The aim of this thesis is to determine the market value of the company JIHOOBAL, s.r.o. to 1.1.2010. The thesis is divided into five parts - strategic analysis, financial analysis, the generators of value and financial plan, valuation. The valuation is made by DCF APV method, as an alternative method is chosen method of market comparison.

My thesis "Estimate of multipliers in business valuation by market approach method" discusses the factors affecting market valuation of businesses. The focus is on comparable companies' method as it is the most exercised in mergers & acquisitions and therefore I believe the thesis will be beneficial for real life application. The study has two parts -- the first, theoretical one followed by the second, analytical one, in which conclusions from the theoretical part are tested. I analyzed four factors -- company size, financial risk, operational risk and expected earnings' growth. On the basis of executed analyses I concluded that real life circumstances do not always reflect theoretical models, despite their correctness undoubted by both academicians and market players. My thesis successfully accomplished its goal to find out which factors theoretically influence the adjustment of multipliers and whether these factors really do have an impact in real life valuation.

The aim of this thesis is to find the estimation of the market price of Elektroprof a.s. on 1st April 2009. DCF entity was applied as the main valuation method, the alternative one is the method of market comparison, namely method of comparable companies. The introductory provides basic information about company, other chapters includes financial analysis, strategic analysis and prognosis of value creator and financial plan.

Aim of this thesis is to determine the value of the company as Czech Airlines to 1.1.2009. At the beginning of the work is described the company's history, another section deals with the strategic analysis. The third chapter contains the work of financial analysis and it aim is to assess the financial health of the firm. A fourth unit is prediction of generators and preparing the financial plan. In the last chapter I looked at his own valuation of the company using the DCF method APV. The resulting value, I set the interval range. As an additional method was used market comparison. The value of the firm is appointed like interval.

Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění objektivizované hodnoty společnosti Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. při zachování stávajícího konceptu podniku k 1. 4. 2007. Ocenění je provedeno metodou EVA entity a metodou tržního porovnání, a to metodou srovnatelných podniků a metodou odvětvových multiplikátorů. Součástí ocenění je finanční analýza vypovídající o finančním zdraví podniku, strategická analýza včetně vymezení relevantního trhu a analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího výnosového potenciálu, analýza a prognóza generátorů hodnoty a finanční plán.

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to determine value in use of the company Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. to 31.3.2008. The thesis consists of strategic analysis, which results into forecast of revenues of the company, financial analysis, which is focused on situation of financial health of the company. Next parts of the thesis are analysis and prediction of generators of value, financial plan and final evaluation. For evaluation was used DCF APV method and market comparison method.

Práce se zabývá metodikou oceňování podniků se specifickým zaměřením na sektor pojišťoven. Na příkladě České pojišťovny a.s. je provedena finanční analýza a následně ocenění metodou srovnatelných transakcí a výnosovou metodou. V rámci procesu ocenění jsou zmíněny některé problematické okruhy ocenění, jak obecné, tak i charakteristické pro dané odvětví.
