriate production technology and some recommendations are given.
MEMS based energy harvesting
Klempa, Jaroslav ; Prášek, Jan (referee) ; Gablech, Imrich (advisor)
This work is dedicated to principles of energy harvesting or scavenging from free energy around us. Energy harvesting principles are described in the first part. Following chapter is devoted to description of piezoelectricity and piezoelectric materials. Next part researches already reported results on piezoelectric energy harvesters. Following chapter shows simulations on designed structures in ANSYS® Workbench. Next the fabrication of the structures is described. Measurement are made regarding to maximum generated power.
Automatization of production technologies status monitoring
