Peace in the shadow of the trees. A spring coming up from depths. The spa park is an island at the edge of the town. It is the highest value of its surroundings. That is why I place the volume of the spa on the side of the park along the road. There is a promenade connecting the constituent elements of the building. Full, heavy masses alternate with airy and bright ones. The park grows through the buildings, and in this way the spa and the park become closely intertwined. The interweaving of the built and the natural as the central theme of the project.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design and development of a web application for financial management in the company Proof & Reason, s.r.o. The company provides services in the field of digital products. The process of design and development of the application is based on the requirements of the company and analysis of the current solution, which will be replaced by this application. The frontend of the web application is implemented using the Next.js framework and the React.js and Material UI libraries. The application also communicates with the REST API which was already created by the company.

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. Brno-Zábrdovice Spa, the Reconstruction, and the Completion

The bachelor’s thesis solves the reconstruction and extension of the functionalist building of “Winter Spa” Brno-Zábrdovice, Brno, Czech Republic. The main goal of this work was to propose a new functional use of the current building with respect to the original function and to add an annexe to increase an attractiveness of the building and the services offered. Bachelor’s thesis only includes reconstruction of the “Winter Spa”, while the expansion of the new building of indoor pools has been projected. The reconstruction of spa and pool will form a large sports centre. The customers will have an access to the services of wellness center, fitness center, gym, dance halls for sports and the other fitness disciplines, restaurants, cosmetic studio where the expanded services in the field of non-invasive liposuction will be provided and also they will be able to pick up internet packages. An annexe with stairs and elevator has been designed to facilitate the interconnection of all floors of sports and wellness center. The building of „Winter Spa“ and newly built indoor pool will be linked together by a central entrance hall with cash registers and reception. The entrance hall is also an entry into the summer area.

This work aims to develop a web information system capable of handling administrative processes within research projects of the CIISB infrastructure. Base functionality of the system consists of project registration, reviews, full support of the communication via email, controlling projects' statuses and managing documents. Maximal automation of administrative processes and unlimited extensibility are key aspects of the system. The implementation is lead by C# programming language and related open source technologies from Microsoft. The text of the thesis accompanies the reader through all phases of the basic software development cycle except deployment and maintenance.

Spa is located on the outskirts of the Swiss city of Yverdon. Area is surrounded by disparate buildings especially residential character. There are historical buildings on the land and buildings of the spa and hotel. The current spa and the outbuilding of hotel don´t meet requirements, that´s why the buildings will be replaced by a new complex. Neighbourhood doesn´t have any relationship with the spa, that´s why the whole land is surrounded by a wall. Water surface with three “floating” pavilions is inserted into this closed spa park. There are the public spa, the therapeutic spa and the part of the hotel on the water surface. Each of them works largely independently; they are connected by the water surface. The complex is separated by a part of shallow water from the park. It´s solitaire in the park, but it has close connection with it. The spa complex is located near the forest on the south part of the land, because the whole system is quite open.

Design of the spa complex in the town of Yverdon. In the city, which lies on the shore of Neuchatel Lake. However, our plot is located off the coast. Place the design looks like taken out of context the development of the city. Spa react to immediate surroundings and situation within the parcel that is. This is the regular structure of the volume of a rectangular shape with a shed roof. Objects are abstractly as discussed in industrial halls, which are in the form of individual features of the program are mounting

New building family house

This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%.

The plot is 9 houses designed with different functions. The main function of the home storage vessels. Other additional functions are a café, gym, spa, garage, car, boat garage, offices, locker rooms and club athletes.Houses are made of glued trusses shaped house with a gable roof. The facade is composed of titanium zinc surface. The glass facade is just in front of a house. The houses are oriented differently. Shielding is provided by means of sliding shutters.
