Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem výrobní technologie pro součást obráběcího stroje typu FS, jímž je Spojovací díl. Práce pojednává o materiálu této součásti, tedy litině s lupínkovým grafitem, o vlastnostech tohoto materiálu, a především se zaměřuje na jeho obrobitelnost. Vzhledem k tvaru a rozměrům obrobku je zde popsána problematika obrábění skříňových součástí a nejčastější operace používané při jejich výrobě, včetně používaných nástrojů a řezných materiálů. Tyto poznatky jsou posléze aplikovány v podmínkách firmy TOS Kuřim - OS, a.s. Následuje rozbor stávající výrobní technologie a je proveden návrh na její změnu. V závěru práce je uvedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení. This thesis deals with design for manufacturing technology single part on machine FS, which is the connecting part. Work deals with the material of this component, therefore, cast iron with lamellar graphite, the properties of this material, primarily focusing on the machinability. Due to the shape and dimensions of the workpiece is also described problems cutting of box parts, the most common operations used in their manufacture, including cutting tools and materials. These findings are then applied in terms of the company TOS Kuřim - OS a.s. An analysis of current manufacturing technology and design is made for its amendment. In conclusion with the technical-economic evaluation.
