Low temperature heating with heat pumps
Bros, Miroslav ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The master’s thesis deals with design and comparison of two variants of low temperature heating with radiant systems and heat pumps. Building is used for administrative purposes. The theoretical part describes the evaluation of heat pumps. The calculation part deals with the calculation of heat loss of the building, the design of the heating system, the hot water preparation system, the heat source, all necessary supplementary devices, and the calculation of yearly heat and fuel consumption for heating and hot water preparation of the building. Heating system consists of floor heating and ceiling heating. For hot water preparation an indirect fired hot water storage tank is designed. The source of heat is a cascade of two air/water heat pumps. Experimental part is focused on measuring and assessment of pressure loss, heat output and efficiency of radiant ceiling panel.
Heating residential building
Blažek, Tomáš ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Horák, Petr (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor’s thesis are issues of condensing boilers in theoretical part. The computational part solves design of heating and hot water in residential building in Kyjov. The four-floor residential building is situated in slightly bulit-up area. It consists of 9 flats for 24 persons. The heat source for this building is a gas condensing boiler. The heating surface consist of steel panel radiators, tubular heaters and convectors.
Heating of the logistics center
Spurný, David ; Blasinski, Petr (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to draw up a project of heating of a logistics centre in Brno. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part is dedicated to a description of particular heat sources and the second analytical part to a development of a heating system design for the given premises. The building analysis and the heat loss draft will serve as the initial information for the project completion.
Proposal heating system of the house
Taclík, Jakub ; Štelcl, Otakar (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This thesis is focused on computation of family house heat losses with two floors above ground, choice of three heat sources, and designing of radiators to cover the losses. The thesis also contains computation of a fuel consumption for a heating period and a discussion which one of heat sources, with particular temperature gradient, is the most economic.
Heating and hot water preparation of recreation center
Hakl, Jaroslav ; Horká, Lucie (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
Content of this bachelor thesis is heating and hot water preparation of recreation centre in the village Ostužná, district Jeseník. Object have 2 above-ground floors. Ground floor is mainly used to meet people in play room or in common room. First floor is situated six accommodation units with private bathroom and toilet. Technical facilities are situated in ground floor and is consists of boiler room and the adjacent fuel storage. For heating is primary used grasifying boiler. Secondary source for hot water preparation is solar systém, that is supplemented by an electric heater in the absence of sunshine. Heating systém is in horizontal double-pipe version with distributor and collector in each floor. The Individual branches on the distributor and collector connected are sections of a single accommodation unit, that can be individually regulated. Radiators are designed as boards in the VK design.
Reducing the energy demand of a family house
Ondrák, Adam ; Kudela, Libor (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The thesis deals with the issue of reducing the energy intensity of a family house and it approaches this issue in three steps. Firstly, the examination of the heat loss of the whole building, using the standard ČSN EN 12 831 and thermal vision. Subsequently, this is followed by the choice of the most economically suitable solution, so that the most modern technologies for reducing heat losses can be utilized and the project repays as quickly as possible. Furthermore, we will find the most suitable variant of a photovoltaic power plant, with regard to different types of photovoltaic panels. In conclusion, the price of the entire project and its repay and then other measures, that could be used to reduce project costs or the acquisition of additional equipment to reduce energy consumption, are listed.
Heating of Family House by Heat Pumps
Sláma, David ; Moskalík, Jiří (referee) ; Lisý, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with heating of family house by heating pumps. The main task was to design a suitable heating pump for a chosen family house. Here is given the method of calculation total heat loss of building. Depending on the performance characteristics are compared two types of heat pumps, and will be selected the appropriate one. The last part compares the seasonal performance factors (spf) 3 and 5.
PCM-based heat and cold storage
Němec, Lukáš ; Ostrý, Milan (referee) ; Šikula, Ondřej (advisor)
In the first part of the bachelor thesis I will deal with the accumulation of heat and cold using materials with phase change and also the design of a PCM storage tank. The aim of my effort is to design the most ideal spacing of tubes in a given tank, so as to achieve the greatest possible heat capacity. I performed simulation experiments in CalA 4.0. The second part is computational, where I focus on the design of heating in the pension. I solve heating with an air-to-water heat pump. I designed solar collectors for hot water heating. The last and third part is the project, which contains the project documentation together with the technical report.
Heating of housing complex
Molnár, Lukáš ; Počinková, Marcela (referee) ; Topič, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis is to design heating and hot water preparation in a complex of buildings consisting of retail space and two residential buildings. Retail space is heated using VRF system and apartment blocks are heated by gas boilers located in the mechanical room in the basement. Gas boilers are connected to heating system and storage water he-ater. The heating surface is created by tabular and tubular heating units. Heat consumption in apartments is measured by calorimeters with remote data collection system. The temperatu-re in each flat is controlled by an electrically powered zone valve.
Heating and cooling for residences with complex energy supply system
Pavlíček, Michal ; Špiláček, Michal (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
Heating and cooling along with the indoor air quality is now discussed topic not only in the family houses. Goes hand in hand with reducing the energy consumption of buildings. This fact is edited by various laws or Regulations, no matter we discuss new buildings requirements, or for example energy label on older constructions.
