The family house

The subject of presented thesis is preliminary design of a detached house with workshop, as a design documentation for future building construction. The building is located on sloping land in the village Litohrady and consists of a basement and one above ground floor. The workshop is located on the ground floor. Roofing is solved by warm flat roof construction with an inverted roof assembly. Vertical structure and horizontal load-bearing structures are made out of Ytong system, perimeter masonry of the basement floor is made out of concrete blocks of permanent formwork Best. Construction of the house is based on footings. The main entrance to the house is designed to be in the basement, workshop has its own separate entrance on the ground floor. In the basement there is a living area and utility room with double car garage. The ground floor of the house holds a private zone and workshop. Proposal for the house construction emphasizes the layout design, architectural and construction solutions to energy savings and safety in use.
Apartment building at the vineyard

The aim of the bachelor’s work is a composition of project documentation for the construction building of apartment building. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Viničné Šumice on plot number 1912/21. The apartment building is designed as separated, three storeys, flat roof building without basement. There are eleven apartment units in total, from which one is designed for people with movement disabilities. To each apartment unit belong one basement cellar and part of a garden. There are two separated parking areas with thirteen parking places in total. The building stands on foundation strips. The construction system of the object is wall system. External walls are made of Porotherm brick blocks with thermal insulation from expanded polystyrene. The inside vertical load-bearing constructions are made of acoustic brick blocks with mortar pockets. The horizontal load-bearing constructions are made of reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with single layer flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Hradec Králové on U parku street. It is a building with four above-ground and one underground floor. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm clay blocks, the horizontal load-bearing structures are made of MIAKO clay floor blocks, placed on ceramic-concrete ceiling joist and filled with concrete. In the basement there are garages for six cars and storage space. There are eleven residential units on the upper floors. The roof is designed as warm flat roof with growing layer.
Apartment building

This bachelor thesis processes the project documentation for the apartment building with a nearly zero energy consumption. The project of an apartment building is located in the city of Liberec, city district of Vesec and has four above-ground floors and one underground floor. The foundation of the apartment building is located in a slightly sloped terrain overlooking Ještěd and the neighborhood consists of family houses and apartment buildings. The main intention was to design comfortable, spacious and modern living space with low energy costs. The layout of apartments is suitable for families with children or for a young couple. None of the housing units are designed as barrier-free for people with limited mobility, but access to the building is wheelchair accessible and, if necessary, apartments can be changed to meet the requirements for barrier-free standards. In the basement of the building there are common areas including the gym and separate garage parking spots. Parking will be available even outside of the building, located from both sides of the building. The elementary materials used for the construction are brick and concrete from which the supporting structures of the building are made. The roof and part of the front of the building is designed to include vegetation.
Family House with an establishment

The project solves a new family house with an establishment in a quiet location in the local area Loučka in Lipník nad Bečvou. Establishment is used as veterinary surgery. The building is situated in flat terrain. It is a detached building with aboveground two floors. The Construction system consists of masonry Porotherm, further insulated system Baumit Pro and horizontal structures Miako, also Porotherm. Roofs designed as single-casing flat roof with gravel flat and on two levels. The house is founded on primer passports.
Apartment building Skřivánek

This bachelor’s thesis processes project documentation for cunstruction works of one new apartment building in Ústí nad Labem. It is a four storey non-basement building including 10 apartments, 2 of them are intended for diasbled people. Apartments on the ground floor have barrier-free tercce and each apartment on the higher floors has a spacious balcony. Every apartment has own storage space in common areas. Masonry is designed from ceramic masonry prefabric blocks, external masonry is filled with mineral wool providing thermal insulation. The ceiling system is made from reinforced concrete slabs, roof is sloping hipped made of wooden lattice trusses.

This diploma thesis presents a project documentation for construction of a community centre with a restaurant. Its construction site is located on the outskirts of town Jaroměřice nad Rokytnou, Poděbradova street. The building is composed from three parts, which are connected to each other. The first part houses the restaurant with its facilities. This part is a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by white boards composed into an asymmetrical pattern. The second part serves as a backstage area where all the necessary facilities are located. This second part of the building is as the first part a single floor structure covered by a flat green roof. Its façade is formed by façade timber boards. The main entrance is located in the middle part, which is the third part the building. It has two floors and it houses an auditorium, a bar and amenities. Its façade is formed by trapezial boards. The construction system is formed by load bearing walls and by prestressed concreted floor panels or in some parts by cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The building has strip foundations. Its interior walls are built from sand-limestone bricks with acoustic properties. The perimeter walls are covered with ventilated façade with mineral wool thermal insulation. The heating of the community centre is powered by gas boiler connected to single-vent chimney with ventilation shaft.
House on a Sloping Building Site

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to design a house on a sloping building site at a level of project documentation for the buidilng realization. The building object is located in the village of Velke Porici and designed for a family of four. The building has a basement with a one above-ground floor with a wall construction system of brick blocks. Foundation of the house is done on the strip foundations and the house is covered with a flat roof. Entry to the house is solved trough the above-ground floor where there is a rest area. In the basement spaces is a daily part of the house. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.
Kindergarten

The aim of my diploma thesis is to elaborate project documentation for the execution of a new building of kindergarten. The intention is to construct a new kindergarten which access preschool-age children has visual contact with nature and space of outside. This is purpose why all main windows face south. In the second floor is situated schoolroom for minor activity. The building is designed as brick, using clay blocks which are put on concrete foundation strips. Basement walls are from formwork brick fill concrete and steel armature. Thermal insulation is from contact thermal insulation system and ventilated facade with wood clapboard from pine (Thermowood). The roofing is designed partly as single-shell vegetative (extensive) roof and partly as a float double-shell roof with timber truss girder. Ceiling construction in the basement and the first floor is from concrete load-bearing structure.

The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is a project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Nížkov. The object is situated on the cadastral area of Nížkov, the number of building plot is 943/108. Building plot is located in built-up area. The terrain is planar. In the apartment building, there are 2 floors with five residential units. On the first floor, there are two flats, a cleaning room, a mechanical room, a bike shed, and a cellar. Flats are situated on the above-ground floor. The main entrance to the building is on the first floor. The structural system of this building is a wall system. External walls are made of ground brick blocks with mineral insulation bonded with walling adhesive. Internal masonry is made of acoustic brick blocks. The building doesn’t have any external thermal insulation. The facade is made of heat-insulating plaster with a silicate top layer. The floor structure is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced slab. The staircase is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced construction too. The roofing of this object is composed of hip roof. The floor constructions are designed as a floating floor.
