Autor in this doctor thesis follows and explain the topic of Fiduciary and special institute which is Trust in Czech civil code. Thesis is devided into eleven chapters and explain functionality of Fiduciary and trust in Czech Republic. Because of recent debates of an amendment of Fiduciary in Czech civil code, autor explaining and analyzing trusts in comparison with other countries, e.g.: England, Quebec, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein. In this comparision author explaining possibilities of new amendments and giving proposals of de lege ferenda ideas.

A comparison of the property regimes of spouses in Czech and French law

A comparison of the property regimes of spouses in Czech and French law The aim of this masters thesis was to compare property regimes of spouses in Czech and French legal systems. The thesis is dealing with different aspects of "marital estate regime" under the Czech Civil Code, "legal regime" under the French Civil Code and the "legal regime" under the new Czech Civil Code effective from 2014 In addition, the aim was also to examine whether the legislators of both countries based the legal texts on similar premises. In cases of missing positive legal norms, the thesis examined whether practice or case law leads the legislators to conclusions similar or completely different in the respective legal systems. The secondary objective was to compare existing and new Czech Civil Code and evaluate the progress in the approach to the institute of marital estate. The marital property law has to face traditionally two interests, namely individual interest of each spouse and the common interest of the conjugal union. It is important to reconcile these two interests to such extent that common interests will be given sufficient protection, but on the other hand, to extent not as restrictive as to cause aversion to the institution of marriage itself. Insolvency proceedings in legal theory and practice

The thesis aims to map out the legal theory with regard to insolvency proceedings and it´s stages and ways of debt relief, assessing the legal provisions of the insolvency proceedings, findings of statistical details with regard to the start and end and the ongoing insolvency proceedings in Hradec Králové and Pardubice and analysis their results.
This thesis will consist of theoretical and practical parts.
The theoretical part will deal with the theoretical knowledge in insolvency proceedings.
Practical part will be based on my own investigation of indebtedness in Hradec Králové and Pardubice.

The issue of management of properties at selected government departments

The Bachelor´s Thesis deals with the issue of the usage of the immovable property owned by the state from the point of view of the organizations which are competent for the management of the property. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on characterizing the development of the landed property ownership in the Czech Republic and on defining the term immovable property (focusing on possession and use relationship to a piece of land). Further, the thesis contains description of the development in the landed property ownership in the Czech Republic before and after the year 1989. Then, the possession and use relationships towards a piece of land are defined as well as various prices of rentals/ ground rent (specialized in setting the price usual at the spot an in the time). The practical part is devoted to defining the immovable property of the state and who is competent to manage the property on behalf of the State Land Office; and to comparing statistical data. The data compared are: the price of rentals/ ground rent which is used by the District Land Office for the Hradec Králové District and the prices in towns and municipalities in the Hradec Králové District (division made according to the former Counties). The literary search of the legal regulations and other literature is used in the theoretical part; the quantitative method of evaluating questionnaires is used in the practical part. The aim of the questionnaires is to find out the price of the rentals/ ground rent which is usual at the spot and in the time for renting a piece of land in the Hradec Králové District. This price is further applied when setting the price of rentals/ ground rents in the newly signed contracts of the District Land Office in the Hradec Králové District.

Web Application of Sport Club

This work has been created according to specification of floorball club Slovácký FBK. It's aimed to build information system that eases work of the greater sport club secretary. This system provides to management of all work associated with club activity and gives support for attendance in competitions of Czech Floorball Union. Information of public character are available on public section of web presentation, presentation, which is integrated with some functionality intended for attraction of interest of public, first of all with a guessing competition. The system is built on technologies PHP and MySQL, in restricted size on JavaScript, with respect to compatibility with wide spectrum of web browsers.

The issue of valuation of church property

In my thesis I tried to look into the issue of state property settlement with churches. This issue stirs public opinion in our society since the mid-nineties. The first chapter endeavours to discover the fundamental principles of the performance of the church in the past. Covering from property acquisition, through its management to the semantic role of property in general. Last but not least, it tries to describe the economic situation of the largest church in Czech Republic - Roman Catholic. The second part seeks to describe the events of nationalization of church property in February 1948, under the applicable legislation from that period. It also gives some insight into other forms of expropriation. The third chapter explore insight into the legislative process of state property settlement with churches and discusses the pros and cons of the problem in general. The fourth and fifth chapter deals with the theoretical question of valuation, valuation methods or valuation regulations. The final section summarizes the control mechanisms, which will protect the recovered property from depreciation in value.

Use of GIS at the Management of Photovoltaic Power Stations

The Thesis topic deals with the design and implementation of the system for photovoltaic power stations property administration. Due to the scope of the property administered, a solution using geographic information systems has been selected. Functionality of the designed system with data defined for the photovoltaic power stations were verified in the pilot operation. The results of the pilot operation proved efficiency and effectivness of the designed system.
